Per-Dev Journal Entry #10: Monitoring One's Career Development
Every individual has goals in life. As a kid, we hold onto a plethora of desires and ambitions. Dreams are fundamental as without them, you will not have the motivation to push ahead throughout your everyday life. Your goals provide you the solidarity to confront hindrances and spur you towards accomplishment. These goals will define our future, it will redirect our journey and will build up our career.
We are given the freedom to dream big in life, but to achieve them, you must set long and short term goals. To fulfill your ambitions, you need to sacrifice numerous things. Some goals need time to cultivate, while some need procedures to follow. We must put in our minds that our careers are not built overnight.

As I age, I have learned that sometimes you must be content with the cards that you have dealt in life, and at some point you really do not have a choice. Life is nothing but a team sports to me. You need to have the right people on your side, and you always need to have the right attitude and mindset to win. I realized that you must not feel too pressured by life, go your own way at your own pace. I know its easier said than done, but doing anything, even the tiniest step, can lead to incredible results.

“Family- Where life begins and love never ends.”
March 16, 2021
Per-Dev Entry #9: Building and Establishing Harmonized Relationship with the Family

As I grew up, lots of things have changed radically. This includes my friends, style, relationships, maturity and numerous others. With such countless things ceaselessly changing around me, there are people who has consistently remained with me, and they are my family.
As human beings, we have fundamental prerequisites to carry on with life. That includes several other emotional needs like love, which is fundamental for mental bliss. Families are significant in light of the fact that they give us limitless love, laughter and a sense of belonging. Within the vast and daunting global crisis are changes to every person’s daily life. These changes reveal the normally hidden human needs of love, time and care, and force us to re-invest in ourselves and the people around us. Regardless of where you are wandering the whole day, you always have a home to go back to.
Today, I realized the importance of communication towards a harmonious relationship with your family. Communication is not just a mere oral exchange of words within the family. It is the expression of respect, affection and concern. It does not stop in words, but physical expressions, gestures and even an affectionate look can be communicative in the family. Through communication you will be able to express your needs, demands, and concerns to each other. Open and honest communication is a catalyst that allows family members to have a harmonious bond that enables them to personify their differences as well as love and admiration for one another.

“Serving through Leading”
March 15, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #8.2: Building and Establishing Harmonized Relationship with the Society/ Community

For many years, I have been told by teachers, family, and friends that I am a good leader. However, until fair recently, I had never truly pondered about what it means to be a good and effective leader and just took it as a compliment. Leaders are catalysts of change, they change lives through influence. It is an intangible concept which can't be expected to be laid out in a dictionary, but one that should be be framed and clarified distinctly through one's own philosophies and encounters. A true leader settles on intense decisions for what they feel is morally right and stood their ground. They exhibit true character!
I have one story that always touches me right up until today. It was something I did as a leader that changed someone's life and it was rewarding to know I was able to make a difference for the betterment of others.

Per-Dev Journal Entry #8.1 : Building and Establishing Harmonized Relationship with the Society/ Community
To shepherd growth and prosperity in a society, the track that wiser individuals take is of harmony and congruity.

Peace and harmony are fundamental prerequisites of our lives and an ideal path to follow. Without these, it is impossible to achieve political strength, economic stability, or social development. We need to plant the seeds of peace, love and harmony in the minds of every human being and create a society which is characterized not by our differences but rather fostered on our common hope.

Love is...
March 11, 2021
Per-Dev Entry #7: Building and Establishing Relationships With Others
Love is beautiful, yet others are frightened. Love makes you strong, yet our knees always shake with the mention of it. Love creates life, yet it has the power to destroy one’s existence. Love is many things, love is everything.

No man is an island indeed. Today’s lesson made me realize that interpersonal relationships and different kinds of love whether healthy or not, are essential parts of our everyday life. Our family and peers make the world around us become relatively easy to cope with, and we find a sense of our true belonging. On the other hand, those people who are against our very existence have become our motivation to do and be better than our yesterday selves. Not only do these people provide us with distinct characteristics of whom and what we are, but they enable us to understand and connect with others. For some, relationships are effortlessly forged, but how far they advance and whether they endure is up to the two people involved for it will always take two to tango.
Different stages and types of love are also tackled today. The early stages of love for me, starting from attraction (feeling butterflies fluttering in your stomach) is something you can fall in and out of rather easily. But real love on the other hand, is not something you can fall into and doesn't occur coincidentally. Genuine love, is a decision that must be made in the wake of becoming acquainted with somebody over a period of time. Love is a responsibility, it is a commitment - to stand by your “the one” through good times and bad.
Love requires reciprocation, you should foster a balanced give and take relationship. Spending quality time with the people I love have always been my sending and receiving love language. I really believe that money can’t buy you happiness. Quality time is always a good investment wherein your good times are better, and your sorrows are shared.

