hiiiiiiiyyaaaaaa i was wondering if you have a Soundcloud or post some of your music on any other platforms :) Your blank space theme for errors void is like my favorite of all times.
Hello!~
I have thought about getting a soundcloud, but currently it's just youtube, and I haven't really posted any of the songs I do have right now, and partly just struggling to complete anything and trying to focus more on art right now.

Keeping this quick and simple, the underground greybox is mostly done, just have to do New Home, the cavern walls, and any extra cleanup
There's quite a few creative liberties throughout here to try and get some parts to work, or were just funny and made sense.
Taking a step back from the model references to do a more basic reference of the characters, mainly to get an easier look at and notes of their designs, along with making sure they are scaled nicely with each other.
These are all still sketches, with sans still in progress and a couple others not started, and I'm going to do another run after, I am just first making sure their general proportions are good. This has led to some funny notes like Toriel's mouth looking way to big lol. After the Undertale characters are done I will begin working on AU designs, pretty much just building off of these ones again.
And finally, InSilence's script got to a pretty good stage, but a few things still feel off so I'm going to bring it a step back to be in the same state as I'm doing the rest of them now, which is first as an idea board on Obsidian, getting down all of the story ideas and building off of that a bit before getting into scripting properly, which is probably a step I should have done but I had skipped it since I already knew what I wanted to do, but didn't have it written down anywhere.
This is the board for Evershifting, too zoomed out to actually show anything (don't want many spoilers anyway), but it's a decent show of how the laying out works. some look longer, but are just more broken up, or rather have more detail in them.
And for June I should be able to get the Underground Greybox done, Undertale character references done, and begun on AU references, and hopefully most of the stories laid out in idea boards (Basically just finishing off what's been shown here I guess lol).
Time for a small section not on Chaos/Tale :3
I had an issue with one of the core concept/theme/ideas of In Shadows We Live, which I have had an idea on how to fix that which has been noted (solely realized by the current uni assessment lol), and is ready to be expanded on more at some point.
Anyway, hope everyone's been going well!~

Quick note, the March update was a little late as I am going away for half of April, so I just decided to add parts of it to the month prior and after, so expect to not see another until late May/June :3
Anyways!, Finally got the InSilence script done!, and got more through the character references but still got a ton more to do.
The other thing I've done is start to block out the environments, getting the Ruins and Snowdin grey-boxed. I had previously finished the Ruins one, which did lead to me learning a bit of Blender's limits, however it had to be restarted after reworking how I'm going to make these (partly due to that experience-)

I've had to utilize some of my "creative liberties" to help make some parts of this actually work, as well as just some things I feel make sense or make it feel nicer (at least to me), such as the actual game path being dug out into the ground, letting monsters watch as any human travels to the end, along with Home actually being built around the path, rather than extending out after it, since it felt nicer with how much space there was.
I also uploaded a short animation test early March for the art style and little test of animating in Blender, though it needs work, it does work as intended which I guess is good (flows to quickly and needs better camera framing for two).
I have also looked at properly scheduling better, so once I return I will be trying to stick to that, which will hopefully help speed this up.

A little late, but still an update :)
Still a bit behind but still making progress, the InSilence script is almost done, just has one chapter left then it should be good. I've started working on models and environments again, and I am almost done with the sans references.
I also worked on a shader for the art, although it'll still need work it looks pretty good, and I made a little animation test to have a quick test of doing destruction physics and just a general first animation in Blender: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wn40lap6AsI

First month of the new year!~
Kinda scattered this month, worked on the script and a handful of references. I have a better direction for what to work on now, and while I didn't properly set any previously, I actually have goals for next month, which if I can achieve means I'll have a little something to properly show off!
These are somewhat scuffed, but I have started to figure out a good path to work, organise, make everything (? words?)

