6.5 ounces of pure heaven!
Keto hamburger bun with a blend of sauces, sugar free Heinz Ketchup - Yellow Mustard - Mayo with Olive Oil - Garlic cream condiment. Top bun has a slice of Muenster cheese, bottom bun has a slice of white cheddar cheese, 100% grass fed/grass finished Bison meat with Shallots mixed in and cherry hickory smoked Bacon on the top & the bottom bun, Absolutely Heaven!

Kudos to rizwan7246fan, I've missed parmesan garlic knots, used to have them at home and at one of my favorite restaurants, haven't had them in months now, but that's all gonna change now! Chewy gooey garlic goodness to compliment any Keto meal.

GRAIN-FREE GARLIC-PARMESAN KNOTS by sara.haven . What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet… (Link in the bio @ketochallenge55) . 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 4 tablespoons cream cheese (dairy or dairy-free) 1 ¼ cups fine-ground almond flour 2 tablespoons fine-ground coconut flour (no substitutions) 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 large eggs . Garlic topping 3 cloves garlic minced 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 1.5 tablespoons butter or ghee 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 2-4 tablespoons parmesan . 1) Preheat oven to 350°F. 2) In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder and baking powder. 3) In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between to combine, until melted and uniform. 4) Add cheese mixture, eggs and flour mixture to a food processor. Pulse on high speed until the dough is uniform. The dough will be sticky. 5) Scoop dough onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and knead a few times with the dough inside the plastic wrap until you have a uniform dough ball. Lightly coat your hands with oil and divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each dough between your palms until it forms a smooth round ball. 6) Roll each portion into a 5-inch log and tie gently into a knot. Place on prepared baking sheet a few inches apart. 7) GARLIC BUTTER: combine all garlic butter ingredients, except parmesan, and using a pastry brush, spread evenly over the tops of the knots. Sprinkle with parmesan. Meatza the Pizza, Keto style that is, lots of high fat and low carbs in this Pizza, besides a base totally made up of. . .you guessed it, Meatza (grass fed Ground Beef 80/20) with plenty of gooey cheeses and enough uncured Pepperoni's to get one in every bite!
My biggest weakness was pizza, it was my kryptonite for sure, the biggest hurdle to jump over (although if one has too many slices of regular pizza, one won't be jumping very much, haha) in order to get started on my journey into the Keto Effect! So Pizza lovers, don't despair, there are oodles of Keto Pizza recipes to try out, from a ground beef base or shredded chicken base to a typical almond flour base or fat bread cheese base, a lot to choose from!

How my Keto Coffee Cake turned out, pretty pleased (as you may already have found out, not every recipe is going to come out or look like a keto internet picture lookalike, but who cares, we're all different individuals and if it tastes yummy, then enjoy your achievement!). I used to love regular super carbed coffee cakes, a morning staple growing up as a kid and now I can finally make my own guilt free version of the original.
