Captain pours Commander some tea. Alien runs by and knocks it from  the Captain's hand and leaves. Cadet and Grunt chase alien. 
CAPTAIN

COMMANDER 
I vote for sub-intelligent life forms. 
CAPTAIN 
Noted. They do appear to be quite savage. 
Grunt and Cadet bring in one of the aliens they've captured. CADET

GRUNT 
On your knees, maggot! 
Grunt forces alien on to its knees in front of the Commander and  Captain. Commander waves a device in front of it.
COMMANDER 
Scanning... imaging... OH! 
CAPTAIN

COMMANDER 
Special alert from the Inter-galactic shopping network. That new phase  scanner is 50% off this week. 
Explorers gather around Commander. Alien sneaks off during following. CAPTAIN

COMMANDER 
I love this new app. Makes purchasing so much easier. The deals I'm  finding are amazing. 
CAPTAIN 
Uh... which one of you was watching the alien? 
Cadet and Grunt look at each other. Grunt punches Cadet. CADET

GRUNT

CADET

I was on this colony ship and impressed one of the Space Explorers with  my incredible intelligence. 
CAPTAIN

Cadet and Grunt run after alien. 
COMMANDER

CAPTAIN

I have ways of making that happen. 
CAPTAIN 
Promise me you won't chop off one of their hands again. That was so  gross. 
COMMANDER 
Worked didn't it? Hand print signature was a sure thing after that. CAPTAIN 
But you got alien goo all over the WeePad. It still doesn't work right. COMMANDER

Cadet and Grunt drag in an alien (can be the same or different one). CAPTAIN 
Hello, good alien. Please sit. 
Grunt forces alien down. 
CAPTAIN (CONT.)

COMMANDER 
This is going to take forever.
GRUNT 
Want me to do the hand thing? 
Grunt pulls out a huge knife and holds up alien's hand. COMMANDER 
The captain here doesn't like that. 
CADET 
That's against our Galactic Confederation Code! 
Grunt laughs and puts knife away. 
GRUNT 
We're a long way from the GCC, Cadet. 
Cadet points proudly to a badge on uniform. 
CADET 
Where-ever you see this badge, the GCC is the law and I shall... 
Grunt grabs the badge off Cadet's uniform and tosses it away as far as  possible. 
CADET (CONT.) 
Hey! 
Cadet goes after it. 
CAPTAIN 
So, my friend. What kind of tea do you like? I can generate any number  of flavors. 
GRUNT 
Make it extra hot.
CAPTAIN 
No torture. 
GRUNT 
Commander? 
COMMANDER 
Listen to the Captain. 
GRUNT 
I'm so transferring after this mission. 
CAPTAIN 
So savage. I know none of this means anything to you but I simply need  your handprint. It says you agree to the GCC and your planet and all the  resources here will belong to us. In return, we give you this shiny new  GCC badge! Each one is uniquely engraved with an unduplicated  number and a holographic image of our supreme leader. 
Captain holds out badge to alien. 
CAPTAIN (CONT.) 
It's shiney. 
Alien slowly takes and looks at it. 
CAPTAIN (CONT.) 
Pretty. 
Alien throws it at Captain. 
CAPTAIN (CONT.) 
My eye! It hit me in the eye!
Grunt is laughing. Commander grabs the alien's hand and sticks its  hand print on to the WeePad. 
COMMANDER 
Done. Let it go. 
GRUNT 
No souvenirs? 
COMMANDER 
Gross. No. 
Grunt let's go of alien but it doesn't run. Alien goes up to Captain who is  still crumbled over. It touches the Captain's wound. Captain flinches. The alien spits on it's own hand and then touches the hand to the  Captain's eye. 
CAPTAIN 
Hey! Oh... that feels good. 
Alien pulls away and Captain's eye is okay. Captain looks in  amazement. 
CAPTAIN (CONT.) 
Thank you. 
Alien walks away. 
COMMANDER 
That was different. 
CAPTAIN 
Quite. 
COMMANDER
I think your eye is a slightly different color now. 
CAPTAIN 
I can see better too. 
COMMANDER 
This requires further study. 
CAPTAIN 
We'll report to the GCC and get authorized for a return voyage. COMMANDER 
To the shuttle? 
CAPTAIN 
To the shuttle. 
GRUNT 
Totally asking for a transfer. I didn't get to kill anything. 
They exit and a rocket blast is heard. After a few moments Cadet  returns. 
CADET 
Where did everybody go?

SCENE 14 
SEQUENCE 1 
Inner palace garden. January 8, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(CLAYTON Leaves the Event Center looks at the garden, reminiscing the moments when she first met her) 
CLAYTON  
Will never forget you my flower... (cuts the red rose into the  garden place it to the bench and watch the sunset go down) 
(CLAYTON retreated to the empty royal halls and returning to the  guest rooms tidied up the messes there and  
left a message on the table.) 
CLAYTON 
(Writing this letter) 
Hey Nick, My man! My selfish heart wants to hold you close and  prevent myself from leaving. it wants to encircle you.  
It also wants to release you so that you can breathe and live on  your own.  
Tell Ludwig to take over as your poet if you no longer need me.  He has the potential to do so.  
Split the money wisely I know your knucklehead,  
But honestly wanted to let you know that we found a solution to  the issue that our theater community had been facing for years, 
So, I must depart for a distant location.

SCENE 15 
SEQUENCE 1 
Setting: Suicide Forest, (In Japanese mythology, yrei, or ghosts  of the dead, are said to reside in the forest. Aokigahara has  been linked to suicide, eventually earning the moniker "Suicide  Forest" in English, developing a reputation as one of the most  popular suicide destinations in the world.) 
As soon as CLAYTON departs from the palace, he takes his book that has written poems of her that he never able to tell her and  have his red bracelet on to his wrist to the uncharted mysterious woodland and recites a monologue and kills himself.) 
CLAYTON  
Red Thread of Faith. No matter the location, the time, or the  circumstances, the two people who are bound by the red thread  are meant to be together.  
This enchanted string might lengthen or twist, but it'll never  snap. the implicit link of trust, love, and hope for happiness. 
Knowing that there is someone out there just for you would be  wonderful. Many of us would desire to live in a fantasy where  that person would adore you no matter what the cost. 
A fairytale of a lifetime, but in reality, it's just blind faith  leading to an awful life. sure, the color red represents fury,  rage, and aggression, and it frequently denotes danger since it  fully shatters the heart of human blood

SEQUENCE 1 
Butler’s Office. January 7, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace (NICK and CLAYTON went through the BUTLER’S Office) 
NICK 
Okay, the theater crew is on the list, the ornamental display is  already set up, all invites have been issued, and so on (NICK  checks the list) And that's it... Clayton, what do you think? 
(The BUTLER is arranging the documents, productively) 
BUTLER 
Let us see (grabs his pair of eyeglasses and handed NICK a piece  of paper) Before signing this form, take a moment to  review its terms and conditions. 
NICK 
Clayton, please read this document for me so that I can sign it.  I don't comprehend this paper. 
(CLAYTON reads the paper silently but critically) 
CLAYTON 
All good! 
BUTLER 
Alright then you may sign that here (points at the  section of the paper) 
(NICK signs the paper) 
BUTLER 
Before you enter your bedrooms, let me just say thank you for  everything and advise you to pack up your belongings in the  guest room as your stay here is no longer under contract and  will end by tomorrow night. 
CLAYTON 
So tomorrow night then huh, I guess  
I won't be able to see you anymore princess (inner voice)
SCENE 12 
SEQUENCE 1 
Event Ceremony Center. January 8, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace (King ALEX talking to DAVIDSON) 
ALEX 
Don’t Messed this up son this is your final chance to prove your  worthiness to me 
(King ALEX fixed his suit and his bowtie) 
DAVIDSON 
As a man of trust, I’ll never let you down Dad! 
(King ALEX fixed his hair) 
ALEX 
That is my son! (Shouts proudly) 
DAVIDSON 
No one can’t stop us now!! 
(DAVIDSON straight to walk up to the Princess Room  to see her bride) 
SEQUENCE 2 
Princess Room. January 8, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace (Check her daughter in the room) 
THOMAS 
How’s everything my darling? 
(THOMAS in shocked, to see she is not yet dressed in her gown) 
THOMAS 
Seamstress?! Why is my daughter isn’t prepared yet? (SEAMSTRESS terrified and too nervous to speak) 
SEAMSTRESS  
We are wo-working on it sire, but your daughter is the problem  she does not want to get out of her bed.
THOMAS 
This can’t be happening the event will start any minute now?! 
(DAVISON gets to hear all at this point, he left it and seizes  the opportunity to talk.) 
DAVIDSON 
Oh you will not ruin the event aren’t you love  
(She cried in her while covered in a blanket when she heard  DAVIDSON, and she still did not want to get up.) 
THOMAS 
Davidson is here got up already 
SEAMSTRESS  
Sir, we will work on King Alex and then return after giving you  some personal time. 
THOMAS 
Understood. 
(The SEAMSTRESS leaves the room) 
DAVIDSON 
Should I tell your dad something Blaire?! (smug) I'll count to  five and inform your dad if you don't go up here. 
THOMAS 
What you two are talking about? 
DAVIDSON 
five- four-three, come on time is ticking two  
(BLAIRE gets up and shouts) 
BLAIRE 
No- No please spear my life Dad are you really letting me marry  that prick knucklehead, He is an abusive man  
THOMAS

I hired a detective last night, and it appears that Alex paid  our family doctor to fabricate the test results of your illness  so that you could not rule, dad (hands over the papers and the  images that serve as proof) He's just attempting to usurp you  from your throne.
(At this time, THOMAS was completely astounded. They were  unaware that CLAYTON had gone up to the Princess nearest door to  make a raise a request, but he did not go because  he overheard DAVIDSON speaking.) 
DAVIDSON 
Do not let your daughter deceive you My Father was very honest  he could not do that, so don't let her trick you. Besides you  announced it to the you made the event known to the entire  realm.  
THOMAS  
Enough! (In pain) 
DAVIDSON 
Ah Majesty, you don't want to ruin your reputation by postponing  today's event, do you? as you invited your guest to our wedding,  a drama play, and royal ball don’t tell me your time, money, and  efforts of all the people who have worked on you might be wasted

BLAIRE  
Stop Right Now, Davidson—can't you understand that you're the  cause of my father's suffering? 
DAVIDSON 
Then let's be married, because you don't settle your love for me  because you consider him because your father doesn't also know  that you're in love with that poetry man named Clayton. 
THOMAS

