How to observe your awareness in your DR (put SUPER simply) + Why “pretending” to be in your DR doesn’t exist.
Because I still see people who don’t understand (which is fine!!) so we’re going to put it in basicccc terms :)
1) Lay down, sit down, get comfortable, close your eyes, yada yada yada. You can listen to music, frequencies, sit/lay in silence, in a noisy environment, none of it matters.
I like do this right before bed/ in the middle of the night/ or in the morning because of hypnagogia/WBTB/hypnopompia— but we don’t place restrictions on this blog. Nope. Do whatever you want. If you’re shifting to be a fish in the ocean, and feel comfortable flopping around on the floor, do that.
2) Now ask yourself, what the heck are you being aware of right now? Is it your CR all around you? “Oh, it’s my CR!”
3) Okay, cool. Now pretend you’re already in your DR. Go: “Ooh, I’m already in my DR. I can sense my DR around me.”
4) That’s it.
Congratulations. If you did that, you’re already aware of your awareness in your DR. The difference between “becoming aware of your awareness in your DR” and “pretending to be in your DR” is this:
You’re not pretending.
You. Are not. Pretending.
Pretending is what little kids do when they dress up like a doctor and poke their friend with a stick because they’re performing tree branch surgery at recess. No. You are not a child. (Well… you might be a child, I don’t know.) But you’re shifting realities.
So you’re going to “pretend” you’re in your DR—but NOT from the mentality of someone who’s pretending. You’re doing it because you’re already there.
Even if you feel like you’re pretending, you’re not. That feeling is just your brain playing catch up.
It’s like when you first learn to ride a bike without training wheels. You might feel like you're "pretending" to balance, wobbling and confused, but you’re actually doing it. You’re riding the bike. Your muscles already know. Your body already gets it. It’s just your mind lagging behind, saying: “Hang on, are we really doing this?? Damn”
Same with shifting. You’re not ““pretending”” to be in your DR. You’re just getting used to how simple and real it already is.
If you become aware of your awareness in your DR from the perspective of someone already there (“PRETENDING”)…you’re in your DR.
Even if you open your eyes and see your CR, that’s an illusion, okay? It’s that simple. Just “pretend” you’re already in your DR. But again, it’s not pretending. Keep that in mind.
“Pretending” to be in your DR doesn’t exist!!
There’s no such thing as pretending to be in your DR. Like, seriously, what would that even mean??
If you’re “pretending” to be in your DR, then you’re literally imagining yourself there, right? You're thinking of what it's like, what you'd be doing, where you'd be, all in the POV of the you who’s already there—and that is you becoming aware of your DR.
You don’t pretend to be aware. You don’t “fake” being aware. If you're doing it, you're doing it. That’s like saying: “Hehe I’m pretending to notice the color red.” No, you’re noticing red. Done.
“Pretending” implies you’re separate from it, but the second you’re mentally engaging with your DR as real, you're tuning your awareness to it. You’re not faking anything. You’re already there. Your awareness doesn’t care what label you slap on it.
So yeah, pretending to be in your DR is just... observing your awareness in your DR. I tell you to focus on your awareness there, because your awareness is all that you are.
There’s nothing more to do. You’re done. There’s nothing to fix, chase, unlock, prove, beg. You’ve already arrived. The idea that you’re not there yet is illusion.

Void State Success Story
The only reason I'm making this post is because one of the scenes I used during my visualizations was writing my void success story after entering and I want to follow through on that. I am not going to answer dms or enter the void for you and I will delete this account tomorrow so reblog or screenshot.
Ive been in the void state community since 2021. I entered two days ago. I have been trying to enter the void for a long time and this is what worked FOR ME. If you disagree, scroll. Trust me idgaf.
What worked for me: Saturation sessions
I discovered it a week ago. People would sit and knowingly affirm to themselves for minutes on end, even hours and their manifestations would be so quick.
So for 5 days I did just that. For 5 days, I affirmed that I woke up in the void state aware, waking up in the void state is normal for me, etc for FIVE HOURS. They were in blocks of 2 hours then 3 hours.
