although sebastian & angelica’s parenting skills fell under what made julian the ‘ trust fund baby ’ he is, when they were around they were incredibly strict ( think: golden cages are still cages )

he doesn’t know when it started, but julian’s parents have been pretty involved with hiram lodge & criminal activities aka what the texts are blackmailing him with & like, while it’s v common knowledge his parents are friendly w/ the logdes it’s just ... THEY don’t wanna go to jail etc and they don’t want julian to get involved in it more than he already is bc they want him to have a Good Future but at the same time it’s??? they put him into it already that there’s no way he WOULDN’T get convicted with them even a little bit lol

“we have to protect our family” “you mean our business” “same thing” that scene in dynasty is SO the reyes family??? it’s sickening?? and because he’s the eldest, he’s clearly expected to take the reins one day for their hotshot company etc so he’s gonna go to college to study business & is already taking classes to prep him & has been since probably the beginning of high school