DAVIDSON

(THOMAS did listen to BLAIRE)
THOMAS  
Please don't blow this up, darling, but go dress  up for the occasion. But if you do Clayton will be punished 
SCENE 13 
SEQUENCE 1 
Event Ceremony Center. January 8, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(The event had started all the musicians plays their music and the guest had dress up and attended this momentous occasion) 
Chatter 1  
The Princess is coming soon?! Can’t wait to meet her here 
Chatter 2  
I bet she is gorgeous as me 
Chatter 3  
I'm sorry, but she's the most attractive girl in town. I'm also  curious about how Prince Palperroth would reign this town.... 
Chatter 1  
I don’t care if he does not rule that cool but I bet his hot! (A carriage had shown up BLAIRE and DAVIDSON was in it) 
Chatter 3  
There she it is the Couple!!! Woo woo-hoo 
(DAVIDSON acts like nothing had happen as he look at his dad and  waves at millions of people, but BLAIRE did not act like that  she was the opposite of DAVIDSON, but her eyes was desperately looking for CLAYTON) 
CLAYTON  (out of sight he looks at BLAIRE for the last time as he breath  heavily) There she is the one who I’m aware of letting my love  go so painful

SEQUENCE 1 
Palace Theater. January 4, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(NICK was checking the list of attendees, the place  where they can perform the said play) 
NICK 
Just look at this!? Enormous Place with numerous  crowds, what a dreamy place I’m in (in a world of one's own,  can’t help to smile, he stops blabbering for he heard  a knocked coming at the front door) 
(The theatrical thespians came at the performance location to  conduct the play's rehearsals for the royal event) 
LUDWIG 
(one of the casted members) Is someone in here? 
NICK 
Wait up, I'll be there, (strolls his way to one of the doors) (NICK let them in and act like a King’s Butler) 
NICK 
Who led the group of you here? (Performing the role of a butler)  
EMILY 
(one of the casted members) Oh one of the King butlers  led us here sir. 
EMILY 
(one of the casted members) Oh one of the King butlers  led us here sir. 
ALI 
(one of the casted members, realizes) Wait, are you Nick?! 
NICK 
Hahaha, I did trick you. I'm Nick, but better, wealthier, and  your handsome mentor. 
LUDWIG

(gaggle) anyways, let’s keep up, we have drama to play!
SCENE 9 
SEQUENCE 1 
Inner palace garden. January 5, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(CLAYTON lone time in the garden, as usual he brings a journal  book and a pen with him. Sitting on a bench, depressed) 
CLAYTON 
A Day will pass by, In less than time I’m not  
the man by his side 
(CLAYTON Looks at his window where he had first heard her hum) 
CLAYTON 
Saying goodbye to something that has filled your life with such  love and beauty is one of the most agonizing experiences can  have. However, some farewells are simply unavoidable. In order  for something better to enter your life, you occasionally have  to allow yourself to lose something amazing. You were the sun,  the star, and the eternal radiance in my existence. All that is  left of me now is darkness, with the occasional glint of light  to serve as a reminder of what I once had but lost. Even while  I'm asleep, the phantom ache of your tender touch keeps me  awake. Though I may have lost you, you will always have a space  in the most beautiful part of my broken soul. I buried you  yesterday, but memories of you will continue to haunt me  tomorrow and forever. I wondered if death was a better option  than enduring the rest of my days without your sweet kisses to  keep me alive. 
(CLAYTON as spotted the SEAMSTRESS, approach along the hallway.  she pushed the cart of dresses, gowns, and the required suit needed for the wedding) 
CLAYTON 
I was so lost in my anguish about losing you. When something  isn't meant to be, you have no choice but to let go, no matter  how hard you hang on.
SCENE 10 
SEQUENCE 1 
Princess Room. January 6, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(All of the dresses were delivered up to the princess  room by SEAMSTRESS) 
SEAMSTRESS 
Which one do you prefer among these? Majesty requested me to let  you choose three dresses. 
(BLAIRE froze staring at her window and not saying anything) 
SEAMSTRESS 
(waves at her face, curious) ma’am are you alright? 
BLAIRE 
Nothing, oh you're here, and I'm sorry I'm a little out of it  myself (sees the gowns) You can select anything for me; as long  as it suits for me, I'll accept it. 
(Decide to pick the dresses, and BLAIRE tried them on) 
SEAMSTRESS 
Is the corset tight enough princess? 
BLAIRE 
It is just fine (faces went pale when she saw DAVISON coming  into her room) 
(DAVIDSON enters to try on a suit as well.) 
BLAIRE 
What a beautiful bride I have! 
SEAMSTRESS 
Yes, sir, you two are a match made in heaven! 
(When BLAIRE noticed that DAVIDSON was grinning at the  seamstress, she rolled her eyes and went to the  
changing rooms to try on another gown.)
BLAIRE

SCENE 5  
SEQUENCE 1 
King’s Room. January 1, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(Alex and Thomas were talking about the plans they had  for the royal celebration, clanging wine) 
ALEX 
Oh the event will be happening at the eighth  
of January am I right mate? 
THOMAS 
Certainly, can’t wait for our clan to unite together I think it  will be for the good of both of our children  
and also the entire community 
(King Alex and Thomas are agreeing with each other  suddenly enters the room BLAIRE complaining, annoyed) 
BLAIRE  
(stunned) What marriage?! Dad I’m not yet ready for this 
ALEX 
Hmm, I thought she had already consented, why haven't you told  her yet? (Silence fills the space) Thomas? 
BLAIRE  
Dad?! Why did you not tell me this?! (anger) 
(THOMAS wanted ALEX to depart first and discuss  
this specific problem in their own time.) 
THOMAS 
Can you give us a minute (stares at ALEX) 
ALEX 
Sure thing I will be right back (waves) 
(ALEX exits, leaving the father and daughter alone)
SEQUENCE 2 
King’s Room. January 1. Inside Longoria Palace 
BLAIRE  
(appalled) What, Dad?! marriage?! I’m not yet ready for this 
THOMAS 
Blaire, calm down. I'm still your father and still sick can we  talk about this next time. Please don't yell at me. 
BLAIRE  
You planned all of this after all this time? what reason? Please  dad, tell me the reason why you put me in this circumstance. I  need your responses right off the bat. 
(THOMAS is too stunned to speak) 
BLAIRE 
I need your response right off the bat. (shaking) 
THOMAS 
(stupefied) Here Blaire take it (gets medical documents), Here  are the results from our family doctor here in the palace I  never told you this because will never want you to be  worried at all times 
(THOMAS Looks at her daughter weeping in the corner, and  pat his shoulders) 
THOMAS 
After a year I will passed by, and I needed you to realize that  even you are too young to get rule but considering your age you  can marry a guy I just want you to have someone who can take  care of you while I’m gone. (Take a deep Breath) Look Davidson  is a great guy he is a well-trained man from the palace of  Palperroth. I chose him too because he had the distinctive but  unique royal blood across all palaces, His troops I think you  will be a great couple 
(THOMAS Looks at her daughter weeping in the corner, and  pat his shoulders)
BLAIRE 
(wipe her tears) The life I've always wanted will never come  true, even if you leave me with no other option and refuse to  even consider speaking with me to explain how your decisions  affect me?! 
THOMAS 
(aghast) Are you furious with me and berating me for things I  would do just for your own gain? I did all of that with you I  hope you will never walk away with this you are getting married  with Davidson and that is final  
(BLAIRE refuses to answer, as she walks away and headed  upstairs to her room. Leaving King THOMAS behind)  
SCENE 6 
Inner palace garden. January 2, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(BLAIRE indisposed woke up and as she passes through the  corridor of the palace, she saw CLAYTON at  
the inner garden as he writes something in his journal) 
BLAIRE 
You are here?! Glad You’re here?! (Cry one's heart out) (BLAIRE runs to CLAYTON hugs him dearly) 
CLAYTON 
It's fine not to discuss anything first. (Tugs a stray strand of  hair behind her ears, with quick fingers) I am aware of your  predicament, so let it all out now without mentioning anything I  got you covered (touch her hands  
with gentleness and hugs her back) 
(DAVIDSON enters the scene, clapping) 
DAVIDSON 
Well, has the play already come to an end?  
Magnifico heehaw Ha-ha 
BLAIRE 
What do you want Davidson?!
DAVIDSON 
Here you are my best friend, (snatch BLAIRE from CLAYTON and directly looks at you deeply in the eyes) or should  I say my soon to be bride (sniggers) 
CLAYTON 
Enough, back off now, it’s not the right  
time for this matter! 
DAVIDSON 
Who are you then? (Sudden realization came across to his face)  Oh please, Now I remember, your just nothing peasant twat who  just works around here (laughing aggressively) Ha-ha-ha-ha?! 
BLAIRE 
Stop this Now?! Leave, (points him at DAVIDSON, fearfully) 
DAVIDSON 
As women are conditioned by society to be prim and proper Hmm...  (Proudly applaud) I never knew girls can talk back like this (stands tall) So how about I tell your dad that you fell in love  with this theater kid man and that he won't marry you? When that  happens, Clayton will lose his job, his theater career, and the  theatrical community in his town will all be lost due to a lack  of funding, and King Thomas will explode in wrath with you till  he passes away, and you will regret this for the  rest of your life?! 
CLAYTON 
Shut up you freak, I’m not sure how you knew so much about me  considering this was our first encounter, but I despise you so  much and I will inform King Thomas that you did not love Blaire, but you just cared about the power that entails to have by  marrying her. 
BLAIRE 
No please, I will do everything just don’t let Clayton and my  father to get involved in this conversation, (gets away  from being strangled at DAVIDSON’S arms and  
went to CLAYTON, sobbing) 
DAVIDSON 
That's it, sweetheart. (Pats her head and looks at CLAYTON) Once I married Blaire everything will come to at hand, (spread his  arms wide, as if he could embrace the city and imagining the  time he will rule and be king) King Alex would be proud of me as I would dominate the kingdom and rule the land; bowing their  heads to me for I am their King!!
SCENE 7 
SEQUENCE 1 
King’s Room. January 3, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace (THOMAS and ALEX were conversing) 
ALEX 
How did your talk with Blaire go? Did she refuse  to marry my son? 
THOMAS 
Yes... (gulps his own saliva)  
ALEX 
What?!(appalling) 
THOMAS 
But I brought up the subject and I know she was aware; she can't  just ignore me.  
ALEX 
Surely, after all you never disappoint anyone right? 
THOMAS 
Everything must go into plan mark my words. 
(The two Kings laughter filled the entire room) 
ALEX 
Hahaha Cheers? (Raises his glass) 
THOMAS 
Yeah sure do! Hahaha (Clangs his glass to ALEX) 
ALEX 
Having with great time with you is a pleasure  
THOMAS 
So am I Alex?! 
(The two Kings spend the night having themselves  
drunk with the finest wine in the palace)

