With the way she had looked at him it made him falter just ever so slightly, slumping down as he turned back to look at the glasses in front of him. Maybe he had had one drink too many and the last thing he’d want is for this night to end badly. He silently pushes the glass he had been drinking from before a little further away from himself, a pout replacing the annoyed grimace he had been sporting before. “Look, you’re obviously here for something right?” Draven absentmindedly tapped his index finger against the table as he spoke. “And I’m guessin’ it isn’t just to judge my damn drinking habits.”

"How drunk are you right now?" (For that meme)

“–Me? Drunk? Gimme a break blondie,” Draven takes another swig of his drink before placing the glass near two empty shot glasses on the table. “It takes a lot more than this,” he glances over towards her then gestures towards the empty glasses, “to get me drunk.”

He couldn’t help but laugh a bit at the little show, “See now that’s more than ‘pretty damn cool’, that right there was fuckin’ awesome.” His lighthearted chuckling slowly ceased as he crossed his arms though as curiosity lit up his eyes. “So, uh, I got one question,” the executioner silenced himself before gesturing vaguely towards the other man. “Does it--y’know glow... too?” Arching a brow after he spoke, he was genuinely curious about this.

"You keep on telling yourself that, sweetheart."

Draven glared down the reaver, only breaking the eye contact to shake his head slowly. “First of all, don’t call me sweetheart. That kinda shit don’t roll with me,” he paused, looking the other up and down before continuing. “Second thing is at least I didn’t end up like that– how did you even manage?”