On the sixth day morning, I woke up in the void state aware. I affirmed in it and manifested my graduation this semester and my looks.
Do not ask me what my affirmations were. I just said what was natural to me. Do not ask if you need to do five hours I don't know. I am just sharing what worked for me.
Two important notes:
1. Believe the affirmations. This is not robotic affirming sessions. Believe the affs and say them with faith. IT IS THE TRUTH!
2. Live in the end when not affirming. Even when not affirming hold the same faith. Ignore the 3d as much as possible and live in your imagination.

STFU METHOD
sorry I'm too lazy to edit this and put in colour etc as I'm tiredddd but hey y’all, so creds to anyone if they came up with this method beforehand, but this is a method that can be used for LOA/Void/Shifting. this method works perfectly for me and I’ve used it in loa many times, and manifested many things with this method. this method is about ego submitting and asserting dominance over your own mind, claiming back your power. the reason this works for all, is because you are just simply deciding, you bypass the ego and logic mind, you stop checking the 3d, and you are declaring instead of begging. you completely let go of resistance.
its called shut the fuck up, that’s it. shut. the. fuck. up. that’s what you are gonna tell your mind every time it starts to argue, spiral, resist.
okay so, ill get into the method.
for LOA purposes,
you want a new car? money? job?
i have it, shut the fuck up.
an SP?
they’re mine, shut the fuck up.
they’re obsessed with me, shut the fuck up.
they’re in love with me, shut the fuck up.
the purpose of this is just deciding and telling that ego of yours and those circumstances to shut the fuck up, that’s it. no checking circumstances, no, you tell it to shut the fuck up because its instant, you decided you have it, its done, its yours. whatever you want, it is already done, if the opposite shows up, you tell that bitch to shut the fuck up because you assume its already done in your mind. lets say you are manifesting a boyfriend, he has a 3rd party? fuck no he doesn’t, shut the fuck up, he’s literally yours!
okay, now you might be asking “why do I need to say shut the fuck up?”
because circumstances in the 3d show up until it completely mirrors the 4d imagination, the 3d can lag because you all see something you don’t like and completely contradict what you are manifesting/assuming and complain… and what does complaining do? confirms to your subconscious mind, that those circumstances is what is happening in your reality because it’s the ego that needs to submit, its the ego that argues with you, the ego THRIVES on resistance, and the more you keep feeding it with your silly little complaints that whatever you are manifesting isn’t happening, you feed the ego more and more and puts yourself into a spiral.
your ego and conscious mind will try to fight you with logic which brings negative thoughts up and most of the time you engage with those thoughts. you are not trying to be at war with your own mind, negative thoughts do arise, it can happen but instead of fighting with it, you ignore it and tell it to shut the fuck up, tell that circumstance to shut the fuck up and you keep assuming, eventually your brain cannot keep fighting with you anymore, because you are asserting dominance and reminding yourself you are the creator. the ego submits to you when you stop resisting and feeding it that resistance and whatever you assume goes straight to the subconscious mind that already submits to you, because its literally your servant, and the 3d reality shifts to your assumptions.
so the ego? when you tell it to shut the fuck up - you regain control.
the subconscious mind? gets the message loud and clear - its already done.
For the Void/Shifting?
now this can be used for the void and shifting too, it is exactly the same, the ego and your mind will try to fight you, your brain will grasp at its straws to prove some illusion to yourself because its the ego and conscious mind that is obsessed with the idea of logic and will do anything to disprove your illusion, but as always the more you do not give into the resistance and decide you are there, the whole idea fades and your brain completely caves and reality shifts instantly. you have to remember that the void is within you and its easily reached, you slip in and out constantly when you are distracted, and when you are sleeping, but also by just deciding.
so what you wanna do.
set comfy for starters, lie down, sit up, do a handstand, whatever you want that will allow you to be comfy and keep your awareness off your body.
next do some deep breathing, you want to at least clear your mind a bit it will be a lot easier to decide when your mind isn’t busy with so many thoughts.