SCENE 4  
SEQUENCE 1 
Setting: Royal Banquet, Inside Longoria Palace (Prior to the  royal procession, which includes the head of state, entering the  ballroom where the meal is place, there is a reception. The  guests, who have already been seated, then stand as the Royal  procession makes its way to their seats and the national anthem  is performed. Banquets are typically conducted to boost a host's  reputation or to strengthen social ties between co-contributors.  These goals can be fulfilled today through events like  ceremonies, celebrations, or charitable gatherings. They  frequently include speeches in praise of  
the subject or special guest.) 
(CLAYTON and NICK arrived at time King THOMAS Clank the glass a  sign to start eating the meal) 
THOMAS 
So Boys (looks at CLAYTON and NICK) have you met my daughter yet, she is Princess of Longoria Palace, her named is Blaire  
(BLAIRE bows to the two gentlemen: stares at CLAYTON  a lot smiling) 
THOMAS

(BUTLER is anxious because he knows he must let the two lads  explore the area while doing nothing because he knows work will  begin today.) 
BUTLER 
Um about that sire— (cuts his words to stammer) 
(CLAYTON notice that the butler is sweating, so  
he confidently talks about the script) 
CLAYTON  
The thing is sire is I finished writing the entire play last  night;(rises on his seat and grabs the pack of paper and  hands it to King THOMAS) We just need a little more  time in gathering our thespians troops to practice the play and  we are all set. 
(The BUTLER did not expect his answers, relief) 
NICK  
In addition sire, we need your approval by tonight so that we  can make any changes you requested. 
THOMAS 
(reads the given paper) Great start, gentlemen. Keep it up so.  for my event will be perfect everything has had to be perfect. I  will plan it for next week. I am aware that there isn't much  time left, but I trust you guys. In the coming ceremony, my  butler and I will send out invitations to every palace and town  for the royal celebration, to which everyone is invited on this  special day.  
(The BLAIRE squints her eyes beamingly as a symbol of gratitude  towards CLAYTON and NICK for making her dad, King THOMAS cheerful.) 
THOMAS 
So how’s the food? I'm hoping that everyone  
is enjoying their meals. 
NICK

(FOOT GUARD came to the royal table saluting to King THOMAS)
FOOT GUARD

(KING ALEX and DAVIDSON appears out of the frame DAVIDSON and  bow to everyone, then showing his masculinity to everyone  He looks at BLAIRE and smirks at her then the  
BUTLER assist him to his seat) 
THOMAS

SEQUENCE 2 
Royal Meal. December 31, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(Everyone was paying close attention to hear what the King had  to say about this.) 
THOMAS 
Since I've held the position of King for such a great many  years, (Holding back his tears) I'm too old and infirm to  undertake the duties, and my illness is incurable. As a result,  I'll be abdicating my position. 
(When the announcement was made everyone, notably  Blaire her daughter, was astounded.) 
BLAIRE  
Father?! Why?! are you hearing what you said right now...  Are you being serious? You are just joking around, right?!  Please father, I needed you just as much as the people you serve  did. (cries) 
(THOMAS was aware that Blaire will act this way so he further  explains what will happen next for the Longoria Palace) 
THOMAS 
Indeed, However, after discussing it, Father of Davidson the  King Alex of Palperroth and I concluded that we were of an age  to retire as Kings. (Looks at King ALEX While nodding at each  other) In fact, the royal party I mentioned to you earlier this  
day will take place following week. Clayton and Nick, two gentlemen, will organize it. It will also mark the wedding of  the princess to Davidson, who will become the new King and Queen and usher in a new era in our palace, Now the feast had ended I  have something else to do

SEQUENCE 1 
Inner palace garden. December 30, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(CLATON strolling to the garden and  
gets to see a beautiful breathtaking scenery, smiles) 
CLAYTON 
(talking to oneself) This was a huge, exquisite place there  must be something extraosseous of building this thin-- 
(CLATON heard something from the far up humming  
through one’s window, listening attentively) 
BLAIRE 
(a Damsel, Princess of the Longo humming) hmm... hmmm... ah...  ahaha... 
(CLATON found the melody of the song to where it is coming from) 
CLAYTON 
(waving at BLAIRE) Hey you up there, nice song tune 
BLAIRE 
 (notice CLAYTON) Do I really? Thank you (timid) 
CLAYTON 
 (being a jest) Do you want to join me here at the  massive theme park (assertive) 
BLAIRE 
 Hahaha silly you, this is a palace and not some  sort of an amusement theme park (CLAYTON shows a great first  impression to BLAIRE so she nodded to go down) Hold back there,  coming down at any second now (CLAYTON shows a great first  impression to BLAIRE so she nodded forthwith to go downstairs)
(BLAIRE excitedly enters the inner  
garden of the palace, running) 
SEQUENCE 2 
Inner palace garden. December 30, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
CLAYTON 
 So, I’m just a wonder boy talking to a nice lady now huh 
BLAIRE  
Hmm might be (laugh) Never seen you before, (Staring at CLAYTON)  What do you do here? 
CLAYTON 
 An entertainer, I written many poems. Here for the royal  celebrations with my master and we'll organize a press play on  the royal night. 
(BLAIRE sees the book that CLAYTON is holding on) 
BLAIRE  
(Reads the front text in the cover) Last Crusade, huh?  oh, you read books. (Shocked) 
CLAYTON  
Yes, I do, that is where I can get my inspiration for writing  poetry, drama, and stories you want to view some of my recent  works, on which I've been working for the past few months?  What’s that on your face why are you in shock? (wondering) 
(BLAIRE fascinated by his wise answers, gripped the journal book while covering her face, and began to blush and her  words to stammer) 
BLAIRE  
Oh-h I- Love books too, I adore reading as well, but I've never  met a man like you who also writes poetry, never afraid to  engages in feminine customs, and enjoys attending to the  theater. I was referring to a man who maintained stereotyped  beliefs of male supremacy and who I had met over the years. A  guy may be qualified for various rewards depending on how  closely he represents the ideal masculine standard in his  community.
CLAYTON 
I hate when the norms of the society is based on labels that is  why I act my way that is uniquely different no matter what they  tell me (smiles while BLAIRE face turns red) We’ve been talking  
for a while now but (shyly asking) never gotten your name I’m  Clayton, So lady, what’s your name 
BLAIRE  
Blaire, King Thomas’s daughter, princess of Inside Longoria  Palace Lovely to meet you. Delighted to make your acquaintance. Well, I think it is getting dark now big day tomorrow, Clayton. 
(BLAIRE is leaving but CLAYTON can’t resist his feelings  kept so he picked a rose in the garden and grab her arms) 
CLAYTON 
Before you leave, let me to say that you are the most beautiful  damsel I have ever seen. (Snatches BLAIRE into his arms,  embraces her, and whispers an unexpected poetry into her ear.) O  
damsel of beauty and fondness, your odor permeates the heavens. encompass my eyes completely, bring me pleasure in life. Will  you come and see me again? (nervous) 
(Both of them are facing and stares at each other no words came  out, silence and night lights are filling up the whole area and  then BLAIRE suddenly a peck CLAYTON’S cheek and gave him a red  bracelet as her answer) 
BLAIRE  
You know the answer to that Mr. Clayton (bashful) 
(BLAIRE started to run out of her room while leaving CLAYTON behind with a confusion of that puzzled situation) 
CLAYTON 
(mumbles) Whatever you say princess (giggles) 
(CLAYTON grin from ear to ear as he returns to the guest rooms  while being inspired as not noticing that he wrote the entirety  of a play in the whole night) 
SEQUENCE 3 
Guest Rooms. December 31, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(One of the FOOT GUARD plays a trumpet to serve as an alarm and  wake up the entire people in the palace)
BUTLER 
(Knocks at the door, then enters the guest room as he wakes nick) first your breakfast is waiting for you in the table of  banquet, reminder to dress appropriately and don’t be late 
(NICK lickety-split to get out of bed and lookout for CLAYTON  who slept at the desk while sleep soundly thus smiling as if he  is dreaming of something) 
NICK 
Hey, sleepy boy wake up wake up we cannot be late at  the royal meal I Heard there will be a special guest coming I  hope they are investors watching the play...( excitedly trilled) 
CLAYTON  
Roses are red violets are blue and I’m yours and you  are mine too (smiling half awake) 
NICK 
What are you saying man, (slaps his face) stood up now! 
(NICK noticed that CLAYTON’S The scrap papers he had on the  table were written plays that he had never seen of, and  his bed is neatly made.) 
NICK 
Did you not slept? Why? All these papers of your handwriting  were scattered, what are all these? 
CLAYTON  
It is indeed done, I already written up the whole script the  night you were asleep (yawn, stretches) 
NICK 
Are you mad?! (In disbelief double checks the paper) Are you  serious, this is it Clayton!! Will save our production I’m  forever in debt with you (hugs CLAYTON)  
CLAYTON  
Stop the drama nick, just review them later and will present  this to the King THOMAS for his approval. 
NICK  
Got it! (Winks) Now come on, To the royal meal!