Didn't get too much done this month, but have started planning out 2025, so I have plans for how goals will be set.
I didn't get what I wanted done this year, however I did come to understand some limitations, drawbacks, and workaround for working, so hopefully next year it'll go much better! I don't think i'll get anything released next year, but I am instead aiming to be completely ready by 2026, meaning I can then go straight into animation. I don't doubt I still have more to learn, especially with how long it'll take me to actually animate, and how long parts of development will take, but I am aiming to try and get better with… myself I guess.
I also don't think I've properly 'announced' the story/ies, so I will need to make a post for that at some point lol. I do also have some other ideas for posts, but we'll see about them when I get to them.
Anyway, hopefully the next year will be better for everyone!~

All around, not too much progress was really made, mostly just on script and starting to learn some of Blender's geometry node system earlier this month.
One of the main things I 're-learned' is that I need to properly plan out/work on things in an order, so I have been laying out a HacknPlan and Trello boards to try and properly plan out what to do, as well as properly working on references. I say 're-learned' because this is stuff I already learned, but for some reason didn't properly follow them, so now I am trying to make sure I do, and stop skipping steps I normally (even accidentally) would where I can.
The end of the year is nearing, and while I know what 2025 will (hopefully) look like for me, I'll wait till next month to share my goals for it, but it'll largely just be prep for 2026.
Anyway, hopefully everyone has been going well, and I wish you all the best!

General. Happy Halloween (or a little after depending when this was posted/being read-) Progress all around was kind of shot, but I have also learned a bit which is good.
Chaos/Tale. I have learned Blender basically has a limit of just over 65k objects in a scene, and because of how modular I was working with, lead to it breaking (I also learned I was terrible at research, cause I couldn't find anything about the issue after a few hours of searching, but a friend found it after like 10 minutes-) Luckily I have most of the layout of the Ruins known, I just need to rebuild it, where I am currently working on building variants for it (and New Home / similar areas that can use the buildings). And Thankfully there are ways around it (like through linking scenes). Also started on a few animation tests, getting a little effect for Fatal_Error, and trying to learn geometry nodes for Nightmare's goop. Hopefully I can get a few clips of them for the next update! Did a bit more work on the InSilence script, cleaning it up to be more detailed/refined.
In Shadows We Live. Not much happened this month, mainly just cleaning up the GDD and references (also just adding reasons to play games, but I still need to actually play them lol).
Minecraft Series. Got to episode 6, and while I am running out of recorded clips, I have also realised that continuing will require me to spend more time than I am willing to contribute to continue this schedule, which I think is part of why I stopped other series/playthroughs, as I have many ideas that I want to build, but they requre the time that I want to put elsewhere (Chaos/Tale). I am considering making a creative world, speed build series, that would have a monthly schedule instead, but not i'm not sure. I'm still going to finish editing the current episode, and make a final one, but yea.
Anyways, thats all for the month!~

weeee~~
Chaos/Tale. Mostly finished the Art Bible, leaving only a few slides at the end (Still a chance to add more characters/locations though, so never truly finished until the end). Made a lot of progress in building up the Ruins, and the assets related to it (that will be used a lot in it, and in other areas). I made a lot of progress with building up Home, but idk if the file got corrupted, or if it was too many objects for my pc, but selecting things started breaking suddenly, but after a bit of research, I'm now working on it in a way that should hopefully be better in the future as well :) This also led to me learning more about how to use Blender, especially with working with multiple scenes/files. ~Modularity~

Also made this concept sketch of what the surface could be like, might be a bit too big lmao.
In Shadows We Live. Just worked on the GDD pretty much, cleaning it up mostly, and looking at games to play/replay for inspiration (also being a further excuse to buy and play them lmao).
Minecraft Survival Series. Starting to get a bit better with Davinci, and even started a little bit of vfx (mainly just a blaze saying hi lol). I also put a bit more effort into the thumbnail for episode 3.