now, is the deciding part. you are already there.
decide with certainty “i am already in my DR, shut the fuck up” or “i am already in the void, shut the fuck up” this is where the ego is going to start trying to interfere and the mind wanders, your brain starts scrambling but you want to keep claiming your power, you want to keep declaring, and keep dominating your mind, if the ego creeps in - “well how do you know you’re there?” Shut the fuck up, if doubt creeps in - “what if I don’t shift?” or “what if I don’t get in” no shut the fuck up, your job is to shut down anything that does not match your truth, you are not asking, you are declaring. you are already there, any negative thought you do not fight it, you do not engage, you simply tell it to shut the fuck up and ignore it, and keep affirming you are already there, because we are all the void, we are always in the void, we are just aware of 4d and 3d reality at the same time until we become only aware of the 4d imagination. you are not here to argue, negotiate, nothing. you are here to be in control of your own mind and decide and declare, it is happening right now. no waiting, you are just there already, and you aren’t here to argue, you are here to fucking declare it. you aren’t deleting thoughts or arguing, it’s not about overcoming them - its simply out powering them.
keep repeating until you slip in, you will just feel like nothing, nothing but silence and knowing and peace, the illusion cracks and the void opens up and boom you are there because you decided and because you told your mind to shut the fuck up, its all about commanding, and letting your conscious mind surrender to you than you surrendering.
this method works because you are refusing to entertain anything but your own truth.
it bypasses the ego:
your ego is what panics, doubts, questions the how or when and by repeatedly telling it to shut the fuck up, you stop giving it power. when the ego shuts up, the subconscious takes over and the manifestations are instant.
you stop reinforcing the 3d:
every time you think “i don’t have it yet” or “is it working?” you reinforce you are not yet in your DR or the void, or have it yet. the STFU method simply silences that loop. you are not reacting to the 3d anymore, not checking, just assuming.
you declare instead of beg:
begging - “I don’t have it, I need it”
declaring - “its mine already”
the subconscious mind does not respond to need, it responds to the version who is already there/has it. when you declare, you are affirming that version and step into the version who is already there/has it, and the world bends to reflect that.
you collapse resistance:
it simply strips all mental clutter, it just becomes pure decision, pure identity because there is no endless affirming, or visualisation pressure or anything.
the subconscious always listens:
this part of your brain creates everything, but it can be blocked doubt, logic and fear. every time you worry, overthink, check, hope - you shift your focus. STFU keeps you locked on one outcome. its done.
you’re choosing instead of waiting:
manifesting is shifting, the void, assuming. its the same principle, and you are not hoping something happens you are choosing it has already happened.

AKA overly simplified deepdive
okay okay sit down. i know you’re bouncing around like a squirrel who just drank six juice boxes and found out you can go to any universe ever and be a dinosaur with laser eyes and your name is queen starlight sparkle. i get it. i really do. but we gotta talk. about what? about shifting. about loa. about that weird little ugh feeling in your tummy called doubt. and yes. we’re doing it simple. like i’m your sleep-deprived babysitter half running on caffeine and sheer delusion and you’re asking me for the fiftieth time what happens when you dream. buckle up.
WHAT IS SHIFTING?
okay imagine this. you are in a big playroom. and there’s, like, a billion doors. you can walk through any of them. you wanna go to the world where you’re a mermaid and live in a sparkly seashell palace and everyone calls you supreme jellyfish commander? there’s a door for that. you wanna go where your favorite cartoon is real and you’re besties with that character you’re in love with but won’t admit it? there’s a door for that too. now guess what. you don’t need a special key. you’re the door. yeah. you heard me. you are the door.
shifting is just moving into another reality, with your big ol’ imagination steering the wheel and your mind deciding to hop out of this one and hop into another. no rocket needed. no secret spell. no fairy dust. just deciding. like “yup. i’m going there now.” that’s it.
people make it complicated because they’re bored or scared or trying to make it sound fancy and exclusive like an adult telling you taxes are hard. but no. it’s just deciding. the way you decide to eat the red gummy instead of the green one.
now don’t go telling me “but i tried and it didn’t work!!” because here’s the thing. trying means you’re still peeking through the crack of the door, not stepping through it. you’re still thinking “am i there yet?” like asking if the oven’s hot while your cookies are still goo. you gotta step. not peek.
