Hello, new/old friend. This arrived 40 minutes ago, and I completely lost track of time getting to know it. All new gear should be that way. When Roland released the TR-08 on 8/08, and it wasn't analog, I decided to go ahead and get its older brother, the TR-8 for less ($302 on eBay, score!). It's digital ACB, but it's glorious. And nostalgic. And the buttons are bright as f--k.