Another month has flown past, and we're still going. This update and onwards are going to be a little different, being split into sections based on my current projects, and starting with this general section. A few small 'general' things; I've started trying to plan out what I'm doing for sets of two weeks, and these updates will be made around the last sprint for that month (so they should be ~every 4 weeks/1 month still, just more specific). I also got a 1tb HDD, so I've got a bit more storage on my pc :D Now, for the main updates:
Chaos/Tale. Got a little bit of work done on the Profile Sheets done, and expanded on an Art Bible more, which mostly involved listing and gathering references for AU Characters that will appear, and for some environments inside of a general Undertale Universe. The main progress from this month was in beginning to build the Undertale Environment/Map in Blender, which will likely be used often, as well as models that are being used to build it, and can be used to build other environments for the story. I managed to complete an outline for the entire Undertale path, and mark out how the greater Underground area will look, and started building up the Ruins, getting the walls of the first few rooms done.
In Shadows We Live. This was a 'small', mainly outline of a game that I made for a game jam, and after taking a break from it for this month, I have decided I am, at least to some extent, going to continue working on it. To what extent? We'll see. For now I only intend to continue fleshing it out, figuring out what would happen in it, locations, etc.
Minecraft Survival Series. I've tried to do a few series, but kept getting sick of recording (? I think that explains it well enough), due to only letting myself play if I can record, which previously was harder to do with limited storage space, however with the HDD this shouldn't be an issue. This series is both because I want to have a Minecraft series, but also for some basic editing practice (especially with Davinci Resolve which I'm trying out now), and to try and keep an upload schedule.
Anyways, hopefully everyone has been doing well, and hopefully it continues to go well (or get better)!~

July 2024 Update
qwq
A lot less done this month, with a holiday early on, and a game jam that I was focusing on more later on lmao.
Pretty simple: I made a little bit of progress on the Prelude profile sheets, reworked the trello board a little, started blocking out Waterfall in 3D, and just did a few character sketches (most of these were just general practice sketches, but yea).

June 2024 update
Over half way what.
Going around a few things lmao, making some progress in various areas, still a bit behind what I should be, but getting a bit more than what I was before.
I have completed a first pass of the InSilence and Evershifting profile sheets (meaning all if not most characters and their roles are finalised :D), and made a small start on the Prelude sheets (yesterday).
Importantly, I have started work on making a 3D environment of Undertale, including an idea for the surface, but mainly still working on a blockout of the environment, and replaying Undertale to list down everything to make. I am also making some ‘changes’ to the layout (mainly creative liberty), such as making the view of Home shown at the end of the Ruins be the part of the Ruins that you had been walking through previously, as well as making a part of Snowdin Forest’s path curve around a bit.
Image might be a bit zoomed out and hard to see-
I also did a bit more music (or tried, I have an idea of what some of the songs should be, but struggling to make them that way properly), and did a couple concept arts, which I will likely put as the backgrounds if (hopefully when) I upload them.
Personal update here: I’ve started using a diary a bit more, including a small, weekly checklist to try and keep track of what I need to do and have done. PureRef 2.0 was released with gif support so now I have updated to that and have basically a brainrot board to enjoy lol.

2024 5/12
being posted in pride month so, Happy Pride Month!
Chaos/Tale progress update.
Profile Sheets for InSilence are mostly done, and am most of the way through the first draft of the script, and have started on Evershifting Profile Sheets. I am intending on getting a first pass of all of the profile sheets (filling in most of them) and script done, which will then be used to finish the profile sheets (filling in story and character relations properly), and a few passes of the script to make sure the story is good.
I started work on planning out and making 3d models for the environments, specifically working on a ‘Markettale’ environment. I’m planning on making a lot of assets that can be used to build every different environment (since they are alternate universes, they would have similar, but different environments, if that makes sense).
Also worked on various other parts, planning out character modelling and rigging, and working on OSTs. I have a small plan for the future, as I have a motif for the Anti-Void, based off of the original Blank Space, which has since been reworked (also split into multiple songs-), and at some point I am thinking of uploading all of the songs based off that motif, potentially being spaced a week apart (for example, uploaded every friday, at the same time), but that will be thought about more when I get there.
A small personal update, I am learning more about myself, and trying to figure out how to work around… myself(?)... Dissociation is fun => , I know I am behind where I wanted to be... kinda far behind, but here I am-

