Yesterday I went to the restaurant with old friends. The last time we were together was 6 years ago in the same restaurant.

We were outrageous.

But more behaved than last time.

I use social media to distract myself, find something to latch onto. Right now I'm trying Threads. I just drop comments on all things the algo is throwing at me. Doesn't make me feel any better but as you all know, I'm always dopamine deprived.

Spring is indeed my favourite season in this country.

Brain’t day today but I have found ways to make it bearable. Spent some time outside recording b-roll for work. This morning started pretty badly. Big brain fog. Executive function in the negative. I had to stop 30 minutes on my way to work to just be in a limbo state. I hope tonight is better.

It’s a bit of a redflag to me when some dudes go out of their way to never interact with other dudes on this platform. Never followback, never reply to comments, nothing. Just feels like you’re intruding on them. Yikes.
