As the polls all came back inconclusive, thanks need to be given to @hollymcruvie for pointing out that instead of running more polls, I could just create two vampires - a gothic lolita criminal Malkavian, and a trad goth reporter Gangrel.
I worked out all their stats, and started with the Gangrel design first. Modern trad goth styles are interesting, but they felt far too pristine and feminine for the character I had in mind, so I looked at old photographs from the Batcave for some more varied inspiration. The 80s had a lot of very androgynous styling which I love so I gave Michael a more mature, angular face, and clothes that were less romantic and closer to goth's post-punk roots. I like the idea of this character embracing a scrappier, darker, more androgynous style after they left their life in front of a camera behind.
My copy of Vampire: the Masquerade is a second edition copy from 1992 with some really fun 90's comic book style art in it, which I had a go at emulating in my own style through experiments with screentone and solid shadows. It was a lot of fun - I better get going with vampire #2!

Note
I'm yoink the idea seems fun
JADIS
1. What are their physical signs of being undead or otherwise supernatural (if any)?
• Very tired eyes
• Skin discoloration throughout the body

4. How do they treat mortals? What is their opinion on killing them?
• Kills on a whim likes to toy around usually fair, kills anyone that swings the wrong way she still prevails on human morals and spare as much as possible
6. What does their Haven look like? Is it creepy or luxurious?
• JADIS haven is her dad's old Volvo caravan she usually don't stay in one place like to move w ever shifting wind she's abit of a hoarder the car is full of memories and stuff barely enough space for two ppl

May I ask 1, 4, and 6 for the vtm asks about Iškur?
1. What are their physical signs of being undead or otherwise supernatural (if any)?
He has lion-like eyes where his irises are gold in color and they’re pretty reflective in the dark + claws :)

4. How do they treat mortals? What is their opinion on killing them?
Since Iškur is pretty old now, he feeds off of other kindred and usually doesn’t bother himself with mortals. He kills them, from time to time—and doesn’t quite care about them.
6. What does their Haven look like? Is it creepy or luxurious?
He travels quite frequently and doesn’t grow emotionally attached to places for far too long (result of having to deal with many hunters and other kindred in the past), so his havens are simple but give him a little more hope for the next night to come. But his main haven in Northern Norway is quite cozy and the most lived in space is probably the art room where he binds books in