When I was just a kid, I thought love was just simply a chemical reaction in our brain. But as I grow up I realize that love is beyond neurological reasons, and that love is subjective. My definition of love might be totally different from that of others. My friend would say that love makes you a fool, so if it does not then it’s not love. While to some, love exists when you start accepting and embracing imperfections. This is because we define love based on our experience, maturity in life, the people around us, and other external factors. But one thing is for sure, the real definition of love can’t be written nor spoken, it is felt.

“Battling Within”
January 25, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #6: Developing Efficient Learning and Focusing on the Psychological Health
“It takes a great deal of courage to leap into the unknown and step in the direction of your dreams.” - Sarah Cooper

Today’s lesson opened my mind to many things. Despite the fact that mental illness is common and can victimize anyone, there is still a great stigma appended. This stigma creates hesitance and disgrace in seeking help. The acceptance and understanding of mental illnesses has come a far route from where it used to be, however developments can, and should still be made. Depression and anxiety until today are usually tagged as “Ka- OA lang” or just mere tiredness. We should know and recognize that this is an illness thus needed to be taken seriously. Don’t ever invalidate other people’s hardships and sacrifices may it be smaller or way bigger than yours.

Being away from the comfort of your home, an excessive amount of pressure throughout your studies, not having somebody to converse with about your issues, holding everything back on your own, and low self-esteem. Issues as basic as these can prompt a culmination of problems and induce psychological illness. I know this for sure for I’ve been there already. I had experienced problems such as losing my appetite, having trouble falling asleep at night, constantly feeling low, getting anxious for no particular reason, and many other issues have bothered me physically, emotionally, and mentally. That being said, I discovered that I am in a bit risky level (50/50) with regards to my psychological well-being. I am a high scorer in terms of environmental mastery, positive relations with other people, and personal growth. On the other hand, I evaluate myself as very low in terms of self acceptance, autonomy and purpose in life.
Also, bullying is highlighted in this Unit. Through my encounters, I have discovered that the only way to overcome bullying is to voice out and develop confidence and interests. In taking a breath of life, I have learned to relax my body, mind, and soul, but more importantly, I have learned to love myself. Don't give up on trying to discover your wellsprings of help and solace. They may come from family and extended family members, friends, teachers, or even strangers. If you cannot talk about your experiences, find other outlets such as creative writing or art to express them and to receive validation. Most importantly, know that the strongest people are those who win battles we know nothing about.

“It’s Okay Not To Be Okay”
January 22, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #5: Encountering Stress as Part of Adolescence
There is no easy transition, and the outcome is an excessively troubled adolescent strolling around with something they don't know how to carry.

In our adolescent years, our encounters are particularly intense and exciting; this age is associated with one’s search of place in the world, self-worth, and belonging. Stress is part of our lives. We bide with it, deal with it, and most importantly agonize about it. My breaking point was when I can’t accept that it’s not my fault. A spiralling psyche with endless thoughts and loneliness with no way out that lead to self-blame and guilt; the feeling that your birth was a burden and the cause of this whole mess. I always ask myself, why? Why do I have to endure while everyone else is so seemingly happy with their families? Why am I hurting so gravely when other families get along so well? Why do I feel isolated and cut-off from the rest of the world?
In the end, these dull days give you feelings deep down that you will never be enough. And on the contrary, these things cutting you down will end up being the shards you expected to fix your messed up reflection. Possibly, things will prosper unequivocally. Perhaps you can get a second, third, fourth chance for a fresh start. But no. Your foundation is creaking like antique hardwood floors. Something inside you will always be hollow, empty. But every now and then, beautiful things will distract you from yourself.

Stress is truly inevitable and unexpected. It can sneak up on you in the dead of night and deny you of your well deserved rest and abundant dreams. It is indeed one great equalizer of mankind; anointed on every being walking on the surface of the earth. It can literally take your breath away and leave you speechless.
To myself,
I am sorry for the times I didn’t forgive you for being less than 100 percent. Amidst everything, you are always worth it. Just like what optimists use to say all the time, “It’s okay to not be okay,” and as I’ll add here, “It’s okay to not be okay, alone.”

