Someone's Obviously in Danger
Rachel and Max: (Watching LIS:Double Exposure reveal livestream together and both realize how similar one looked to the mature version of the other) Chloe: ?
Imagine what Rachel will do if she finds out herself started out as a substitute for being looked like Max, even though ended up becoming the main course after spending enough time together eventually. Uh, Chloe, you'd better come up with a good excuse for this.

Just One Normal Day
Victoria: I can't believe it! You and Chloe broke the bed last night? What kind of wild antics were you two getting up to? Max: Haha, you wouldn't understand, Vic. (And last night on the bed) Max: Chloe, I dare you to try and jump high enough to touch the ceiling! Chloe: Oh, you're on, Max! WATCH THIS!

Final Isekai XIV
I'm the author of a ridiculously oversized (and growing) Final Fantasy XIV fic with the extremely creative name Final Isekai XIV. It follows my isekai protagonist WoL, Valhra Elst-ven, a genderfluid enby who is sent to Eorzea to save it in a world where the original WoL died at Carteneau.
In the process, they become embroiled in the plots and politics of a slightly different Eorzea - an Eorzea where a different Ascian took the lead following the Calamity, where Minfilia stepped in the shoes of the WoL for the desperate years since their fall, and where a thousand changes ripple out from there.
There is a big focus on the female characters who I wanted to see more from during the MSQ - right now, that means Y'shtola and Minfilia, both of whom are involved, to various degrees, in Val's growing wolycule, as well as Alisaie, and eventually Moebryda and Ysayle.
Rated M, with no explicit sexual content, it's a novelistic reinterpretation of a plot I love dearly but definitely don't think is unimpeachable, and as of this writing, it's broken 20 chapters and 150k words, and if any of that sounds interesting, you can check it out here~

Note
Explain to me, in your words, why Minfilia is just the best!
Let's see... let me count the ways.
She was the first character in the game to not treat you like a military grunt, or a weapon. She refers to you as her "pillar of strength," and her friend several times. Mentions and cares for your well being. She was the first one to step in and teach you about your powers, the Echo, and guide you through your first political forays into the world.
Also a generally underrated moment, if you have a legacy character from 1.0, you get some unique dialogue from her. She states that she's happy you returned, and that she was worried about where you'd been for the past 5 years, and had been praying for your success.
Ah but you know, "pray return" and all that garbage that people repeat as a reason to hate her.
I'm not angry, and I definitely don't have a problem. Or opinions.

"Pray, return. We have much to discuss."
Happy Minfilia Monday, friends!

Cute and respectable facts
a few important facts about minfilia :
her inspiration for the code words wild rose partially come from a ring she was gifted by her father which features their family crest. in times of stress, she can often be seen spinning it on its chain round her neck. it keeps her from chewing her nails to the bed.
she and f'lhaminn have a complex relationship that minfilia has done her best to always keep private. she feels as much love for the woman who became her mother as she does resentment, but choosing love above all else is the challenge the antecedent holds herself to.
next to thancred, krile is her dearest friend and closest relationship. constant correspondence is an understatement when it comes to the two of them — a fact which alerted minfilia to the danger the students of baldesion were facing only just too late, a fact that she haunts her.
mining is how minfilia made her living for many years and is eventually how she funded the Path of the Twelve in its initial incarnation. at first within ul'dah and later by traveling to the very edges of each region, as far as she could, much of her knowledge of eorzea comes from this period of time.
uniting the Path of the Twelve and the Circle of Knowing required firm confidence and an even temper. burying her personal feelings for the most part became a necessity lest weaknesses be found in her. even still, the city states turned their backs on her many warnings and the frustration of those years lingers in her heart.