SEQUENCE 4 
Nick’s office. December 29, 1940. Norhall Town, Nightingale  Theater. 
(CLAYTON hurly enters the office to deliver the news, rushing) 
CLAYTON 
Nick?! Nick looks at this poster (hustling) 
NICK 
(working productively looking at documents) What is it?!  You looked bustle  
CLAYTON 
This is the solution to our problem (Gives the paper to NICK),  Ludwig and I had a small talk late at night and found out that  the Longoria Palace is hosting an event at their castle, and  they are looking for people who can produce a drama play. If I  utilize my talent and intelligence for creating poems and plays,  the prize can fund the production, Nick, Ludwig gave to me the  poster. 
NICK 
Right?! That’s Brilliant News Clayton!!can make this work,  Really, thank you Clayton; this may actually save us. and if you  need any support, I can give you my help here. Looks at the  paper for clarification), Wait It’s tomorrow, Clayton are you  sure your double down to do this we don’t get any preparation,  
CLAYTON 
(No Hesitation in answering) I can do this believe in me. I’ll  get that pot lock money master Nick. 
NICK 
We still have a long way to go, youngster, so I'll  gather my stuff and call you tomorrow be ready kid.
SCENE 2 
SEQUENCE 1 
Setting: Longoria Palace, (The political and businessman  Francisco Javier González Longoria commissioned the construction  of the Palace of Longoria, an Art Nouveau structure, in the  Chueca neighborhood of Madrid, Spain, the country's capital  city, near the intersection of Fernando VI and Pelayo streets.) 
(THOMAS sits in the rightful throne, bad-tempered) 
THOMAS 
(King of the Longoria Palace) Well, any entertainers?! (Short Tempered) I’m sick of seeing the audition to be such a waste of  time I needed real passionate Thespians?! (Immensely eyes  looking at the butlers) Do we have anymore presenters left? 
(BUTLER checking the list while swallowing the saliva, sweating) 
BUTLER 
Sire, I’m apologized but that is the last one le— (cuts his  words when he heard THOMAS, the king shouts) 
THOMAS 
Then, find one? Why keep me waiting, keep hunting for someone  who can fit into my satisfactions; my event day is approaching,  and I'll do everything in my power to please Davidson since  
that's the only way they'll be able to view my castle. (Short Tempered) Get out Butler Now 
BUTLER 
Yes, your highness, all will go to plan sire (sweating heavily) 
(BUTLER immediately go out, fearfully as he heard a raucous noise coming from the gates from the outside) 
CLAYTON 
Let me in! Let me in please I beg you I’m a poet (shows the hiring wanted crinkle poster to the FOOT GUARDS)
SEQUENCE 2 
Longoria Palace. December 30, 1940, Towering Gates 
(FOOT GUARDS, Not speaking but observing the  
biliary-red face, furious) 
BUTLER 
(mumbling) That's it, he's the one.  
(BUTLER, walks in front of the FOOT GUARD)  
FOOT GUARD 
Permission on Duty! (Sharp movement, saluting to the king’s  BUTLER) Sir, this guy is sneaking in into our castle and I’m  Stopping him from doing that. 
(BUTLER glares at CLAYTON and NICK, engrossingly struck) 
BUTLER 
What two impoverished men doing here, are you trying to do? (The BUTLER is dealing to test them for their true intention being  present in the castle.)  
NICK 
(Looking directly at the BUTLER shaking his hands) Coming from  the Norhall Town, Nightingale Theater. (Sounding confident) Our  intent being here is that, were here for the job hiring drama  play entertainment. (Presenting the poster to the BUTLER) We are  the ideal people to put your trust in because it is said that  you are inviting auditions from all across town to compose a  play for the impending event in this palace. Given our  reputation for providing this type of entertainment you needed. 
(FOOT GUARD, making sure that they don’t bring any sharp objects  that can use as weapons or harm anyone at the castle) 
FOOT GUARD 
Ehm, (fake cough; then attentively watching the two men while he  whispers to the BUTLER) are we letting them in sir? 
BUTLER 
Yes, I will have to let them into the castle, but you and I will  escort them to the king, if anyone of these men misbehaves, punishment will be death, understood?! 
FOOT GUARD 
Sir, Yes Sir?! (gobble)
SEQUENCE 3 
Corridor. December 30, 1940, Inside Longoria Palace. 
(King THOMAS losing faith, he could not want to talk to anyone  if they don't suit his mood) 
BUTLER 
(knocks at the front door) Sir, are you sound asleep? I have  some exciting news for you. 
THOMAS 
Why did you enter is there something  
important to tell?! (sigh) 
BUTLER 
Of course Sire, I discovered another talented presenter.  (self-assured) 
THOMAS 
Oh, how often you have told me that they are talented?  Nevertheless, evaluate to see if they are and  
invite them in! (obtrusive) 
(The BUTLER signals the FOOT GUARD to lead them the path  the way in, as CLAYTON and NICK were mesmerized on how big the  castle was.) 
FOOT GUARD 
Men, follow me, I’ll show you to the King’s Room  (Acting Decisively) 
CLAYTON 
Nick, this is a wonderous place (astound) 
NICK 
Your right kid. having never been to a palace (excite) 
(FOOT GUARD pretending to cough to catch their attention;  carefully observing the two men as she leads them inside the  King's room) 
THOMAS 
(see’s the two men to enter) Introduce yourself now.
SEQUENCE 3 
King’s Room. December 30, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
(NICK and CLAYTON glances at each other waiting  
for the signal to begin speaking) 
NICK 
Nightingale Theater, coming from Norhall Town. (With assurance)  Our goal in being present is to provide job hiring, drama play  amusement. You should put your interest in us because it has  been reported that you are holding open auditions for  playwrights from all over town for the forthcoming event in this  palace. You required this type of fun given our reputation for  offering it. 
THOMAS 
Sounding so confident, well what can you do? (curious) You, what  do you do? (Pointing at CLAYTON) 
CLAYTON 
Specifically, sir, I write poems for the Nightingale Theater and  have written plays and dramas for the residents of Norhall Town.  I also make theatrical productions for the community to enjoy. 
THOMAS 
What are your sampler shows from the past or your newest  productions that I should know? That will grab  
my interest then. (inquisitive) 
CLAYTON 
I'm glad you asked. I have two proud plays: The Cry, which won  an award for its soulful theatrical performance, and The  Pressure, which received positive response from audiences in  another area and earned the young actors an outstanding prize.  (show’s a photographic proof to King THOMAS) 
(NICK and CLAYTON glances at each other waiting  
for the signal to begin speaking) 
NICK 
In addition were hosting a new one which will come out this  January from the classic poetry play written by CLAYTON all of  these cast were a part of it, and it is called the  Last Crusade 
THOMAS 
Impressive, I need you to start working on it right away. I need  the performance to be as impressive as possible to win over  Davidson the upcoming and persuade him to become the new King of  Longoria Palace. If the performance is successful, you will be  rewarded. (THOMAS requests that his BUTLER take NICK and CLAYTON  to their guess rooms) I'll now release you to the butler to take  you to the guest rooms. 
SEQUENCE 4 
Corridor. December 30, 1940. Inside Longoria Palace 
BUTLER 
Since you’re here let me give you a quick tour of the Place, before heading into the guest rooms (He showed almost everything  in the palace, and they all went to guess room) As long your  working here you may use these facilities you can roam around  the corridors but remember to keep in touch with the rules and  if you needed just press this button, If I don’t respond,  someone will serve you all throughout the palace understood?  (Making himself clear) 
CLAYTON 
Butler, we promise to remember it all. You can rely on us. (heartening) 
NICK 
Yes will do our job too seriously too. (optimistic) 
BUTLER 
You can now explore the castle, and your workday will begin  tomorrow morning. Farewell 
(BUTLER goes out of the guest room, overtired) 
NICK 
Hey Clayton, (drowsy eyes) As soon I unpack my things. I will  sleep first I feel like I’m your butler and you’re the king as I  drove you to this palace. Fortunately, we had these comfortable  beds. I need to sleep first because I'm exhausted. (yawn)
CLAYTON I’ll explore this castle first My energy isn’t drained that much  yet. (Gets a calligraphy pen and a journal book and ran towards  to inner palace garden)

SCENE 1 
SEQUENCE 1 
Setting: Norhall Town, Nightingale Theater (Poston vividly  depicts a trailblazing social experiment in rural community  development in the 1940s, introducing to the public a ground breaking strategy for civic self-knowledge and action through  "community drama," in which citizens research and dramatize the  past and potential future of their town). 
(CLAYTON, the poet man enters quietly in the  
practice room, flabbergasted) 
NICK 
(a production crew, directing the whole stage play,  displeased) HEY, stick to the script! (NICK squints his eyes  when each light at the stage spotlight flashes at the member  
delivering their poets that has written by CLAYTON) Downhearted Ludwig – (Giving all his momentum and his solo stage while full  heatedly gets into his Character) Can I see another's woe, and  not be in sorrow too? Can I see another's grief, and not seek  for kind relief? (As LUDWIG give his final bow and NICK closes  close the curtains) 
(CLAYTON, the poet man has wiped his fake tears and clap loudly) 
CLAYTON 
Bravo! Excellent choice of play but the drama is extraneous needed to have call the tune of sorrows and conduct onto my  level of expectations into it for the communal hierarchy and the  audience will get attached to it (CLAYTON jocular behaves as his impersonal nature teasing NICK to enrages him.) 
NICK 
(NICK’s face falls, shocked not knowing CLAYTON is around) For  the love of God, you are again. If it weren't for your genius in  creating a wonderful poem and plays in town, I would have long  since drove you off a cliff. You constantly feel the need to  irritate me while we are working together on these shows.  (sighs) Glad my patience was stronger... (NICK’s face frowning.) But I will miss it....
(CLAYTON’s Unable to think clearly due to confusion Uncertain of  what he’s talking about.) 
CLAYTON 
What exactly did you say? You'll miss me making fun of you,  Hahaha How pitiful! (CLAYTON grew aware that his behavior was  odd) I'm sorry for teasing you earlier, but what's on your face  is making you frown. (CLAYTON began to wonder as NICK shrugs) 
NICK 
(placed his hands on his hips then breaths heavily, walks up to  CLAYTON, tell him the words he's been holding onto for a  while.) Hey, Listen Pal, let me get this to you straight, this show... (NICK hesitate to answer) um...  
(CLAYTON’s intriguing to listen) 
NICK 
(NICK cuts his words) Nah too much overthinking, never mind (NICK, claps his hand as he gathers the people on stage to get a  break for rehearsing the entire play) Please take a five-minute  
break before continuing the drill, everyone. Please assist me in  bringing these documents through my office, Clayton. (NICK nervously speaking) 
CLAYTON 
(flustered) Wait, would you mind explaining to me what you are  referring about earlier? I’m not assisting you to your office  unless you tell me what is. 
NICK 
Hey you really want to know, (grasp some air as he steps out  onto the stage and look around) fine, it is hard to tell you,  but this is our last show kid. 
CLAYTON 
What do you mean by that?! You’re tricking me, right? This show  is a hit this can’t be our last I can’t lose my job?! 
NICK 
Shh... This is secret between you and me, you’re the first one I  have not told this to anyone (NICK looks around and whisper to  CLAYTON) Your right kid. All of us will lose our hard It may  come as no surprise that the motion picture and sound recording  industries were heavily hit by job losses given that theaters  closed, and entertainment production efforts stagnated around
the area. I hate to break the news to anyone, but after this  last show, employment will be down from a month earlier. If no  one will support us financially, we're doomed. (digress) Now can  you please help me with the papers were going to arrange the  papers to my office. 
(CLAYTON is too ineffable, it is challenging to put into words  ideas and emotions.) 
SEQUENCE 2 
Nick’s office. December 28, 1940. Norhall Town, Nightingale  Theater. 
(CLAYTON and NICK is banging away on the way to office) 
CLAYTON 
There is something that we must do, we can’t just let them know  about what is happening their life depends on us we can’t just  one hook of swing let it down like nothing happen?! Nick please, 
NICK 
Have you figured it out yet, when I said it is over then it’s  done, we can’t do anything about it young one. (NICK stumbles placing the paper on his desk) Oh... ops, now will you excuse me I have more things to be done in this hour I can’t let any time  waste for this argument. (NICK seat in his office chair and  productively working) 
(CLAYTON left the office of NICK walking down to an empty hallway, scowl) 
SEQUENCE 3 
Maidenhair Park. December 28, 1940. Besides Norhall Town,  Nightingale Theater. 
CLAYTON 
(mumbling) What a jerk, He can’t tell his whole situation to the  whole production he keeps up with himself this whole time, If I  can save the whole production wait for, I shall be back?! With  handful of money (thinking; figuring on how he can make money to  support the Nightingale Theater production)
What if I make a successful book about stuff I've written in the  past or sell some of the poems I've written? What will... I’m  going to do... 
(LUDWIG stopped biking enters the scene  
and saw CLAYTON making faces, puzzled) 
LUDWIG 
(a blithesome theater kid, holding a squeeze esoteric poster)  Clayton, my man, (LUDWIG put his hand on CLAYTON shoulders) wanted to mention that the play that was written was really  
fantastic. Have you received any weird inspiration for writing  it? (Notice CLAYTON not attentively listening) Howdy, are you  all ears my man? is there, hmm... something bothering you at  this moment? 
CLAYTON 
(CLAYTON lies, omit) Oh Ludwig Yes, I’m listening, (He muses for  a moment, trying to recall the question that LUDWIG had asked  him.) I genuinely did need money. Do you have any extra cash I  could borrow or any job listings you might suggest? These past  few days, I really wanted to work more hours because I felt like  I was doing nothing, rather than providing theatrical poets and  scripts to perform in this town. 
(LUDWIG, pull up the esoteric poster that he had  
at his hand, smizing)  
LUDWIG 
Right time! I have got you covered. I recently saw this poster  on a wall, and it piqued my curiosity. I grabbed it because I  knew it would astonish you. (Excitedly showing it to CLAYTON) 
CLAYTON 
Well, what will you show me (intriguingly  
waiting for LUDWIG’S answer) 
LUDWIG 
(LUDWIG reads the poster out loud) A wanted entertainers and  performer was required for the Longoria Palace's scriptwriting  and theater event for the Defender of the Realm. Nothing  compares to the shout of the people supporting their knight. We  enthrall audiences with innovative tale that features a majestic  Queen and the unrivaled royal revelry of times. We bring the  enchanted experience to life by transforming every excursion  into a high-caliber event. (CLAYTON can be seen listening  intently.) Reward is at twenty thousand dollars and a support 
from future occasions from Majestical Highness  
at the Longoria Palace. 
CLAYTON 
That’s windfall of money Ludwig?! How can I get the job hiring  what are the requirements to enter?! (Tempting to join) 
LUDWIG 
(Scans the poster) Nothing written here, do not lose hope wait  for a second, (he simply flipped the poster, more examination was done) Oh... Simply go to the palace and prove them that you are worthy can entertain them by showcasing some of your works  and projects. You should also exhibit positive characteristics  and be free of any criminal records. My mistake is in the back  of the poster. (Exclaimed LUDWIG) 
CLAYTON

