Total intake: 735

Exercise: Low-intensity cardio, 20 min.: -85

Net intake: 650

It seems as though I’ve developed an infection due to the root canal I had yesterday. I’ve been prescribed antibiotics and I’m taking it easy. I was weighed at the doctors office and I did NOT like the number I saw, but I was also fully clothed + a heavy coat and I’m on my period, so I’m hoping that by the time I weight myself next Sunday, I’ll be down 4 pounds. Fingers crossed.
