This circa 1996 home was in need of a renovation, Empire transformed it into a Provincial inspired contemporary home that exceeded the clients and builders expectations so much so that the builder opened it for display in 2017. It received a great response and was a finalist in the Master Builders housing excellence awards in 2018.
The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a large undercover outdoor alfresco. Extensive cabinetry, built-in furniture and a custom timber veneer study are some of the main features that really transform this previously tired space, adding to that, the use of double glazing windows, exotic quartzite benchtops and splashbacks further enhanced the appeal and made it the stunner that it is.

This circa 1990  dated home was in need of a major renovation or demolition.  The home was very dated and run down but it presented us with a good footprint on the block which allowed us heaps of potential to re-energize the home into modern day standards. The Clients visited our previous Display Home ‘Le Chateau’ which was also a home transformation and they were so amazed by what could be achieved that they made up their decision to transform the existing home rather than start over.
