Jake Puckerman was born on July 15 1990. He is the only child of Tanisha Greene and Eli Puckerman. Being that he was a child of an affair, Tanisha decided to keep her son out of the sights of his failure of a father and had him raised in the exclusive Mercer-Greene foundation. Jake came from a long line of surgeons, ranging from her great, great grandfather to his mother and now to himself. At first, his family didn’t expect him to work hard or got to medical school since he was the ‘pretty one’ of the family. But he blew them all away by going above and beyond in school and always earning passing grades.

Jake took up a residence at Seattle Grace, hoping to get away from his family name. He never wanted anyone thinking that just because his mother’s side of the family are very wealthy and amazing doctors that he would be getting special treatment. It’s one of the reasons why he decided to move into a home with Rachel Berry, Ryder Lynn and Marley Rose. Jake slowly began to build a close friendship to Marley particularly. He is very protective of the people who he cares about, including her.

MARLEY ROSE IS 25 YEARS OLD AND SHE IS SURGICAL RESIDENT AT SEATTLE GRACE. SHE IS CURRENTLY FOCUSING ON TRAMA SUGERY  AND HER CHARACTER IS BASED OFF OF APRIL KEPNER

Marley Rose was born on April 23, 1991 in Columbus Ohio to Millie and James Rose. Marley was the middle child of three sisters who were all raised on a corn farm. Her mom worked as a teacher while her dad stayed at home and tended toward the farm. Marley was raised in the Catholic religion and is extremely religious herself. Marley seems to be the butt of everyone’s jokes because of her faith and even though it can bother her, she doesn’t let it show. Most of her torment comes from her roommates Ryder Lynn and Jake Puckerman, but the two men have simmered down once they realized that her kindness for them was on a short leash and their laundry wasn’t being done. Along with Jake and Ryder, Marley also lives with Rachel Berry and Rachel’s adopted daughter, Maya.

It was spilled that Marley is still a virgin and now she is more of a target for teasing, but her brewing friendship with Jake Puckerman had made some of the mocking to simmer down. She still wants to wait till marriage to have sex, which is respected but sometimes questioned by her new found friend. All Marley seems to want is a steady job, a husband and 3.5 kids, the American Dream.

KITTY WILDE IS 24 YEARS OLD AND IS A SURGICAL INTERN AT SEATTLE GRACE HOSPITAL SHE IS BASED OFF OF JO WILSON AND IS OPEN FOR AUDITIONS 

Kitty grew up never knowing her parents, at two weeks old she was left on a pew in her home town’s church and from there she was tossed around from foster home to foster home. When she was 16, she ran away from her current foster parents and began living out of her car. Kitty would sneak in to school before hours to do her laundry and shower to keep her appearance up.

With the help of a trusted teacher, she worked hard in school and was able to get a scholar ship to go to Princeton University. All her hard work paid off when she was able to  achieve her long time dream of becoming surgeon.

RYDER LYNN IS 26 YEARS OLD AND IS A RESIDENT AT SEATTLE GRACE HOSPITAL. HE IS CURRENTLY FOCUSING ON PEDIATRIC SURGERY. HE IS BASED OFF OF ALEX KAREV

Ryder Lynn was born in a small town in California on May 3 1990. His childhood was a troubled one as he dealt with a mother with mental illness and an absent and abusive father. To deal with his anger toward his dad, Ryder joined wrestling in high school and soon confronted his dad. 

When his dad left for good, Ryder was stuck taking care of his mother and his two other siblings before they were finally found out and put into foster care. It was then he learned his mom had passed away from her sickness and his little brother had been put away due to his own illness at only eight years old. It was then when he learned that he wanted to become a doctor and studied hard to earn good grades. After some time at med school, he was put into Seattle Grace as a resident and works and lives with his fellow co workers. Ryder had become best friends with Jake and the two tend to share their conquest stories of the women in the hospital.

SANTANA LOPEZ IS 26 YEARS OLD AND IS AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON AT SEATTLE GRACE. SHE IS BASED OFF OF CALLIE TORRES AND SHE IS OPEN.

Santana Lopez was was born in August 16th 1990 and is the oldest daughter of a wealthy family and it is a fact that she doesn’t like to share with friends. While growing up in Miami, partied and did always had a good time. Though she realized that she did want to go to med school, despite her family’s thoughts on it. Beyond Santana’s dry humor, she actually likes to help people and he need to get away from her family landed her in Seattle Grace hospital which was far, far from home.

Santana was highly disliked by her coworkers because of her boldness and her blunt honesty. Though that did catch the eye of pediatric surgeon, Quinn Fabray. The two began a friendship that would lead to a relationship, if only Quinn would stop fearing her dad’s input on it.