WHAT IS LOA?
law of assumption. law of attraction. law of whatever you wanna name it, sweetheart. it’s all the same sparkly cupcake of a thing.
basically, if you assume your teddy bear talks, your whole world becomes one where your teddy bear talks. if you assume you’re the fastest racecar driver in candyland, guess who’s on the track next sunday? you.
your mind is a magic marker. you say it’s true? your brain says “oh okay boss!” and then starts painting your world around it like “pink sparkly trees? got it. talking lollipops? sure thing.”
the universe isn’t judging you. it’s not checking if you’re ready or deserving. it’s just copying and pasting what’s in your mind onto your life. it’s literally lazy like that. you think “i’m rich and wear gold shoes” enough? your brain’s like “ugh fine i guess i’ll make that true now.”
it’s just what you assume is real, becomes real. not because you earned it. but because your mind said “this is my room now” and slammed the door shut like a moody teen. done.
BUT WHAT IF I DOUBT?
aw baby. listen. i love you but you are not special for having doubts. you’re not cursed. you didn’t break the universe. doubt is just brain farts. you know how sometimes you’re really sure you turned off the light but your brain goes “but did you really?” and you go back to check and the light is off? yeah. that’s doubt. it’s annoying. it happens. doesn’t mean the light wasn’t off.
doubt is just your brain being like “are you sure we’re allowed to have that thing we want?” and you have to say “yes.” like a mom ignoring her toddler screaming in a grocery store. keep walking. don’t look back. you already said yes. you don’t argue with a toddler. you don’t argue with your doubts.
you don’t have to get rid of doubt to manifest. you don’t have to kill it. you just have to not feed it. don’t invite it to tea. you can shift while doubting. you can get your dream life while doubting. you’ve already done it before. you assumed your friend liked you. you assumed you were getting a birthday present. you didn’t fight doubt, you just kept going.
BUT WHY IS NOTHING HAPPENING??
because you keep looking at the cake in the oven yelling “WHY ISN’T IT COOKED YET??” every five seconds. sweetheart. leave the cake alone.
you keep thinking “where’s my thing?? where is it???” but listen. once you assume you have something, you stop looking for it. you don’t stare at your socks every day and ask “do i have socks?” you just put them on.
you say you’re living in the end but then get confused when you’re bored. yeah. it’s supposed to be boring. when you have something, it’s boring. normal. you’re not supposed to be on fireworks mode all the time. you don’t wake up screaming “i HAVE A HOUSE!!” every morning. it’s just your house.
so when you manifest a boyfriend or a million dollars or a new reality, you might feel… meh. and that’s good. that means your brain accepted it as real. boring is success.
people keep starting over because they’re chasing highs not results. they’re addicted to the method. they like feeling like they’re doing something. but manifesting isn’t doing. it’s being. it’s deciding “i’m already there.” and then brushing your teeth like normal because nothing needs fixing anymore.

yes. they exist on other timelines. your brain didn’t invent them. it tuned into them. like tv channels. go tune into your hot vampire bf and don’t look back.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T DO??
nope. that’s the whole gag. the whole joke. the entire prank. you literally can’t be stopped unless you say “i can’t do that.” and even then… you just cursed yourself. and you can uncross it by saying nah jk i can.
CAN I USE LOA TO MANIFEST STUFF FOR OTHERS?
yes. you can influence how people show up in your world. but free will is a wild horse in other people’s realities. so focus on your own experience. wanna be loved? assume you are. they’ll start acting like it. magic.
CAN I MANIFEST PHYSICAL CHANGES?
yes. face. body. voice. reality is moldable goo. you say “this is my face now” and reality starts shifting things to match. might be slow. might be fast. but it’ll bend. it always does.