“Preadulthood Struggles 101”
January 21, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #4: Dealing with the Challenges of Adolescence
Life is beautiful but not always easy. It has problems too, and the test lies in confronting them with fortitude, letting the excellence of life act like a painkiller, making the torment bearable during trying times by providing hope.

Adolescence is a turbulent period for the vast majority. It is the twilight period between childhood and youth, and joy and challenges. This is the best phase of our lives that is loaded up with huge prospects, hopes, yearnings, dreams, vulnerabilities, toil and high drama. Justifiably so, you are burdened with decisions about career, lifestyle, etc. As a male child, it is considerably more difficult for you are under a lot of pressure to live up to society’s definition of “a man.” In my case, planning life directions can be particularly troublesome, given that I am still ill-equipped on how to deal with situations that I am currently and will be facing. Our transition to adulthood comes with a lot of responsibilities and expectations. Alongside regular mood swings, attention cravings and outrage upheavals, you have to deal with “peer pressure”.

Becoming responsible and being able to make good choices are vital attributes regardless of what developmental stage you are in. It holds true for me, especially that I am just beginning to internalize and imbibe virtues, values, and other essential qualities. As a human being, we are brought into the world with responsibilities which we cannot ignore and leave behind. Having more autonomy means being more free, and with great freedom, comes great responsibilities.
In order to enjoy a crisis-free adolescence and emerge a responsible adult, it is paramount to overcome the obstacles in your life. Put in mind that these challenges make us stronger and without them, life will turn out to be fairly insignificant on the grounds that we have nothing to compare the good times to. Adversity is honored by those who battled numerous struggles in their lives.

“Understanding The Essence of Adolescence “
January 20, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #3.2: Entering the Phase of Middle and Late Adolescence
We start off as minuscule creatures, and we begin to grow and rely on ourselves. Bending at feral winds and at the point when confronted with difficulties, we stand with our head up and stick to what we hold most valuable. We learn through falling and standing, and observing the situations that cruise us by.

Consequently, my early judgments and feelings of this subject matter has run the gambit of marvel at how common yet complex this phase of life is. To a teenager, the adolescence period may seem like a lifetime, given that a lot of changes are occurring physically, emotionally, cognitive and socially. With puberty going on and hormones all over the place, it is very distressing especially with the inevitable changes like acne, mood swings, and feelings of insecurity and self consciousness.
Physically, adolescents grow to reach the adult height, and the body start to mature in size, shape, and body composition. Cognitively, adolescent reasoning abilities quickly advance. This capacity to think dynamically and logically at the same time advances the social, emotional, and moral development. Emotionally, adolescents experience numerous encounters that challenge their ability to adapt to an expansive exhibit of extreme feelings. Socially, as youths' need for for autonomy builds, their primary social support shifts away from their families, and toward their peers. In view of the expanded significance of peer relationships, youth are especially sensitive to peer pressure. Which means, to conform to the standards of the peer group.

Talking about peers, insecurities and social comparisons, the human brain has a negativity bias that is vital for human survival. Given this fact, comparing ourselves to others in any way is very typical and is really hard to disregard. One must welcome these comparisons with a silver lining, a positive thought to set your insecurities as a goal or a stepping stone to improve for the better. These insecurities might haunt us for some time. But at the end of the day, it will always depend on how we approach or deal with these things.

“Mindful=Insightful”
January 20, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #3.1: Being Mindful With The Self
In an individual’s day-to-day encounters, the conscious mind is continually battling to keep up with the perpetual progression of changes in the external world.

As we discuss the concept of being mindful with ourselves, I realized that my journey to personal development is very alike to that of a tree. First, a tree starts life as a small seed embedded in the Earth, but with time and sustenance it grows. I too, physiologically began life as a little sapling and kept on growing. Alongside growth, roots begin to flourish. Roots are essential for a tree’s survival. They provide the tree with nutrients with the end goal for it to survive. Similar to my cognitive development that provided me with the mental skills that I enjoy today. The development of roots requires time and devotion, through this my social and emotional development occurs. As time pass, I encountered numerous new experiences that challenge my capacity to adapt with a broad array of intense emotions. The tree must also be exposed to sunlight and water. Sunlight gives the tree energy, and water soaks the roots shaping them profoundly. It is pretty much the same as how I develop psychologically, by dipping my head, opening my mind, and immersing my instincts with the wonders around us. Deeply formed roots are able to stand throughout all the impacts and actions of nature. My roots are my faith. Simply having a relationship with Christ stimulates root growth. The full development of my roots occurs when I have devoted my time to immerse them by studying His word.

