daydreaming vs visualization vs imagination
i was thinking about before i got into the law. you know when you imagine steamy scenarios before you go to bed for fun? i know you know what i mean. i used to do that every night in 2020 (even now) with the same scenario bc it was fun. keep in mind that i didnt know about the law at this point so i obviously didnt intend for it to "manifest". a year ago when i started to understand states, i used to think back to 2020 and wonder why those scenarios didnt manifest since i kept visualizing and imagining the same thing. last week i randomly remembered about how i used to wonder that and i immediately knew the answer: i wasnt changing self.
when i was visualizing/imagining, i wasnt becoming the person who actually knew i was experiencing it. i was not being someone who was experiencing those steamy scenarios. in order words, i was just daydreaming.
daydreaming
in my own words, i think daydreaming is visualizing something while being someone who knows they dont have it. for example: visualizing owning a car while knowing that you dont have it. so you are just visualizing it for fun, not for the purpose of changing self but for the purpose of just experiencing something in imagination (via visualization) just for your own enjoyment. daydreaming is like visualizing for fun, without changing states/self. this "knowing" i talk about is based on what state you are in, so if someone knows they dont have a car, they are in that state.
i think daydreaming is always visualization but visualization is not always daydreaming. daydreaming is for fun, without the intention of "manifesting" or changing states while visualization is changing states whether or not you intent to do so.
so i was visualizing my freaky scenes as the version of me who didnt identify with those freaky scenes (aka daydreaming). i wasnt identifying with it or using it to change self. same thing applies to when i used to repeat positive thoughts 100k times but i didnt identify with them. those are called vain repetitions and can be used to change self but if they just dont change self/states, then it is just daydreaming/vain repetitions. you can change self/states without realizing too which is why i think people put so much power onto techniques by thinking the techniques themselves are doing something, when its only self (imagination/you) that is changed by the techniques. those techniques were the things that consciously or unconsciously made you change self. regardless, self/you will always be the thing manifesting.
realize that regardless of everything, your state/version of you you are being, will always determine the "3d".
visualization ≠ imagination
visualization is a tool to change self / imagination. you can visualize things but that doesnt mean you are identifying with it or accepting it as true. i think of visualization as a smaller form of imagination but its very small compared to imagining/imagination itself.
imagination is what you are (aka self). imagination is not a tool like visualization because you always are operating in imagination since everything is self. you are always being a version of you. you arent always visualizing. visualizing can be daydreaming if you arent visualizing that thing to change self.
when you imagine something in a law of assumption context, imagining = what version of you you are being.
imagination is not limited to visualizing. there are some people in this community who have aphantasia and think they have no imagination and therefore "cant manifest", etc. but they just cant visualize. imagination is not equal to visualization. no matter what type of or stage of aphantasia you have, you will always already be manifesting.
visualizing and thinking without changing self means nothing. changing self means being a new version of you who knows they have (insert whatever desire).
self changes everything
so back to my story, i was just visualizing me and my imaginary bae, i wasnt being the person who was experiencing what i was visualizing. this is why it didnt manifest. i like this idea because that is just more proof that self changes everything, who ever you are being in imagination will express. it also means i have control bc i can daydream anything for fun and control whether or not it expresses bc i dont have to identify with that version of me who is experiencing whatever i am daydreaming.
i hope this makes sense and if it doesnt, dont stress. just focus on changing self, be the version of you that has whatever it is you want. i made this post because its been on my mind and hopefully it can help someone else realize that changing self is all you ever have to do.

EFT Tapping Script Template for Void State, Manifesting & Shifting
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・。.。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
This is an example EFT tapping script to use to clear your negative beliefs, calm your nervous system, and reprogram your mind with positive affirmations around entering the void, manifesting your dream life or shifting.
If you've never tried tapping before, this quick video demonstrates all the points you need to know. Some people don't use the wrist point and that's fine, I prefer to use it. You can also tap other places on the body, especially places that might hold tension like your lower back or shoulders.
