Someone didn't like a specific shade of green, so I used it and made this dude on the spot. And while I was drawing him, I miraculously came up with a name. However, my naming conventions are kinda bootycheeks, and I ended up with the name "Professor Jib Jeanqald."

I got the "Professor" part from Doctor Lautrec. I've been playing it recently and Doctor Lautrec's coat sways up in a really cool way, and I think that was the basis of this guy's design. He also has that somewhat vague Pokemon Professor look to him. I cannot describe what it is, but I was thinking of that too. "Jib" comes from the saying "I like the cut of your jib." Which I just think is a silly saying. I dig it B) And "Jeanqald" comes from jeans. I made his pants blue and my neurons put the circle in the circle hole and associated them as jeans. I barely ever give my characters jeans, because they aren't as fruity in my eyes for whatever odd reason. But jeans fit this guy's vibes. And I need more diverse outfits, so I rolled with it. I tried to do a bit of an up perspective, cause he's a bit of an up dog guy. But I think I messed it up at the shading part. Oh well. He's also subtly neckbearding it, cause I don't think I've had a character with that typa facial hair. And I'd figure it'd look cool on this guy!

By god, I'm back on my randomly thinking of something and drawing it on the spot bullshit again. And I couldn't be happier. All done in like an hour 30. That is quite quick for my slug standards! What took longest was the color selection, but I think that is what I am most proud of!

Behold! Catman on the clock. Off the clock, he just Man. A pretty run-of-the-mill guy, minus the freaky ahh mascot white collar black magic job he's got. I had the loose idea from a character idea generator to draw goofy ass cat paw sleeves on a business guy for 5 or so months, but never got around to drawing it. With Art Fight drawing near, alongside my dread, I thought I'd throw this guy into the front lines of the trenches. Will he survive? Only time shall tell...

Sometimes drawing the character does not come with ease. Sometimes you gotta draw them in their silliest form.

I was hit with the spontaneous mood to animate. And who better to animate than the pink puffball? And by better, I mean easier. My ass ain't ready for the animation gulag. But perhaps one day... It will be!

So I have a Pokemon OC named Ginzlar who's a Gimmighoul. And I made a human version of him. I could stop there, but I just wanna let you know the concept for this has been stewing in my head for at least 2 years. Sometimes I'd do a doodle or two, but never added any color. I always imagined his colors in my head though. My ass was just to lazy to actually do the colors. I still was kinda lazy with this drawing, but stylistically lazy. And I am proud of the results!

Forgive me, but I succumbed to the Horse Race Tests rot. This one is my favorite because of how spindly, mangled, and fucked up it looks. I wasn't too concerned with it being "perfect," but I still hope I was able to do 00B justice!

This is like schrodinger's context, except instead of both states being a stark contrast to one another, it's a really lukewarm indifference. I don't think any of this made sense, but that's the charm to it

Awhile back, I made this Leonard Mii. Even though I was quite proud to have made him, I wasn't entirely confident; asking myself, is this REALLY him? When I saw him strike this pose, I froze tf up, and the Sleonard pose pinged in my mind. Safe to say, any doubt I had fizzled away in that instance. This is HIM

Well, it looks like I have drawn this man once again. But in color! And with more of a realized design. Fruitiness included. My ass cannot physically draw fits that are 100% straight. All of my characters have a bit of cunt in them to serve to the world

A certain vibe hit my mind. Though I wasn't able to translate it the way I wanted, I am still quite proud of how it turned out! I usually don't draw so loose like this, but I always have quite the ball when I do!

Okay so quick lore, unfortunately not character-wise, they are just a design (for now)! I was listening to some Pop'n Music music, and there was this one really striking dude in a thumbnail. I did not actually click on the video, but rather went to FireAlpaca to sketch a design vaguely inspired by this wonderful man. The mask had reminded me a bit of Yamask, so I rolled with that! After I finished this piece 2 days later, I tried to re-look for that video, but had no luck. So I just went to the Wikipedia, and it did not disappoint! Might as well throw her into the mix as well! This is a design I made with the very loose plan of having a character with a simple, but unique head shape. And I'd say I succeeded on that! I believe this is also when I started testing out monochromatic filters on my designs, just to double make sure the colors popped out well against one another. Which went nicely enough as well!