LUDWIG

The Longoria Palaces are located about 40 miles  east of Ellsworth on Route 1 as you pass through the tranquil  fishing and agricultural community of Harrington. CLAYTON

(Tears fall down As LUDWIG gently closed his  eyes and mesmerized his solo role in the theatrical performance,  LUDWIG patted CLAYTON’S shoulders while having an unfeigned  glint in his eyes and a genuine smile.) See you at the  Nightingale Theater. I can't wait to play one of your pieces in  front of a sizable audience that will be wildly applauding and  clapping throughout the entire play.  
(LUDWIG noticed that it is getting late at night,) It is getting dark here, (phew) I will leave now  goodbye Clayton! (waves) 
(LUDWIG get his bike and started riding it and him out of sight leaving CLAYTON alone.)
CLAYTON 
(Sitting on a seat after spotting one, talking to oneself.)  Can’t crush this man’s dream; For none other than you If I had  woken up from this lovely dream; There was a theme. Too strong  
for fantasy for reason, in light of this, you wisely woke me up,  but You didn't break my dream, but instead kept it going.

DESTINY LOVE

JENNY: I was standing in the rain by myself at the bus stop. I must have been waiting for the damn bus for twenty minutes. I was meeting Roger for coffee and dessert to go over our project together and I looked like a wreck from the weather. 
So, I wasn’t in the best of moods. 
Anyhoo, I see this couple, a young couple, walking to the bus stop. They are sharing one umbrella and the guy has his arm wrapped around the girl and they are laughing as if it was a bright sunny day. This annoyed me. I’m still trying to figure out why, but it really got under my skin. 
So, they stand not more than five feet beside me and I could hear their conversation. He’s talking about how cute she is and she’s giggling and kissing him and he’s eating it up and she’s rubbing her hands on his chest and he’s smiling. It was as if they were the only two people in the world. Like the world revolved around them. 
It saddened me. I became so miserable on top of being miserable, which means I was two levels deep in my misery. 
Why can’t I be caught in the rain with a handsome man who’s telling me how beautiful I am? 
Anyway, I was first to get on the bus and I walked to the very back and check this out, there were only three vacant seats left. The last pair of seats were empty and there was another empty seat next to some guy. 
You know what I did? I took the double seats and watched this young happy couple sit apart from one another. I did that. I caused that break. They could have sat together but I made them separate. 
At first I felt victorious. Like, HAH, how do you happy people like that?! But then, after a minute or two went by and I saw the guy look over at his girl and she back at him and how they both smiled at one another…it nearly broke my heart. 
I feel like such a fool and I’ve had this terrible feeling looming over me ever since. How do I change and get back to feeling happy again?

SCENE 9 
Sequence 9 
Nishimura’s House. 5 in the afternoon. Jaycee goes home after meeting up on a date with Jane. He was greeted by his father with an unpleasant surprise. 
(ARRIVED AT MR. NISHIMURA'S HOUSE) 
MR.NISHIMURA:
Oh, Jaycee, you're already here. I want to introduce you to someone. JAYCEE: 
(Eyebrows raised) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Let me introduce you to Tanya. I want you both to get married soon. TANYA: 
Glad to meet you (Look at Jaycee) 
JAYCEE: 
(Eyebrow raised) What is it? Married? (Scoffs at his father’s nonsensical banters) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Ah, Tanya, could you please excuse us? I'll just talk with my son. TANYA: 
Sure, Sir (gave a sweet smile) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
(His gaze turned furious, yet a deadly one because he seems more quiet) What is that? What are you saying, you will not marry Tanya? You will marry her whether you want it or not. Do you know how many shares we can get from them? Don't you recognize them? They are one 
of the richest families in the country, and their name is very famous. If you marry her, my business will grow even more and I will have power. 
JAYCEE:
What do I care if they're famous? I won't get married to her because I don't love that girl and she's not the one I dream of growing up with. I don't care what power you want to get! 
MR.NISHIMURA: 
You are so rude! You did not respect me as your father. JAYCEE: 
You're my father? Since when? You didn't treat me like your own child, so I don't have a father like you. I didn't have a father who was greedy for power. To me, you were just a useless old man who did nothing but kill people. (Walked out). 
(Jaycee gets into the car and leaves.) 
MR.NISHIMURA: (He threw the marriage papers across the floor. Calling someone, he tries to calm down) Hello? I want you to do something. 
THIRD PERSON: While Jaycee was driving, there were cars waiting for him, and people with their faces covered got out, a chase happened but it ended tragically, the men shot the car Jaycee was riding in. This leads to one’s loss. 
SCENE 10 
Sequence 10 
Hospital. 2019. Jaycee’s Death Anniversary. A year has passed after all the chaos. As part of the mourning for those who still couldn’t accept Jaycee’s death, one visits the culprit of all. 
(Jane enters the door of Mr. Nishimura's hospital room) JANE:
How is the demon father of Jaycee doing? I wonder why you are so strong and still alive. What does it feel like to lay in that bed? Mr. Nishimura, it appears that you only have a few months left to live. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
(Shocked) Jane? I did not expect you to visit here. 
JANE: 
Why do you appear so startled—like you just encountered a ghost? Are you terrified that I am standing in front of you and will gradually make you pay for your sins? 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
(He stood up despite his weak legs, as he stumbled upon Jane’s feet) Jane, I am sorry for whatever mistakes I may have made in the past. I'm hoping you can forgive me. I am aware that it is difficult to forgive because of my sin, yet I still beg your forgiveness. (He spoke in a hoarse voice, brought by age and sickness) 
JANE: 
What are you thinking? After you killed your own son? You are not as bad. I'm sorry to say this, but I can't forgive you for what you did. Jaycee died because of you. He died without you being forgiven and you will die without getting the forgiveness you want. (She coldly and nonchalantly replied at the old man) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
(Tears formed at his eyes, as he sought defeat, guilt swallowing him up as all the actions he did came back to his vision) I understand and I'm sorry for everything (holds Jane's hand) 
JANE:
As I've already said, I won't forgive you. I will destroy you and repent for your sins. I'll take your business and all of your assets, and I'll keep bringing you down until you pass away. (Turns and exits the room.) 
THIRD PERSON: After Jane and Mr. Nishimura's chat, Jane took over all of Mr. Nishimura's business. She left nothing behind, not even a single coin. 
AKIRA: 
It looks like we're happy now. What about life and business? JANE: 
It's fine, it was successful, just like I said before. (Contradicting her words, her face painted nothing but a straight face) 
AKIRA: 
(She doubts her friends' words and expressions. Yet she let it pass, thinking maybe it was just due to her exhausted feeling) That's what you look like. Do you have an appointment today? 
JANE: 
Yes, I'm going to a meeting, so I'll say goodbye to you. (She waved goodbye to her friend, Akira unexpectedly hugs her, she then reciprocates the warmth. Not knowing that it is the last, they both tightened their hugs and let go) 
THIRD PERSON: Jane left for her business meeting, but unexpectedly she had a car accident, which was the cause of her death. On her deathbed, she only spoke a single- sentence. 
JANE: 
He vivido…(Meaning, “I have lived.” A part of her promise to Jaycee that day he was shot dead by his father’s men.)