DO I HAVE TO VISUALIZE??
no. blind bitches manifest too. you don’t need a mental cinema. you need belief. or delusion. same thing.
WHAT IF I GET OBSESSED??
okay. take a juice break. go outside. touch some grass. breathe. obsession isn’t the vibe (unless ya assume it is). embodiment is. don’t chase. be. act like you already got it and chill. the universe loves a confident, unbothered little gremlin.

yes. they already did. reread the text in your mind so much your brain’s like “guess we have to make it real now.”
DO I NEED TO FEEL IT ALL THE TIME?
nope. you don’t have to feel rich to be rich. you don’t have to feel like a butterfly to grow wings. you just need to assume it’s real. feeling comes after.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY DESIRE??
cool. change it. this isn’t a marriage. it’s a drive-thru. pick a new item off the menu.
CAN I SHIFT BY ACCIDENT??
yes. you’ve probably already done it during a daydream or a deep nap or while staring at your ceiling wondering why bread molds so fast. it’s that easy. congrats.
IS THIS ALL JUST MADE UP??
maybe. or maybe this reality is the made-up one. point is: it works. and you’re still reading. so maybe trust that part of you that wants it to be real. it’s not lying to you.
okay you get it now. the answer is yes. the problem is usually you thinking there’s a problem. now go. shift. manifest. nap. assume your plushie’s alive and cheering for you. whatever. just remember:
there are no rules.

your reality listens to YOU. not your doubts. not the outside world. not “logic” or “science” or “but what if.” just YOU.
so be messy. be certain. be unsure. be wiggly and weird and trust it anyway. that’s how this works. not because you got it perfect. but because you decided it’s yours. and you didn’t look back.
go color your reality. it’s waiting. i love you. now go shift or manifest or nap or whatever you wanna do. it’s all allowed.

how to shift . . . simplified to the gates of hell
shifting = anchoring your awareness to another reality. right ?
decide that you’re in your dr, and as reality has no other choice but to follow your assumption, it reflects that. say (in your head or not), “i am in my dr now.” no other sprinkles needed.
there then happens a disidentification with current physical input and a shift of priority to a different reality layer.
do not check, do not open your eyes just to see IF it worked, because that drags your awareness back to cr.
if you open your eyes, treat whatever you see in cr as irrelevant. keep acting like you’re already in your dr.
you can do this with eyes closed or open. it doesn’t really matter what you see, but where you / your awareness is operating from.
your awareness will settle where you decide it is if you do not second guess or switch back.
so, all you need is: decide + don’t check + keep going as if = shifted.
cheat codes
even though i’m still doing this, i’m already in my dr. that is where i exist.
my body might be here, but i am not.
it does not matter what i see because i’ve already shifted.”

There’s no difference between being aware OF your desired reality and being aware IN your desired reality



When I say: “become aware of your DR,” what happens? Instantly, you think about it. You picture your DR world, your friends, your significant other, the places you’ll go, your DR self, your desires, your entire life there. It’s automatic.
But the moment I say: “become aware in your DR,” your brain glitches. It panics. It starts grasping at straws: “Wait, I can’t be aware in my DR. I’m not there. I’m here in my CR.”
Okay, let’s flip it. If I say: “become aware of your CR,” what happens? Instantly, you’re aware of your current reality. You look around, you notice the room, the air, your body, your thoughts, your desires, your beliefs, everything.
Now if I say: “become aware in your CR,” what do you do? You shrug, “Well, duh, I’m here.” You look around, you observe your awareness in your current reality, and it’s obvious.
But that’s the trick: there’s no difference between “aware of” and “aware in” when it comes to your CR, right?
I say: “become aware of your CR”—you look, you’re aware of everything. I say, “become aware in your CR,” same thing. You’re aware of everything, from within.
Now watch how your logic crumbles:
I say: “become aware of your DR,” and you instantly observe it; your DR house, city, life, desires. I say, “become aware in your DR,” and suddenly you freeze, thinking there’s a separation when there isn’t.