April 2024 Update
4/12 update where I see last update was dated 3/13 instead of 3/12 lol
While I didn't get the profile sheets done (again...) I did get several other stuff worked on, including testing obsidian, transferring and making profile sheets there, but I didn't like that so I went to OneNote, which I am still currently using.
Also reworked how I'm doing the profile sheets, mainly cutting away roughly half of the amount I was originally going to do (since I don't need them-).
I also worked on a few v1 themes, where I also looked into mixing a little bit, and now just have a Blank Space remake sitting here... (sometime soon hopefully).
Worked on a front view sketch of Error!Sans which I was going to try to start modelling, but haven't yet.
Now, for a little bit of info for the story/s:
Chaos/Tale is made up of 6 stories, all primarily in different Multiverses, with a seventh that is told somewhat in the background that links them all together. These are not planned to be made in chronological order, which is:
1. Prelude - A remake of the original/extra story, with an expansion on mostly similar plot points, along with a couple new ones.
2. Iteration - Expanding on the concept of the second Multiverse that was originally written, but with more focus on the characters, and a different path for their story (which is the route it mostly would have gone down without the 'interruption'.
3. Evershifting - Following one of my favourite characters as they are thrust into the multiverse, helping fight against the Multiverse's 'God' and their control over the balances holding the Multiverse together.
4. Trailing - Following an ally of the broken ‘Star Sans’s’, in a ‘darker’ fight for the balance between Creation and Destruction. Between Life and Death.
5. InSilence - The first story that will be made, which focuses on a somewhat outside view of the fights between Ink and Error, having to decide who is in the right, with what little evidence they have.
6. MosiacVerse - The final story, which is what rewriting and expanding the original story for like 2-4 years eventually led to before and along with when I started delving into the backstories of the 'wanderers' (originally called ‘balancers’), whose stories are all told previously. This is a semi remake of the original story, but (I’m aiming for at least) written much better, along with some different and wild ideas.
Anyways, that’s about it for this month, let’s hope I can actually focus more in May, and hopefully everyone is doing well!~

3/13 Easter update ig lol
Chaos/Tale: Definitely didn't get as much progress done as I wanted, but I did clean up the working files a bit more, as well as reworking the profile sheets (and how I'm doing them) to make it easier to rework an existing sheet for a different character. Due to this rework, I have all but restarted them, however most should be easier to do as I still have the old ones, just need to transfer them into the new tables. I also got a very basic 3D Sans model done, and while it isn't good for animation, I have learnt how to use blender to make the models, as well as rig them and do weight painting for animation. This went through a few iterations, and in April I'm going to try and get a basic Error!Sans model done, which will be used for a small animation test and art test. I've also decided to get proper concept art which can be used as backgrounds if I upload any of the v1 themes I work on (these aren't final themes, just finishing the general idea/feeling of them).
Other: Finished the first assessment at uni, and have started the second (almost finished YEP). I've decided that at some point in the future I'm going to revisit some of them, and try to redo them with the same constraints (time limit etc.). Also started playing Celeste, then Stardew's 1.6 update for a bit- (not addicted yet)

Small update:
I'm not posting on this account anymore (as you may have guessed/seen), however I am trying to keep consistent end-of-month updates on my main

2/12 YEP
I started a little log of progress I've made (also gonna do these for other projects when they come up, but only have two rn), so I can check my progress a bit more easily, and also share it a bit more easily! First things first, the goal I had for this month wasn't reached- still got a lot of profile sheets to do, however I did start getting more consistent later into the month which i'd say is a good sign of getting them mostly done next month!
The main other thing that came up was thinking of whether to animate in 2D or 3D. While I was wanting to do this in 2D, I don't think I can, and it would take much longer to do, whereas 3D will take a bit longer to get ready before I start animating, but should be more consistent style wise, as well as quicker between uploads (in theory at least). I also got some general clean up done, and and have some goals to do next month, so ye!
Welp, smaller update, but still an update, now onto next month... time is flying still
