Hey kids!  If you’re a filmmaker, animator, or storyboard artist and you don’t know what screen direction is, you might want to read this.

For the record, there are always exceptions to the rule in filmmaking, which is why I pointed out 3 examples here.

I’ve also found that comic books tend to NOT take screen direction as seriously as film does, but I’m still on the fence if this is wise or not.  My favorite comics pay close attention to screen direction so as to not confuse the reader.

Maggiorana is just the Italian word for Marjoram, a herb with a sweet pine and citris flavour.

But anyway here’s the boys from my Osomafia AU! As mentioned before I changed their names to fit with the AU setting they’re in. 

This was done more as a reference for my self in regards to their hairstyles…and maybe you guys can get used to the names or something heh…

:D ok! i’ve updated the Sonic character anatomy, this is basic though but i really hope is easy to understand (because i’ think i’m not good enough explaining things with words lol) and it results useful to anyone who might need it ^_^  

just some other tips to improve:

try drawing comics! on comics you have to try new poses, angles and expressions.. is reaally helpful to improve your drawing skills!

look at official art for reference

listen to cool music! XD it always helps to get inspired hehe

#1Use 500x500 px or bigger canvas size. Any smaller size will make a brush look messy and shit.Here look:

Can you see the difference?? Lineart in 600x600 px is so much smoother

@beestiings asked me if I imagined someone being friend with Gema, and I ended up with the idea of “Gema has a breakdown, Dandy tries to comfort him”

Also, Dandy is using sign language, just because I headcanon him with a deaf little sister, so he knows JSL. And since he has no clue of what’s going on, he does the same thing that with his sister: he signs.
