Travel back with us to 1975 and sneak a peek at the Hunky Drifters Catalogue!

A new Gravity Falls charity zine, Hunky Drifters Catalogue aims to recreate the look and feel of a retro magazine. Featuring page-turning articles, parody ads, and racy pictures of our favorite Hunky Drifter, Stan Pines, this zine is sure to please anyone that helped vote our beloved conman to victory!

Although canon implies that its in-universe counterpart may have contained more explicit content, our Hunky Drifters Catalogue strives for the "tasteful and classy" approach Stan might've been hoping for while still appealing to mature audiences (ie: no full frontal nudity).

Stan Pines was elected Tumblr Sexyman of 2025, and over at the Hunky Drifters Catalogue we have been in full celebration! But what did this dastardly, dashing man get up to back in the day? We're going back to 1975, and we'd love to take you along for the ride! We've been hard at work on a new Gravity Falls charity zine made for the man, Stan- and especially for you. Hunky Drifters Catalogue aims to recreate the look and feel of a retro magazine. Featuring page-turning articles, classic ads, and, of course, racy pictures of our favorite Hunky Drifter, Stan Pines! Our Hunky Drifters Catalogue strives for a "tasteful and classy" approach while still appealing to mature audiences (ie: no full frontal nudity). You can't go just anywhere to find his dark eyes and hairy thighs, but boy have we got these and more in store. Inspired by the tantalizing tidbit we got from thisisnotawebsitedotcom, Hunky Drifters Catalogue will be an attempt to recreate a magazine from 1975 featuring our favorite hunky drifter, Stan Pines!

This means the zine will look and feel like a retro magazine, with ads and articles included with the pictures. Though the implication on the website is that the magazine is of more mature content, this Hunky Drifters Catalogue is actually going to strive for a more “tasteful and classy” approach (ie: no full frontal nudity).

Another potential way to hang it would be to hang the 2026 calendar up behind January 25, splitting the calendar at the centerfold. Not the most aesthetic✨, but it gives a lot of support until there are enough pages from 2025 to hang on its own.

hunkle calendar: deployed

since this is two years in one calendar i had to do a bit of troubleshooting how to hang it up without it immediately falling down due to its truly beefy weight

this setup appears to be working (🤞) so here's a step by step of the process for anyone who could use it

items you will need:

the calendar (obviously)

a wire shirt hanger

washi tape or similar

two binder clips

something to hang it on the wall with

steps:

take the hanger and wrap some washi tape around the pointy ends so it doesn't scratch the calendar (i used washi tape bc it was nearby and i don't want anything too sticky touching the paper)

flip open the calendar to the first page, and flip open a few pages from the back of the calender too (this is to give the clips more than one page to hold onto)

flip the hanger upside down so that the straight part of it is at the top

use the binder clips to affix the hanger to the back of the calendar

using the center of the hanger between the two clips, hang it on your wall hardware of choice

admire those handsome hunkles <3

All the little graphics I made for the @gfhunklescalendar! I recycled some from past calendars, but they were updated with some new brushes and things. Still a lot of new ones! I've had a lot of fun picking out Stan and Ford's mugs for International Coffee Day over the years, those have always been different. 2025's mugs are based on a periodic table mug I thrifted a few years ago and a vintage Vegas mug I googled. 2026's mug for Ford comes from an Effin' Birds mug design.

Also had a lot of fun designing birthday cakes for all the twins!

Finally getting around to uploading all the backgrounds I did for @gfhunklescalendar. One of these I don't think made it in, and the fishing floats had 2 versions. Decided the more transparent one was too busy for the background, so used the less transparent, but I liked the first version. I wanted some outdoorsy backgrounds for 2025, the mullet!Stan calendar, going off on the drifter vibes. Some of them are backgrounds of the show, and other repaints of some photos I got online. The Canon Beach and the image from Aug (Colorado) are 2 photos I took while traveling. 2026's theme was Stan and Ford doing things at home or on the ship, so I focused on closeups of stuff around the Shack or Stan O'War II. Kudos to anyone that knows where I got the image for April from.

I just remembered that I get to put up the Hunkles Calendar in a couple of weeks, so maybe the inevitable march of time isn’t so bad, and there IS something to look forward to next year.