SCENE 7 
Sequence 7 
Nishimura’s property. It was the same day when Nishimura’s plan got rejected by Sandoval. Frustrated, he left the building and seemed to be in a bad mood for the rest of the day. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
WHERE, IS, THE, HEAD, OF, THAT, WORKER?!. (He threw a punch on the worker) 
Nishimura Worker: 
S- Sir, we wounded him enough to make him bleed to death, it is only a matter of time before he dies.( He was frightened to even say something that might trigger him even more) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
(He scoffed at his reply) You are taking this lightly? YOU MAKE IT SOUND LIKE THIS IS NOT A BIG DEAL! Listen to me, That worker is a big evidence that could take us down for good. BRING HIS HEAD OR YOU'RE THE ONE WHO’S GOING IN THE OTHER SIDE!. (He shouted)
(Maddie who was hiding behind the wall heard everything and immediately left after Mr. Nishimura’s conversation with his workers) 
(At Mr. Sandoval’s place) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Jane, we need to talk. 
(Jane is confused as she entered the room) 
JANE: 
What is it Pa? 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Look, I know you’re strong, I know you can handle yourself already. That is why I am asking you to prepare yourself for an upcoming event. 
(A person from the shadowy part of the room emerges) 
MADDIE: 
For war. 
(Back to Mr. Nishimura’s House) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Men, we are all gathered here to prepare ourselves. Your lives, your families, and your freedom lies on the results this time. This is not a game. A worker of the Sandovals slipped through my grasp and managed to tell the Sandovals about our little doings. There is one more thing. 
(Mr. Nishimura points Maddie) 
MR. NISHIMURA:
This woman is a traitor, lock her up and do not let anyone see you. (Maddie tries to escape but failed) 
(A loud bang from the door alerted the whole Nishimura) NISHIMURA WORKER: 
THE SANDOVALS! 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Let him in. 
NISHIMURA WORKER: 
But sir. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Do it. 
(Mr. Sandoval himself entered the room with 3 guards behind him) MR. NISHIMURA: 
Old friend, what brings about your unexpected arrival? MR. SANDOVAL: 
Stop this Rio Nishimura, We have come to arrest you, We do not have to have blood on our hands to end this. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
(Laughs hysterically) You’re going to arrest me with 3 men? We can take you out here in an instant just like what we did to your other workers. 
(Mr. Sandoval raises his hand to signal something)
(Mr. Sandoval’s workers came out from all directions and pointed their weapons at Mr. Nishimura) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
You can’t win, We have this place under control, You still have the chance to surrender. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Tch, This is not the end my friend, Someone will take over everything for me. 
SCENE 8 
Sequence 8 
Sandoval’s House. After what happened between Mr. Nishimura and Mr. Sandoval; Jane finds out from her father that Jaycee is Dark. Although she didn’t mind the cover up that Jaycee just did, because of her love 
for him as her boyfriend, she asks for her father’s guidance and wishes to live with him in a faraway city. 
(At Mr. Sandoval’s Place) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Darling, I don’t feel safe that you are always with Nishimura’s son. He mentioned before that someone will rise after him. I cannot be at ease, knowing that his son might be the one to continue his deeds. 
JANE: 
Pa, Jaycee is not that kind of person, He is a Nishimura but he acts nothing like his father. I know that, I am sure of it! (She pleads to her father)
MR. SANDOVALl: 
Jane! (He shouts out of frustration, this makes Jane flinch. He approaches her and cups her cheek to calm her down and apologizes for scaring her.) Look, I am just concerned about your safety, I cannot afford to lose my precious daughter. 
JANE: 
I appreciate your concern Pa, I Love You. But I beg of you… Please let me go against your will, for once. (She begs with her eyes glistening of an upcoming downpour of tears.) 
(At the Nishimura’s Place) 
JAYCEE: 
(Laying on Jane’s lap, he asks doubtingly) I want my father out of that prison, I can’t run this whole thing without him. I didn’t even want to be his heir in the first place. 
JANE: 
(She calms him down by brushing his hair with her fingertips.) How about we talk to my father and ask if he can be imprisoned inside the place. Like, House arrest? (She suggests.) 
JAYCEE: 
Hmm…That is more than enough, I guess. Thank you. (He kissed her cheek) 
(The couple convinced Mr. Sandoval about the idea and they celebrated) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
I knew that you couldn’t let me down, Son. You truly are one hell of a Nishimura HAHAHA!.
JAYCEE: 
(He coldly replies) I am doing this for the business, not for you. Please don’t cause any more trouble. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Jane, can you give us a moment please? 
(Jane left the room) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
You have gotten soft, my son. I am starting to see a different person in you. Hah, I have an idea. Next week, I will throw a small celebration in here, but we can’t have Jane around okay? 
JAYCEE: 
Just leave Jane out of your plans, She’s the one who set you free after all. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Oh yeah, sure sure. I will, don’t worry. (He replies insincerely.)

SCENE 4 
Sequence 4 
Outdoors. 12 Midnight. After the whole conversation that happened between the two families, Jaycee’s thoughts never stopped running. He was confused why his father didn't introduce him with his real name. Was it because of his mission? Was it to fool the Sandovals? Or his father was simply hating on him, that is why no one knows he is the son of the biggest and richest businessman? No one knows the reason why his father is treating him that way.
(Dark started working after 1 week, he’s always checking Jane from afar. But Jane didn’t know the reason behind it. That's why she kept asking her Dad about Darkness. But the only answer she gets is…) 
MR.SANDOVAL: 
(Not even looking at his daughter) He’s just there Jane, he can’t be with you closely. It’s my order. 
(Jane kept checking her surroundings if Dark was there. Not until one time, Jane decided to go to a convenience store at 12am in the morning. Suddenly a group of male tried to approach her but someone interrupted them.) 
DARK: 
Excuse me. 
GUY: 
Get out! (His other friends laughed and teased dark) Sorry man, but we were first! (laughs) 
DARK: 
What did you say? (He grabbed the guy’s collar but someone stopped him) 
JANE: 
Stop, just leave them alone, Dark. It’s my order. (She grabbed dark and went outside) 
(Jane was frustrated about how dark handled the situation earlier, but she also felt relief knowing that Dark is always there for her. Somewhat, this whole time, she was denying something that she feels everytime Dark appears and disappears to save her.)
JANE: 
So, you will just show up when I’m in danger? 
(Dark didn’t answer her question) 
JANE: 
How long have you been checking me from afar? 
DARK: 
After the day we met in the restaurant. 
(Jane stops walking and realizes she’s holding Dark's hand for a long time. They ended up in front of a playground. Jane decided to sit on a swing while Dark was standing beside him. Leaning his upper body in the tree.) 
JANE: 
(Despite debates on asking such a sentimental question on someone she doesn’t really know anything about yet, she opens her mouth to talk.) Do you believe in love? 
(The man beside her didn’t even spare a glance. His brows furrowed as if it was a hard question. She felt a surge, like an electricity traveling through her body. It feels weird to be with him, alone in this place. As their eyes met, a light reflected through Dark’s cold eyes.The feeling of being safe and comfortable when with him was once again present. Not because he is Jane’s bodyguard but because he seems to be a good person.) 
DARK: 
Because of this moment, maybe yes.(He shifts his stare on the ground, denying the fact that he was just stunned with the maiden’s beauty) 
JANE:
How about the rules, Dark? You know, promises and honor are very important to us. 
DARK: 
I can die breaking the rules, Jane. I know where to stop but if it’s for someone who is worth the risk. I’m willing to abandon what life I have now, especially him. 
JANE: 
Him? (Dark didn’t answer) 
JANE: 
(She took his silence as a cue to stop asking further questions) This night looks so perfect like the moon. I mean the moon looks beautiful, doesn't it? 
DARK: 
(As he realized what she meant, that she confessed how she likes him, he just slightly smirks) Just like you? 
JANE: 
(laughs and smiles endearingly at him) What? Nobody’s perfect, Dark. 
DARK: 
But you are “Nobody” and “Moon”, perfect and pretty. (smirks) 
SCENE 5 
Sequence 5 
A dark alleyway near Nishimura Building. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Some of the Sandoval’s personnel are having cigarette breaks or short coffee breaks.
(Maddie stands in a dark alley a few blocks away from the Nishimura Building, she takes out a cigarette and lights it as she hears panting and running in the street nearby.) 
MADDIE: 
(Alarmed she threw her cigarette on the ground and bravely warned) Who’s there?! Show yourself! 
(She shuffles through her bag letting out a fog at each breath she takes frantically looking for her swiss knife to use as a weapon.) 
MADDIE: 
Don’t you dare come any closer! 
(A panting man who looked familiar to Maddie walks in bloody and bruised crying and holding his hands up begging her not to harm her.) 
UNNAMED MAN: 
P-Please! Please… Please listen to me, they’re chasing me! MADDIE: 
Who? Who’s Chasing you? 
(Maddie pushes the unnamed man into the dark alleyway as she notices 4 men in dark clothing.) 
NISHIMURA’S WORKER: 
H-Hey! Ms. Maddie! Fancy seeing you around here, you must be working? (Maddie smiles.) 
MADDIE:
Yeah! Just doing some searching for one of my clients, I’m taking more of the backseat work for now. My private work is laid off temporarily so these easy jobs keep enough food on the table for me. 
NISHIMURA’S WORKER: 
Alright! By the way, did you notice any guy running past here by any chance? 
MADDIE: 
N-No? Actually, I might’ve heard some running that went that way. Maybe that’s what you boys are looking for. What are you guys up to, beating up some loaners who can’t pay up? 
NISHIMURA’S WORKER: 
It's more complicated than that. Our boss, I mean Mr. Nishimura, found a trespasser in the building. It was customary for us to get the boy before any confidential info he might’ve got his hands on gets out to the public. 
MADDIE: 
Oh no, shouldn’t you boys be chasing after him now? Go! Before I hold you up some more. 
(The Nishimura worker smiles as he glances back giving Madison a salute as the Worker runs off with 3 other men.) 
UNNAMED MAN: 
T-Thank you! How can I ever repay you Ms. Madison! 
(The unnamed man drops down to her knees crying). 
MADDIE: 
How do you know my name? Hold on a second, I know you? You work for Mr. Sandoval!
(The unnamed man stands up shivering as Maddie takes off her coat wrapping it around his body.) 
MADDIE: 
Come on, Let's get you out of here. 
(The Sandoval worker and Maddie arrive at Mr. Sandoval’s office.) MADDIE: 
Mr. Sandoval, you have got to see this. 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Madison I really don’t have the time. 
MADDIE: 
I know what’s been happening with your workers. They are being brutalized. 
(The Sandoval worker walks in as Maddie holds him up.) MR SANDOVAL: 
Heavens… What’s your name, boy. 
SANDOVAL’S WORKER/ UNNAMED MAN: 
M-My name is John sir. 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
W-What happened to you? What did they do to you? 
JOHN: 
I got beat up by the workers from Mr. Nishimura, they were instructed to do this to me sir. Me and my co-workers, they’re all dead.
(Mr. Sandoval, holding in his anger, throws his glass holding whiskey across the room, shattering into a thousand pieces.) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Those bastards! All this stuff that I did for them and this is how they repay me? 
(Mr. Sandoval grabs his coat and his hat as he storms out the room, he sees a worker walking by then he instructs him to bring the injured Sandoval worker to see the doctor.) 
Scene 6 
Sequence 6 
Sandoval’s Conference Room. Wednesday. Both partners have an agenda set for the day, each with a stunning surprise. One wishes to end things, while one wishes to progress. 
(Mr. Sandoval lights up his cigar as he taps his fingers on his table while a soothing tune plays on his record player. Four strong knocks came from his door.) 
MR. SANDOVAL 
Come in. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Hey Hey Hey!! 
(Mr. Nishimura Mr. Sandoval puts on a smile as he puts both his hands up while still sitting down.) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Ha! Well, if it isn’t Mr. Nishimura! What brings you here pal?
(Mr. Nishimura shrugs as he plops a bottle of wine on Mr. Sandoval’s table. Mr. Sandoval then puts two intricately sculpted glasses on the table, pushing the other one to Mr. Nishimura.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Well, of course to discuss this new idea with you. This is going to be the biggest yet. 
(Mr. Nishimura calls to one of his henchmen outside the office, the henchman spreads a blueprint of new extravagant buildings, and villas spanning out on acres of land onto the table as he hands Mr. Nishimura folders.) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
What’s all this? 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
This is a resort, not just any resort… A resort for the most popular stars, starlets, celebrities, senators, every person you can think of where their name is mentioned even to the furthest corners of the earth. 
MR.SANDOVAL: 
That sounds great, Rio. I can’t wait to see where this new venture of yours will go. 
(Mr. Nishimura’s smile faded slowly as he tilted his head slightly to the side, seemingly confused to what Sandoval just said.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Well of course I would need your help with this project of mine, it’s not a Nishimura business without you Barth. 
MR. SANDOVAL:
Well, I don’t know Rio, it's not in my best interest right now. 
(Sandoval stands from his chair, holding his coat on one hand as he takes his glass of wine and empties it with one sip.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
W-What do you mean not of best interest? We built an enterprise together! We built a kingdom, and this is just one of our many little castles we can own and we would be able to own so many more! 
(Sandoval sighs holding his tear ducts together as he has his head down, shaking in disbelief.) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Rio, I’ll be heading out of my office now. 
(Sandoval takes a few steps to his door as Nishimura blocks the way outside frantically.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
What do you mean closing? You need me. You need this, all you need to do is sign away and everything will start as soon as possible. This could possibly be everything. 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Get out of my way Mr. Nishimura, I am not interested. I am no longer interested in this partnership we have. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
What do you mean not interested? 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
I am no longer interested in whatever the hell we’re working together on, I no longer want to have any partnership, unity, or negotiations
with you or your name. This whole thing is over. Plus, I need a break from all of this…(He gestured with his hands and sighed.) I want to spend my time with my family. Now please, I have to head out to meet my daughter. 
(Nishimura looks at Sandoval right in the eye as he lets Sandoval walk out the door, not taking his eye off him as he walks out.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
You’re going to regret this Barth… You are going to regret this…

