        at  padme’s  abrupt  admission,  chloe  let’s  out  a  slow  exhale  of  her  own,  and  quickly  adds  an  extra  splash  into  the  mixed  drinks  she  prepared.  a  conversation  like  this  calls  for  a  stiff  drink.  "here  this  will  help,“  she  says  as  joins  padme  on  the  bed,  drink  held  out  to  her.  chloe  can  understand  being  hesitant  to  make  the  first  move.  more  so  after  believing  there  would  never  be  a  chance  to  do  so.  it’s  the  same  issue  she’s  having  now.  except  for  the  fact  that  chloe  isn’t  sleeping  with  a  half  naked  lucifer.  if  that  were  the  case,  acting  on  her  urges  would  be  easier.  "allowing  himself?  the  padme  i  know  doesn’t  let  a  person  allow  themselves  to  anything  without  her  say  so.  —i  think  what  scares  you  is  how  much  control  you’ve  given  to  him  and  how  much  more  if  you  act  on  your  needs.”  pausing  to  put  the  straw  in  between  her  lips.  taking  a  long,  and  much  needed,  sip  of  her  drink.  especially  if  chloe’s  going  to  have  to  give  relationship  advice  while  in  her  own  predicament.

               “  Well  darling,  I’m  not  sure  if  you’ve  noticed  or  not,  but  I  am  male.  ”  Lucifer  shrugged.  He  felt  no  shame  when  it  came  to  how  he  spent  his  time,  and  he  really  never  had.  After  all,  he  was  out  of  Hell,  and  no  one  had  any  control  over  what  he  wanted  to  do.  Not  that  he  was  aware  of,  anyway.  “  Ah,  you’re  talking  about  the  murders.  ”  Lucifer  nodded.  He’d  heard  all  about  the  mysterious  deaths  that  had  occurred  recently,  and  though  he’d  probably  never  say  it  out  loud,  he  was  grateful  for  the  small  bit  of  excitement  that  it  brought  to  this  drab  town.  He  was  starting  to  feel  like  he  was  back  in  Los  Angeles  solving  homicides.  “  Well,  I  assure  you,  my  partner  from  home  is  here  as  well  and  she’s  the  best  homicide  detective  in  Los  Angeles.  If  anyone  is  going  to  figure  out  who  deserves  punishment,  it’s  Detective  Decker.  ”

The baker tilted her head when she heard the conversation, the blonde was having over the phone, before she was shaking her head at the question. “No. If he seems to give off a bad vibe, then you have every right to say what you want.” Ella shrugged, voice soft as to not disturb the peace of the sidewalk. “But, if you don’t want to go on your date, or whatever it is, I have a free seat? I was supposed to have dinner with a friend, but they canceled, and I have reservations in ten minutes.” A smile flashed on her lips, as she turned to fully face the other. “It’s not like they know what you look like or anything, right?                      there  was  still  some  bitterness  at  the  fact  she  would  never  get  to  rule  alderaan.  but  the  resistance  had  become  part  of  her  family.  being  a  general  for  the  rebels  had  opened  her  eyes  to  many  things  she  never  experienced  before.  and  if  it  hadnt  been  for  that  she  wouldnt  have  married  han  or  known  luke.  but  she  didnt  want  to  bring  the  mood  down  so  she  decided  to  tell  her  about  that  later.  ‘  thank  you.  ‘  leia  smiled  slightly  before  grew  when  she  said  she  could  hug  her.  leia  didnt  hesaite  to  pull  the  women  into  a  hug.  never  would  she  have  thought  this  would  happen.
