What to do if you’re hungry
- Write down “I am fat” or “I am not hungry” until it fills the page
- DRINK WATER!!! Not only do you confuse hunger for thirst but if you quickly drink a glass or two of water you will start to feel full
- Do 50-100 crunches or until you convince yourself you are not hungry
- Go out for a walk or run until you are not hungry
- Suck on an ice cube or chew gum so you can trick your brain into thinking you’re eating

- Do something to get your mind off of eating, like calling a friend, reading a book, looking on Instagram/Tumblr/Pinterest/Other, or painting your nails
-Workout (I will start posting some workouts soon)

Walking Facts
The average human walks 3.1mph.
Persons @ 180lbs burn ~100cal per mile
Persons @ 120lbs burn ~64cal per mile
Persons @ ___lbs x 0.55555 = __cal per mile
It’s more about distance, not speed
Speed just lets you get more distance in less time. But you can walk the same distance and get the same cal burned.
Calculate how many miles it takes for you to burn 1 lbs (3,500cal) by using: 3,500 / (weightx0.5555)
Calculate how many hours you must walk to burn 1lbs with 3500 / (weightlbsx0.5555) /3.1mph
.
Mine for example:
164lbsx0.555 = 91.102 cals burned per mile
3500 / 91.102 = 38.42 miles for 1lbs
38.42 / 3.1 = 12.4 hours walking@avg speed to lose 1lbs
.
This is means I can burn 1 extra lbs on days off where I just walk a ton.
.
Listen to music/audiobooks to increase waking time by decreasing boredom
.
.
If if you know your walking/jogging/running speed and want to calculate with that, just replace the 3.1 to find how many hours it takes for you to burn 1lbs of fat.
.
Speed Walking is 4.5 - 5.5 mph.
.
For perspective, that changes my 12.4 hours per lbs to 8.5 / 6.99 hours per 1lbs!
.
Walking Uphill : some sources say it burns an additional 60% calories. That means it’s weightx1.15555 calories burned per mile. Other sources actually say it’s weightx2.72! Must depend on the incline. That would decrease my 1lbs walk from 12.4 miles at average speed, to 5.96-2.53 hours walked per 1 lbs!!
.
.
This does not calculate extended fat loss with how your body keeps your metabolism elevated for ~hour after exercise stops
This does not calculate increased fat burn with more muscles that are built
This does not calculate increased fat loss due to not having time to sit and stuff your face
.
.
This has been an ED PSA.

Do you know that?
I’ve been fasting now for 119 hours and I’m feeling okay, I get dizzy from time to time but that’s it. I still feel normal.
My goal was to get to 135 hours because that’s when my shift at work tomorrow ends BUT I feel like I can’t. I don’t wanna end it. I wanna keep going because why stop when I’m still feeling normal?