Phase 1: Set-Up
Tapping sessions start off with a "set-up" on the side of the hand, where you tell yourself that even though you have all these negative thoughts, it's ok and you love yourself anyway.
The set-up phrase template is: "Even though I [have this negative thought/feeling/situation], I deeply and completely love and accept and forgive myself." It's usually repeated 3 times, but can go longer if you want.
It's best to use your own words, but this is the basic idea:
For void state: "Even though I think the void is hard to enter, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I have tried so many times to enter the void, and I keep failing, and I'm so frustrated and annoyed, I deeply and completely love and forgive myself. Even though I have tried so many methods and nothing is working, and I'm so mad that people make it seem so easy, and I feel like something is wrong with me, I deeply and completely love and accept and forgive myself. I'm willing to change the way I look at things. I'm willing to change my mind and my state. I'm willing to let go of the past."
For manifesting your dream life or shifting: "Even though I think it sounds impossible that I can wake up with all my desires/shift to my desired reality, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I have so many limiting beliefs from society, doubts that this is real, and people telling me this is ridiculous, I deeply and completely love and forgive myself. Even though I have tried so many methods and keep failing, and I wonder if I'll every be successful, and I feel like something is wrong with me, I deeply and completely love and accept and forgive myself. I'm willing to change the way I look at things. I'm willing to change my mind and my state. I'm willing to let go of the past,"
Take a deep breath, rub your hands together, drink some water.
Phase 2: Venting
Start tapping on the main points in a cycle and continue with the venting.
Void: "I have been trying to enter the void for so long. I haven't had any success. It's just so frustrating. It's just so hard. No matter what I try it doesn't work. Every morning I wake up disappointed that I failed to enter the void again. Why has it been so hard for me? Some people make it look so easy. It's just not fair. What am I doing wrong?"
Manifesting/shifting: "I have been trying to manifest my dream life/shift for so long. I haven't had any success or movement at all. Every morning I wake up in my same old reality and I'm so frustrated. I just want to wake up with all my desires. I'm just sick of this life. Why do some people make it look so easy? I've tried everything and keep failing. What's wrong with me?"
Continue venting for as long as you need. You might want to go through 2-3 (or more) rounds of the negative before you move on.
Phase 3: Bridging
Next I like to start making "bridging" statements. Like you're creating a bridge from your past negative state to your future one, you're gradually guiding yourself to feel better.
Example bridge for any: "I know I've been trying for a long time. But I also know I've had a lot of things to overcome. Yes, my life has been difficult. I know it's not my fault. I know I'm not doing anything wrong. I can't compare my journey to anyone else's. I don't know what they were going through before they had their success. But I do know I am in control of my future. No matter what happened in the past, I'm willing to believe I am in control now. I'm willing to believe that life can be easy for me. I'm open to believing that I can be successful."
You can continue to bridge as long as you need to. If you find your affirmations hard to believe, you can do a few rounds saying them starting with bridging phrases like:
Maybe I can start to believe that ____
I'm willing to believe ____
I am open to the possibility that ____
I can start to accept that ____
I choose to believe ____
Phase 4: Positive Affirmations
Finally, start using your positive affirmations and hyping yourself up.
Void: "It literally doesn't matter what happened in the past, because I am in control now. I was overcomplicating things because of tumblr and putting the void on a pedestal. I don't have to do that anymore. I know the void is real. I also know the void is no big deal. I know I enter the void every night when I sleep. I've entered the void a million times before. I know the void is just myself in my highest form. I know I am in control of the void because I am the creator. I know the void is easy to enter. I know I can enter the void easily no matter what."
Manifesting/shifting: "It literally doesn't matter what happened in the past, because I am in control now. I was overcomplicating things because of tumblr/ShiftTok and putting my desires on a pedestal. I don't have to do that anymore. I know manifesting/shifting is real. I know I am the creator of my reality and I can have anything I want. No desire or reality is more special, bigger or more important than any other. I know I can have whatever I want. I know I can shift/manifest easily. I am a master shifter/manifestor now. It's so easy for me to get all my desires."
