A change in the vibe.
I know relationships are a give and take and that they take a lot of vulnerability and maintenance.
With that being said, I’m trying harder and harder to get better at this day to day. I just feel so god damned under appreciated sometimes. Logically I get that sometimes this won’t be a 50/50 deal. Sometimes its going to be 80/20 and so on. I am prepared for that but I feel like I’ve been pulling the 80% side of that for weeks now.
You also complain about a lack of passion and intimacy when every time I touch you in any way intimately, try to kiss you you pull away and tell me how you have “just had so much attention lately” or simply “need some space.” And darling trust me, I hear you loud and clear. I know damned well that I can be overly affectionate and excessively optimistic. I have zero qualms saying that and I appreciate the hell out of you communicating with me there. I’m simply at a loss with how to fix this situation.
At the end of it all, I want nothing more than to spend the rest of my days with you. You are the most intriguing woman and human being I have ever met. You have a beautiful mind and one of the best senses of humor I’ve had the privilege of knowing and understanding. You are sexy, intelligent, hard working, ambitious, family centered, and an all around wonderful woman and I think the world of you.
But I’m done feeling like less in this partnership. I serve people for a living and at the end of the day, I want to come home and feel like an equal in something. Not almost like a servant to your happiness. And trust me, I am well aware that this is not your intention and that more than likely you are simply beat down and tired from the way your work is treating you and that at the end of the day, after you get settled into your new gig you will more than likely settle down a bit and things might just resume as normal. I’m just so tired.
I love you always though and I will always put in the work to make this do just that. You’re my person and you will always be loved.

Started on a new project up here at @dirty30dallas that will be ready within the next two weeks! We have some Peach Infused Bourbon, some Blueberry & Pineapple Infused Tequila, and some Strawberry & Basil Infused Vodka. Gonna be starting another round of three flavors next week too!