SCENE 1 
Sequence 1: 
Sandoval’s Headquarters, 2018. The Sandoval’s are busy training and preparing for one of their upcoming missions, when one of the investigators and their secretary barged in and interrupted the session. 
(GREY, the secretary of Mr. Sandoval and the head of the family’s deputy.) 
GREY: 
(Abruptly opens the door) MR. SANDOVAL!!! I have news, Sir. One of the investigators from our team is here to report about the findings on your missing personels. 
(Mr. Sandoval, the owner and the boss of the business.) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Let them in, you guys can have a break. (He spoke to the trainees and signaled them to leave) 
GREY: 
Sir, your hunches were on the spot. One of the investigators found a crucial clue that led to the culprits of the disappearances of your men. All these clues were tampered with very well, which tells us
that the company working on these are skilled and experts in this field. 
(MADDIE, a volunteer investigator from the interns and the younger sister of Grey) 
MADDIE: 
Greetings, Sir. (Bows to Mr. Sandoval) Sir, we investigators are able to find out that the culprits for the disappearance of your men are Nishimura’s Assassins. Specifically they worked according to Mr. Nishimura’s commands. 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
(Pauses from writing, looks at Grey then at Maddie, before returning his gaze on the paper)… I see. Well, it seems like our first phase is complete. Shall we proceed to the next one? (Smiles slightly at them) 
SCENE 2 
Sequence 2 
Mr. Sandoval’s main office, 9:45 AM. He was visited by her unica hija to ask a rather repetitive questions, which shows her interest and also nervousness as the heiress of the family’s business 
(Jane Sandoval, the only daughter of Mr. Sandoval and the heiress of their family business) 
JANE: 
Pa, can I ask you something? If you wouldn’t mind retelling me about our family business, please explain to me everything again. From the start, okay?
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Hmmm…and what do I get from that? (He speaks but not lifts his eyes to even look at his daughter, except he was smiling.) 
JANE: 
(Rolls her eyes and slightly chuckles) I thought you said you will always comply with my requests? What’s this interrogation? 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Alright, alright. (Sighs) It all started when Mr. Nishimura and I met at an event of one of our friends. (Pours wine on his glass and sits back at his desk) Both of us were plus ones. If I remember clearly, my invitation was from your uncle who was the branch owner of Nishimura’s restaurant. We both came across each other at the bar, ordered the same drink, talked business and agreed to merge our ideas and principles. That is where it started, well, at least it's where it also ends. (Pauses to drink then seemed lost in his inner thoughts) 
JANE: 
So, if I am the heiress, then that means one of his children will be the heir and we both will continue this joint force? (Confused, she tilts her head on the side as her eyes sparked with curiosity) 
(Mr. Nishimura, an entrepreneur that holds 25% of the country’s shares and sponsors different programs and events.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
I am afraid that is the case, but I think your side will be easily decided. In our case, I still need time to convince my heir, but it seems like he is still not worthy of anything at all. (He clicks his
tongue, irritatedly. He turns his gaze towards Mr. Sandoval) hey, partner. Long time no see, or more like long time no visit in either companies. (He laughs while patting his partner’s shoulder in a friendly way) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Was it? It felt like I was there yesterday? (Looks at his daughter) Darling, can you please leave us two for a while? 
(Jane left, leaving the two business partners alone. The atmosphere shifted by then, making it a heavy and serious one.) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
What’s the matter, Rio? Judging from that look in your eyes, a problem is on its way…Does this problem involve us, or you will involve us like always? 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
I am not a cruel person, Barth, but my son is. He is a ruthless, unappreciative, son…no. I won’t consider someone like that as a ‘son’. 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Well, I am afraid that this is your own problem. I won’t be able to meddle in it, not to brag, but at least my daughter is very open to having our family business and seems very interested in making it progress. (Smiles proudly) I might suggest that if someone is a hindrance, then get rid of them. Right? (He laughs at his joke) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
(A pretentious grin flashes on Rio’s face, as dark and cruel thoughts cloud his mind) You know what? You are correct. (Stood up and heads towards the door, stops by the desk near it and grabs a picture
frame) If it hinders, then discard them. (He smirks and put back the picture frame with Jane’s picture facing down) 
SCENE 3 
Sequence 3 
At home, heading to a club. Girl’s Night out. Jane seems perplexed, as she asks one of her besties to accompany her to relax for a moment. 
(After Jane left the room, she heaved a sigh of relief. She felt something weird when she remembers how the atmosphere lifted when Mr. Nishimura arrived. Jane was so curious about her being an heiress and 
the connection between her family and Nishimura. Suddenly, Jane’s phone rang and it was her best friend, Akira.) 
JANE: 
(Sigh before answering Akira) Shopping? 
(Akira, the best friend of Jane, her closest friend who knows everything about her) 
AKIRA: 
(Laughs) or Girl's Night Out? 
JANE: 
You really know me, huh? I’ll pick you up at 8 pm babe, see you! 
(Jane decided to just go home and get ready for their night out later. She is wearing a sleek black dress with a white butterfly pin on it and white high heels. After getting ready she picks up Akira.) 
AKIRA: Goddess! You’re so beautiful! Wait, what’s that energy? We are here to remove the bad energy girl!
JANE: Okay okay, but I can’t still stop thinking about my position in the family. You know, being an heiress is not easy. I have big responsibilities in our business and yet, Papa doesn’t let me work. I’m an adult Akira, not his baby girl anymore. 
AKIRA: I think uncle has some reasons and you just need to wait for the perfect timing, Jane. I’ve known you for 10 years and I trust you for being the heiress of your family. So, sit back and relax! I promise that we’ll have fun tonight! 
(Finally, they arrived at the club. The music is really loud and you can hear people having fun and shouting. As they entered the place, Akira was so excited and pulled Jane inside. Jane smiled and let the music feel her body. They got some drinks and decided to go on the stage to dance. While Jane is having fun she notices that Akira was missing. She panicked and searched for Akira. When she saw her best friend with a random guy on the second floor, she ran and scaredly pulled Akira off to that random guy. When the guy started to talk.) 
JANE: 
(Slaps the guy on the cheek) Hey! you pervert, what are you doing to my friend? I’ll report you to the police! 
(The guy smirked and stared at Jane with his cold eyes.) AKIRA: Stop! He saved me from those guys. (Knocks out) 
(Jane didn’t care and tried to carry Akira. But because of the alcohol, Akira was tipsy and she shouted.) 
AKIRA: 
(She removed Jane’s hands and slowly approached the guy who helped her) Hey, Jane, isn’t this guy your type? Tall, handsome, and especially those eyes! (Then Akira laugh)
JANE: 
(Embarrassed, she never spared another glance at the guy) Stop it Akira, let’s go! (Jane grabbed akira and left the place) 
3RD POV 
(The guy didn’t move and checked if those two girls left safely. As he stepped forward he stepped on something, a white butterfly pin. He checked it and remembered it was from the girl who slaps him. He smirks and runs to the exit to see the girl again. But it was too late.) 
-2 weeks later 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Jane, get ready at 8. You’ll come with me. 
JANE: 
Hm? Where? 
(She asks her father while giving him a kiss on the cheek) 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Business meeting with Mr. Nishimura. 
JANE: 
Sure pa, I love you. 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Anything for you, sweetie.
(Jane was excited but also nervous because this will be the first time to officially meet Mr. Nishimura so she took the opportunity to prove herself not only to her family but also to Mr. Nishimura.) 
(They arrive at the restaurant and as they enter the room, Mr. Nishimura is talking to someone.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
My friend! (He laughs and welcomes Mr. Sandoval) Oh, you’re with your beautiful daughter. Nice to meet you again, Jane. 
JANE: 
Good evening Sir, It’s pleasant to meet you. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
I’m glad you accepted my invitation. I really want to discuss something. 
MR. SANDOVAL: (Looks at Jane before talking) What is it? 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
You mentioned to me that you need someone for the safety of your daughter. I know someone who can protect her. He is a well trained bodyguard and an ex assassin. He works for my cousin. That’s why I’m recommending him to you. 
(A random man entered the room then he bowed to the three guests. He is tall and has cold eyes. He looked perfect with his black tux.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Mr. Sandoval, this is Dark. 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Hm, I’m expecting you to protect my daughter.
(Jane looks at Dark, she feels something weird because it seems like they already met each other). 
JANE: 
(whispers) You look familiar to me. 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
Pardon? 
MR. SANDOVAL: 
Mr. Nishumura, you never failed to amaze me with your powers! (Laughs) Just don’t forget about the oath. It’s our life. Not only yours. 
(Then Mr. Sandoval and Jane left the room. Mr. Nishimura called his son, Jaycee by the alias Dark.) 
MR. NISHIMURA: 
It also costs your life Jaycee, don’t let that old man get in our way or else. You know what will happen. 
Jaycee: 
Yes. Sir. (He emphasized the name he just called his father. He grits his teeth, trying to contain his frustration.)