Next, we got to understand the integration of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Thoughts appear to be substantially more vague. I can think one thing all morning and think the contrary all afternoon. I can fully believe that which I fully disbelieve in 10 minutes. But feelings appear to be very solid. I believe it is silly to trust and be reluctant about feelings.
It is peculiar and, at times, fascinating to observe, how awkward we, human beings, are in using that inborn language of our own that we have spoken since the beginning of our race; the language of emotions and feelings. How expressive such language can be at the times when words become old, how adequate and how full. When feelings rise, linguistics come up short. A simple shrug can say, so, so much more, far beyond a long-winded monologue. Yet, we somehow opt for the latter.

“Getting to Know Others, A Little Too Well”
January 19, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #2: Reflection on Activity 1
Getting to know one’s self had never been easy. What more in understanding other’s individuality?

Today’s activity lead me to understand the vast majority of my classmates better. They let each and everyone take a peek on how they perceive themselves. Most of them astonished me particularly for I never expected them to be that profound and sensational. It made me realize that you should never get ahead of others. Physical characteristics, personality traits and social identity can be really deceiving.
The key to understanding others and their feelings means to empathize and listen to them. Listening is not the same as simply hearing. It requires exertion and core interest. You should zero in on the individual talking to measure, or comprehend what is being stated, and have the ability to react in an insightful way.

I discovered that there is a fascinating correlation between self-awareness and the perceptions of empathy, as I believe that this is actually the initial step towards understanding those around you. Walk a mile in their shoes. The best way to genuinely comprehend what others are going through, or why they think or act in a specific way, is to see things the way they see them. But first, understand who you are and permit that to be the establishment for the entirety of your interactions.
I learned many things from my classmates today, just like how I must not rely on others to declare who and what I am. I must also not base my self-worth upon the opinions and the level of acceptance given by others. Because at the end of the day your actions and self-made decisions are more valuable than what other people thinks. I am the author of my own book thus I will decide on what to write in every chapter. As the protagonist of my own story, I shall decide what qualities I must acquire given that I don’t offend nor aggravate anyone.

“Know Yourself, Know Thyself, and Be Yourself.”
January 18, 2021
Per-Dev Journal Entry #1: Getting to Know One’s Self
Knowing yourself is the best weapon that you can have in your armory. Its force lies in your solidarity and the confidence acquired when you genuinely, know you.

“Who Are You?”
It very well may be an effortless question to answer. Hi, I’m John Lou, 17 years of age. I am a boy, 5’7, a catholic and a proud Filipino. I have brown eyes, black hair, brown skin and I wear glasses. I can be a very intimidating, but deep inside I am warm and fuzzy. These characteristics somehow define me in the shallowest concept. These are my perceptions of myself in different aspects (physical, spiritual, emotional, social, and moral) or self-concept.
But is it really that simple?
Is it limited to only these things that you know about yourself?
Is that really all that makes me, me?
Well, those are just my physical characteristics, personality traits and social identity. Those are just what I am, just merely a part of who I am. What we have to know is that there’s more to us than meets the eye. Other than those things that are printed on your ID card so that people can know who you are and how you look like, you must also learn how to evaluate yourself (self-esteem), value yourself (self-worth), broaden your beliefs, confidence and control your environment (self-efficacy), and how you think about yourself (self-complexity).

Being constantly condemned and compared by your own family, companions and the society tends to gradually strip us of our feelings of self-worth. With this, our low self-esteem strips us of our confidence to settle on even the smallest of decisions. We think little of ourselves, and feel we are good for nothing and does not deserve to be happy. But remember this, knowing yourself in a deeper context will help you overcome these insecurities.
Self awareness means understanding and recognizing what emotions you are feeling in specific circumstances and times. If you know what triggers you to get all emotional, insecure, etc., then you will acquire the skills to avoid and resist negativities that will lower your self-respect. It comes in two types: clearly seeing your inner self or internal self-awareness and understanding how others see you or external self-awareness. But to be fully self-aware, you should endeavor to be non-judgmental and fair in appraising or assimilating yourself
Take a moment to find yourself. Pause a minute to get to become acquainted with yourself and who you truly are. By being present on the happenings now, it permits us to ignore all that is outside of ourselves. We free ourselves of the past, we quit investigating the future, and we detach from the outer world and society that torment our being.
Nothing outside of yourself has any transcription on what your identity is and how you approach your life. At the point when you know yourself, you will understand this, that life is so simple and that you control your own fate.

