Hi! Do you or anyone you know why the Luxembourg’s still haven’t updated Princess Alexandra’s bio to include her wedding and Nicolas? Do you think it’s his personal preference not to be included? I wonder if there’s a way to ask them

The Luxembourg Palace normally updates the royals bios once a year just before the Royals birthdays. So, it not unusual for the bios to be out of date for a little bit.

How did you get confirmation Prince Sebastien is attending?

I messaged the Luxembourg Monarchy to ask who they were sending as a representative.

Some Monarchies will post their attendance on their website. Others will release a press release. I will also email Monarchies to ask, if possible. Sometimes other (usually local) reporters with more direct connection to the Monarchies’s press team will speak with their press officers and find out. So, it’s also about following other good sources. 

It’s also good if you have a idea of who will likely attend so you can look into those possibilities. 

I’m so lost. How are these bloggers like Gert’s reply and coutureandroyals getting info of confirmed guests for the CP of Jordan’s wedding?

You should probably ask them haha. The things I've seen come from press releases or the royal calendars on their websites. Perhaps they're also on press circulation lists, I know some bloggers who have applied and so they find out about things through circulated statements. Or they just know people. It's a small world and if you've been around a long time, you just virtually bump into people and build connections. I know people who are close friends with Tessy, members of Chris O'Neill's family follow me on Instagram, Crown Princess Victoria's stylist follows me and I've chatted a few times with Jenny, one of the Swedish royal reporters, and with Princess Martha Louise's daughter Maud. And that's not because I'm amazing or because I sought it out. It's just a small world and if you're blogging consistently for around a decade about a family who don't get as much attention then you kind of do end up just having random connections. It's not as common with the Brits but yeah, if those people have been talking about the Luxembourg royals or whoever for a long time then they could easily have connections.