(Inside the coffee shop, the ASSISTANT OF THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF from Bliss Books and ALIYAH were sitting) 
ASSISTANT 
I read your story 4 days ago and just finished it last night. I want to say that Inside a Circle will surely be successful if we would publish it! (hold ALIYAH’s hands with glee) Some might relate to Clair’s experience as nowadays, one frequently suffers in their group from being left out because of others having the closest person in the circle. (looked at ALIYAH with awe) You started writing last year and look, your story became one of the most-read stories on Wattpad. What do you think? 
ALIYAH 
I don’t know what to say. (plays with her fingers) Do you think everyone will read my story? (says in soft-spoken) 
ASSISTANT 
How many times do I have to tell you to think positively? (sighs) Stop worrying, ALIYAH. This is the fruit of your gift. Writing is your talent. You better embrace it and grab every opportunity that is standing before you. (smiles) 
STAFF 
(the coffee shop staff went to their table) Hello, Ms. ALIYAH! I’ve been a fan of yours ever since the very beginning of your story. (says ecstatically) 
ALIYAH 
Oh, thank you… (ALIYAH looked at the staff and felt happy) What’s your name? 
STAFF, 
(thrilled) I-I’m Faye. Can you please sign this for me, Ms. ALIYAH? And— Oh, may I ask something? (gives ALIYAH a pen and a small notebook)
ALIYAH 
(took the pen and small notebook) Hm? (flipped the page of the small notebook and signed it) 
STAFF 
Is it ok if I ask you what the story behind your work Inside a Circle is? (felt nervous) No pressure Ms. ALIYAH. It’s totally fine with me if you can’t answer my question! 
ALIYAH 
To be honest— (sighs; slightly smiled and looked down) It is about four high school friends who have known each other since childhood. They were happy, but sadly, things weren’t just for them… (looked back to the STAFF) for us. 
STAFF 
(smile drops) For us? So… it’s based on a real story? (ALIYAH smiles bitterly, hands back the pen and notebook. The STAFF took the pen and notebook unconsciously as her eyes were pierced on ALIYAH) 
ALIYAH 
(confused laughs) Are you okay? 
STAFF 
I’m so proud of you, Ms. ALIYAH. Your friends are proud of you. (gestures a hug) Can I? 
ALIYAH 
Sure! (stands up and hugged the STAFF) Thank you for supporting me, Faye. It really means a lot to me. (the STAFF smiled and let go of the hug) 
STAFF 
(smiles) It was nice meeting you, Ms. ALIYAH! I think I should go back to work now or else I won’t be able to buy dozens of your future novels. 
ALIYAH 
(laughs) I hope this will not be the last time we would meet. It was also nice meeting you, Faye. (smiles humbling; the STAFF bids final farewell and gets back to work. ALIYAH sats down) 
ASSISTANT
I’m also proud of you, ALIYAH. Ever since I read your story, I knew you would be a successful writer one day. (sips her coffee) 
ALIYAH 
I guess I’ve decided to accept your offer in publishing my story. (shrugs and laughs; offers her hand for a handshake) Please take good care of me. 
ASSISTANT You will surely bloom like a flower, ALIYAH. I guarantee you that! (accepts ALIYAH’s handshake and smiles)

Lady’s comfort room (Holy Angel University’s Angel Food Court), November 2016. Inside the cubicle. 
AGNES 
(AGNES sneakily followed AMAIA to the comfort room; she whispered) Guess you won’t be needing that uniform for the rest of the day. (AGNES looked at AMAIA’s shadow from the outside of 
her cubicle) How can I secretly get her uniform? (AGNES’ face lit up. She then threw her pen on AMAIA’s cubicle) 
AMAIA 
Who threw that? (AMAIA took her PE shirt down) Is someone in there? (AMAIA came out of the cubicle; shouts in fear) Y-you’re scaring me! This isn’t funny, whoever you are! 
AGNES 
(AGNES then immediately took AMAIA’s class uniform from her paper bag smoothly at the bottom of the cubicle from the other side) Good luck explaining, Amaia. (AGNES whispered as she hurriedly went to the top of the toilet bowl) You won’t catch me. Play dumb, little girl. (AGNES whispered and then smirked) 
(AMAIA took her paper bag and buzzed off the comfort room out of fear) 
AGNES
(AGNES went out of the cubicle holding AMAIA’s class uniform) AMAIA. AMAIA. Still the timorous little girl, AMAIA. (AGNES left the comfort room and went to the garden) Tsk, this is what you deserve, after all. (she then dropped AMAIA’s class uniform on the bushes) 
SEQUENCE 2 
Corridor of 1st floor of Saint Gabriel Hall. November 8, 2016. Lunch. 
AGNES 
(when AGNES saw AMAIA approaching her classroom, as she was about to return too, it stopped her in her tracks) She still seems happy even though I took her class uniform the other day. (sighing, AGNES hurried down the hallway) How about this? (she intentionally bumped AMAIA) 
AMAIA 
Watch where you’re going! (AMAIA shouted, then frowned) Why is my week seems so unlucky? Did I do anything wrong with my past self on these dates? (she accidentally slammed the door of their classroom) Oh, God. I did not mean to! (looking at her classmates, she went out of the classroom) 
AGNES 
And now she’s angry. (AGNES smirked as she looked back where she saw AMAIA turning away from their room) It seems fun making her angry. Thankfully she didn’t know I was the one who bumped her earlier. Playing dumb again, AMAIA? (AGNES smirked again as she left) 
SEQUENCE 3 
Amaia’s classroom. November 15, 2016. Afternoon. 
AMAIA 
MAPEH subject again. I hope no one’s taking my class uniform this time, like the other day. (AMAIA frowned and went to the comfort room with her classmates) 
AGNES
(AGNES managed to enter AMAIA’s classroom secretly, she closed the front and back doors) Alright! Where did she put her bag? (she tries to find AMAIA’s bag) There it is. (AGNES said happily) I hope no one enters the room (she then took three books from AMAIA’s bag) Hmm, what should I use? (looking at the rugby and glue on her hands) Guess I’ll be using glue this time for the sake of our oh-so-friendship. (she laughed and then put glue on some pages of AMAIA’s books) Do you think I’m done? I’m just getting started, AMAIA. 
CLASSMATE 
(enters their room) Who are you? Why are you here? 
AGNES 
(AGNES immediately covered her face with a handkerchief and accidentally spilled the glue on the floor) Oh, no. (she whispered as she hurriedly ran out of AMAIA’s classroom) 
Scene 6 
10th floor of Archbishop Pedro Santos Building. November 23, 2016. Lunch. 
ALIYAH 
(she was sitting on the stairs and looked at AGNES when she arrived; sighs) I know what you are doing to AMAIA. I know it was you. 
AGNES 
(looks at ALIYAH as she was walking towards the railings, her brows furrowed) What are you saying, ALIYAH? 
ALIYAH 
I know that you are bullying AMAIA secretly. (says in a firm voice) 
AGNES 
(stopped in front of ALIYAH) You know what, ALIYAH? You’re just uttering nonsense, and I’m not ready for that nonsense because
I’m not in the mood. So, you better stop now. (turned her back to ALIYAH and walks towards the railings) 
ALIYAH 
You were the one who threw her class uniform in the bushes. You bumped her once, while she was about to go back to her room. You– (AGNES confronted her with annoyance painted on her face) 
AGNES 
(one step forward) Okay, I don’t know what you are saying. So, can you please stop it? I already said I’m not in a great mood today. (tension was in between them while looking at each other as silence engulfed them) 
ALIYAH 
I know you were doing this because of NICHOLAS’ feelings for AMAIA. (silence) You like NICHOLAS. 
AGNES 
(lifts left brow) And what is that gonna do with you? You don’t know anything. 
ALIYAH 
I know, AGNES, I know. I may be always left out of our circle, but I know. I see details that are not visible to you. You are blinded by your selfishness just because of your petty feelings for NICHOLAS! 
(AGNES aggressively moves forward to ALIYAH to pull her hair, when NICHOLAS spoke that made her stop doing so) 
NICHOLAS 
AGNES. (says in a warning manner. AGNES turned to her back, sees NICHOLAS who was seriously looking at her. Besides him, she saw AMAIA who was in shock, tears on verge of falling. She glared at NICHOLAS and AMAIA) 
AMAIA 
So, it was you all along? (voice breaking) 
NICHOLAS
You are not a kid, AGNES. We are not kids anymore. You already know how to distinguish what is right and what is wrong. Why are doing this? Especially to us? We were friends. How… 
AGNES 
Fine! Every one of you is perfect! And I’m not allowed to express what I want to express–to act what I want to act because it is not permitted by your moral principles! I’m the villain here, and you (points at NICHOLAS, AMAIA, and ALIYAH) are the righteous hero! (says mockingly) 
NICHOLAS 
That is not what we meant. (despite being shocked, he was still baffled by what AGNES did) 
ALIYAH 
AGNES… (speaks in a small voice) 
AGNES 
I never stood a chance, did I? (asks in a calmer manner, while looking intently to NICHOLAS) 
NICHOLAS 
(shock was evident in his eyes, but immediately acted calm and looks back at AGNES seriously) That’s the sad part–you did once. 
AMAIA 
(she gave AGNES a look of dismay and frustration, while her eyes were swollen from crying) You are pathetic. (walks out, AGNES followed her steps through their eyes) 
NICHOLAS 
I’m sorry for what you were feeling, AGNES. But what you did was not right. AMAIA was still your friend, and you betrayed her. So, it’s like you also betrayed us… (hurt was evident in his voice) 
(NICHOLAS walks out) 
AGNES(her face went pale as she was watching NICHOLAS, walking away. Turns to ALIYAH and mockingly smirks) Are you happy now?