“READY PLAYER ONE”
John Lou A. Caray

Source: https://nofilmschool.com/2018/07/watch-steven-spielberg-shows-us-power-vr-pre-production
Expect the Expected!
When thinking about technology, it is inevitable not to think about the future. People tend to unavoidably hypothesize, anticipate and envision how our lives may be influenced by new instruments, new strategies, and new powers.
Imagine living in 2045, when all that we directly dread has happened in a nutshell. Our home Earth has been pushed to the edge of total collapse by cataclysmic climate change and an international energy emergency, in tandem with starvation, destitution, sickness and war. It is a definitive tragic future. People in this era would probably find a voyage of escapism to get away from the bitter reality of our dying world. Wade Watts, an orphan who lives in the Portland Avenue Stacks in his Aunt Alice’s trailer on the edge of Oklahoma City is naturally introduced to a generation that feels fizzled by the real world. The main thing making life endurable is the OASIS, an international matrix of virtual experience world. Using a visor and a pair of haptic-feedback gloves, Wade and millions like him enter its domain day by day. This is the plot of Ready Player One, one of the best-selling science-fiction book by Ernest Cline and made into film by Steven Spielberg. The movie is a sneak peak into the future and its incomprehensible possibilities. We have reached greatness, however the glorious size of our triumphs had been coordinated by the size of our developing crisis of success.

Source: https://www.google.com.ph/amp/s/www.starstills.com/amp/ready-player-one-original-movie-poster-double-sided-advance-style/
This anthropology of development is established in an acknowledgment of the complexity and unpredictability of human life, various notions may rise up out of entirely surprising sources, so that in cerebrating about the future we should most importantly be ready for the unexpected and embrace it. We can never truly realize where anything will lead, all things considered, and it is heartbreaking to miss out on a potential development simply because we were unable to have envisioned it. This also implies to not shut off possible roads of progress just because we picture how they may lead society adrift. We are now living in the year 2020 and like it or not, just like in the movie, virtual reality is a typical jargon in the realm of technology and gaming. Like most modernizations in the new digital aged world, virtual simulation gaming is pacing very quick and going through nonstop change. Once a fantasy of people’s techy minds a decade ago, booming innovations have revolutionized the world we are living in today.
Much like a metamorphosing virus, digital services and gadgets go on producing new dangers alongside new advantages, putting forth alleviation attempts an overwhelming and open-ended provocations for everybody. The real world may be nothing but a bitter place that people just want to escape from. But as Halliday puts it, “As painful as reality can be it’s the only place where you could get a decent meal, because reality is real.”

“Discounting the Status Quo”
John Lou A. Caray

Source: https://www.dailyastorian.com/opinion/editorial-cartoon-digital-divide/article_7f41c562-ee55-11ea-be84-6ffa9e3caf70.html
As the clock strikes noon on another school day, the young students of Liceo de Cagayan University surfaced from the front gates in what resembles flock of gulls. Various students are within their social circles, eyes transfixed on their hand-held screens. Their bodies are adjacent yet physical collaboration with one another is negligible. A few students sauntered pass them, relishing life without any gadgets clipped in their hands. Talking aloud, gushing and screaming, while they maneuver through neighborhoods and traffic. Unlike the majority, they can go on peacefully without smartphones being integrated into the nooks and crannies of their daily lives. They seem buoyant and contented even though they can’t afford the cost of advanced gadgets. But in reality, these people are being left behind. They are excluded from many life chances and attainable opportunities brought by media and advanced technologies, especially with the disruptions wrought by the novel corona virus that impelled institutions from all over the world to shift to online class. In the wake of this pandemic, the digital divide may aggravate enduring educational disparities. Ironic as it is, as school moves online, many students stay logged out. The digital divide has invariably left people with poor socio-economic and cultural backgrounds with fewer educational and economic opportunities.

Source: https://www.cagle.com/john-cole/2020/04/online-lessons-and-the-digital-divide
On the brighter side, media and information literacy is being taught to SHS students to prepare them with the skills they need to engage in technology and other information acquisition platforms both safely and responsibly. There is no doubt that media and information literacy is a primary good that one can utilize in order to bridge the extending gap of digital divide. As one of those students thriving to become a media and information literate individual, educating and reaching out to my peers regarding this matter is a good start. This way, I can help quell the underlying fear of others in using technologies. Also, this act can aid in generating interest through giving people insights on the importance of innovations. Lending extra gadgets and sharing your internet connection throughout the duration of an online class or any school-related activities is also a sympathetic act that would remarkably help link the existing gap. The world is getting progressively advanced and revolutionizing before our very eyes, however it is significant not to overlook that analog humans should be motivated, allowed to take part and benefit from their equitable dividends in this increasingly developing world. No one should be left behind!

