I'm trying to prove a point to my brain: Reblog if you think fanfiction does not need sex to be good.

There is a trend I’ve noticed that smut fics tend to be much more popular than anything else and honestly I just want to have something to look at to remind myself and that writing doesn’t have to have sex to be worth putting out into the community.

The Lost Soldier

This is a story came to me one day, after i watched Captain America: The first Avenger and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I am still working on the logistics of this story. It probably won’t be out until 2022. I have so many other thing I’m working on that i want to either finish or progress closer to its end before I start releasing this story.

Summary: Imagine being an experiment for the super soldier serum years before Steve Rogers and it going completely wrong. You went into this with someone who you though you could trust only to have that trust destroyed. Then having to spend the next years watching over and protecting Steve. No one ever knowing what had happened to you, or what was done to you. When Captain America went down in the plane, you were betrayed once again. Left for dead in the war, only to be found by hydra. Once again, you became an experiment. Except this time, you were turned into a killing machine. You were put into a freeze chamber until needed. After years of poking and prodding, you had enough. Escaping and going into hiding for many years.

What would happen if you resurfaced? Would you be locked away again? Would you finally get your revenge on the people who hurt you the most? Would someone or someone’s stand in your way?

Guess it’s time to find out…