Continue with the positive statements for as long as you want. In total the whole thing would probably take 10-20 minutes, but you can always go longer.
When you're done, rub your hands together or "Namaste", thank yourself for doing the work, and drink lots of water!!

Hey, I’m really getting into shifting and manifesting and I’m beginning to try and ignore my 3D, but I’m just confused about something, if I’m ignoring my 3D does that mean that I should be acting and feeling the way I will once it actually comes to me?
idk much about shifting but I don't think ignoring the 3d is solution I think living in the 4d knowing that it's the true reality helps more

there is no one and nothing to change but SELF. YOU KNOW THIS. you are constantly seeking for more information, specks of motivation, trying to find that ONE piece of information that will make you go “i finally get it.” when you already have it all within you. LOOK WITHIN. there you will find all the answers you are looking for. close your eyes and see in your mind’s eye that the creator of all things that exist is right there! YOU. you created the world you see, you create the thoughts you have, the emotions you feel, the moments you experience. now ask yourself what do YOU want to create? what do YOU want to feel and experience? and HOW do you want to do this? create it in your mind and BASK IN THE GREATNESS of your wonderful human imagination. it’s a feeling of relief, relaxation and/or whatever feeling that dawns upon you that all that you want has already been fulfilled because all things are created and exist in consciousness for consciousness is the only reality. look inwards, towards yourself to make it happen.
who experiences the world? you. who creates your thoughts? you. who doubts? you. who feels happiness? you. who is a limitless being? you. what is pushed out into the world? YOU. why? BECAUSE IT’S THE LAW. IT ALL BEGINS WITH YOU.
fear is what stops you from applying what you know, always expecting the worst case scenarios. you need to realize that YOU created that fear but guess what? you also have the limitless power to create greatness, bravery, and fearlessness! have a question? a doubt comes up? think to yourself “what would an all powerful being be thinking? would they be having these thoughts?” everything stems from you. step into your power. what do YOU wish to be? dwell in that and proceed to keep your head up and don’t look back. you are already what you want to be. shift your focus away from the undesired and create what you want, how you want. you literally don’t have to react to unfavorable thoughts and what you see in the outer world because you created it. treat opposing thoughts and the unfavorable 3D as guests who pass by. they have no permanent stay. there is no need to argue or be upset that you noticed something you didn’t like. just turn the other way; shift your focus! it’s like crying over a ball of clay because you made a mistake. world is simply a dream. bring your heart’s desires to life. transform condemnations into blessings. stop falling prey to your creations when you have the power to change it as you please.
don’t give power to the outer reality for it is nothing but a product of your consciousness.

Why we need to repeat our affirmations ?and do we need to believe them?
From a scientific perspective!!! 💙We have many neural pathways in our brains, which are the reason for deep rooted beliefs + constant thoughts. They're basically your thoughts. This is why you may automatically think negatively when thinking about your SP or SC, it's how your brain is wired. BUT it doesn't mean it's permanent.
💙There is a concept called Neuroplasticity, in which you can literally physically change the neural pathways in your brain, like destroy old ones + create new ones, JUST with consistent new thoughts. This proves that you don't need to believe your affirmation. That means every time you constantly think the same thought, let's say "I'm a master manifestor," you will eventually create a new neural pathway for that thought + destroying the old neural pathways of "I can't manifest" leading you to AUTOMATICALLY think "I'm a master manifestor" whenever you think about your SC.
💙once this becomes a regular thought, it's an assumption/belief, which will manifest. You can literally destroy old thoughts and make new assumptions just with repetition. 💙This is literally what it means to reprogram/rewire your mind. 💙In short-listen to Sammy when she says to say your affirmations even if you don't belive them!