“The Setbacks of Piracy”
John Lou A. Caray
A colossal information hole persists throughout intellectual property’s trading potential, and industries are gambling against the disastrous outcomes by denigrating the setbacks.

Source: https://www.google.com.ph/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2013/05/23/opinion/global/patrick-chappatte-cartoon-computer-privacy.amp.html
Producing quality content is a difficult and exorbitant work. Thieving contents, then again, is exceptionally easy. This is the troublesome reality confronting millions of entertainment industry worldwide, especially in the Philippines wherein insiders and onlookers have cautioned of the impending demise of its film industry. Lamentably, heaps of youth and grown-ups think sharing games, software, music, digital books, movies, and so forth is only an advantageous technique to help lessen costs. But in reality, if you did not pay for a media document that has a copyright, downloading that file is illicit. Moreover, spreading a copyrighted media file, regardless of whether by means of electronic or non-electronic platforms is as well a gargantuan crime. Digital piracy is regularly depicted as a harmless delinquency, however that depiction is bogus. Pirating in its very nature is illegal. This is a reality many rush to disregard when downloading a copyright ensured collection. It encroaches on the privilege of the copyright holder to disseminate and sell their masterpiece as they see fit.

Source: https://www.cartoonstock.com/directory/i/illegal_downloads.asp
Intellectual property is an impetus for development and a significant determinant of how industries will push ahead particularly in an information based economy. Intellectual capital is placed in high premium wherein elusive resources are esteemed and respected. These manifestations of the psyche must be regarded, prospered and secured. The protection over these things is currently confronting an intense danger, which is making a huge partition among producers and consumers. Piracy adversely influences every worker in these industries, along with their supply chains. There is less cash to put resources into new software, thriving music artists, and motion pictures. This crime contributes to job loss, business suffering, and assists lawbreakers with spreading malware and carrying out deceptions. So one must be part of the solution and help ease the problem. When uncertain, locate an alternate hotspot where the content is known to be authentic. Pilfering content online is simple, however that doesn't prevent it from being erroneous and illegal.

Progression: The Inevitability of Jinxed Opportunities
An Editorial Article by John Lou A. Caray

Source: https://www.englishblog.com/2009/03/cartoons-for-the-classroom-new-media-vs-old.html#.X0fImCXvCEc
Mass media plays an essential job in bridging the vast universe of individuals. It can contact wide crowds with influential and powerful messages which alter upon society. TV and radio have been prominent on every person’s day by day lives and schedules, influencing the substance and times that crowds watch and tune in. Since its integration during the 1600s, traditional media has gone through years building credible brands through decades of imparting news, stories and campaigns to the masses. Such distinctive highlights of traditional media have been challenged by new media, which is amending the engagement customs of many audiences. In recent years, digital overhaul and reception have been at the vanguard of every section and industry. Developments such as social media and smartphones have made acquiring information quicker, simpler, and less expensive. Simultaneously, standard media sources like papers and magazines have endured decreases in their readership and publicizing incomes. With this, people’s prevailing perception has adjudged that the traditional media’s days are numbered. In reality though, such talk is impetuous and disregards a portion of the genuine points of interest that conventional media sources bring to the table.

Source: http://www.markart.com.au/archive.html
We can't deny that in spite of the fact that the utilization of conventional media is plunging down, this medium matters more than it did before. There are significant regions where customary media continues to hold a comparative advantage. For markets with restricted digital availability, traditional media remains the most feasible wellspring of data, paying little mind to the engendered subjectivity and one-sided reporting. Is traditional media in the verge of extinction? It's indisputable that customary media's strength has been disintegrated by the development of social media and the internet, yet to assume that it is dead is to colossally underestimate the significance of television, radio, papers and magazines in the modern era. The advent of new media surely stirred up the information world. But despite everything, it still has a long way to go to meet the credibility and authenticity of old-fashioned channels. Half a decade will pass and the complementarity of social media with the traditional media will be worth noting. Regularly observed as contenders, they will inevitably incorporate stages that can work together in offering information and entertainment services to its audiences.