There’s no difference. If you can be aware of it, you can be aware in it, because vantage point = location. Your brain only freaks out because it’s clinging to the illusion of separation. Let it go, and watch how naturally your vantage point clicks into your DR.
Why is this true? Because of who you are. Or rather, what you are.
If you shove your thumbs in your ears and cover your eyes with your palms, the world goes dark and silent. You can’t hear. You can’t see. Sure, you might still feel the chair under you, your feet against the floor, but… can you really? You can’t see your feet. You can’t hear the room. All that’s left is your awareness.
Even if you lie down with a blindfold, drowning yourself in white noise, how can you know you’re still here? What makes you so certain you’re in this reality at all? What if it's an illusion? Strip away vision, sound, touch, taste, scent—what remains? Awareness.
But can you get rid of that? Can you escape it the way you can shut your eyes or plug your ears? Try it. Right now. Try to get away from your awareness.
You can’t. It’s the only thing that never leaves you, never changes, never flickers out when the lights go off. You may be unconscious while asleep, but you’re still aware in dreams and liminal states.
Your awareness is the last frontier, the only constant, the unmovable observer behind every single illusion you take for “reality.” You can play with illusions, poke them, dance with them, but you will never, ever outrun your own awareness. That’s why it’s your power. That’s why shifting is inevitable. Because awareness goes where you observe, and where you observe, you are.
You can trick yourself into thinking you are your reality. That you’re your thoughts, your sight, your hearing, the way your skin feels against the air. But take all of that away. Silence the sounds. Close your eyes. Still your body. Strip it all down until there’s nothing left to sense, nothing left to grab onto.
Now what are you? Who are you? All that’s left is awareness.
You are not your thoughts. Not your sensations. Not the room around you. You are what sees the thoughts, what notices the sensations, what observes the room. That’s all you’ve ever been. That’s all you’ll ever be. The unkillable, unmovable, untouchable observer that remains when every illusion of reality is peeled away.
Your beliefs, your religion, your views—Law of Assumption, non-duality, Neville, philosophy, anything. What’s observing them? Even the idea that there’s a “you” who observes them, that there’s an ego, a thinker, a personality—what’s aware of that?
Awareness.
Awareness is the constant through every concept of existence you can possibly imagine. It is present in every state, every identity, every ideology. It’s the constant in the ever-twisting kaleidoscope of everything else you think you are and all you will ever be.
If you believe in other universes, how will you live them, move in them, know you’re there? Awareness.
If you think about other dimensions, alien physics, or realities we can’t yet imagine—what is it that would let you experience any of that? Awareness.
What could tell you something is real, if not the fact that you are aware of it? Strip it all down, and what are you, if not only awareness?
Nothing else remains, and nothing else can be proven to remain. You can lose your thoughts, your sight, your sense of touch, your sense of who you are. You can lose your mind. But you can’t lose awareness. It’s the one thing you can never get away from.
Which begs the question: If awareness is the only thing you can never lose, the only thing you cannot disprove, then what does that make everything else? What is everything else, if not illusion?
And most importantly: what are your abilities as awareness?
Awareness is the only thing you can control completely. I say: “Become aware of your phone,” and boom, your mind flicks to your phone. Even if your phone isn’t in the room, you still know where it is. You feel the concept of it.
I say: “Become aware of your bed,” and your awareness drifts there, no questions asked. “Become aware of your heartbeat,” and suddenly you notice it hammering away, even though you weren’t aware of it a second ago.
But the moment I say: “Become aware of your DR,” you start crashing out, spiraling, choking on the idea that you “can’t see it.”
But let’s break your brain again. When I told you to become aware of your phone, you didn’t need to physically see it. You knew it existed, you knew it was yours, you knew you could call on its presence internally, even if it wasn’t in your hand.
When I tell you to become aware of your lungs, you can’t see them, but you know they’re there, working for you, right now. So why is your DR any different?
Awareness does not require proof. Awareness is the proof. If you can become aware of your DR, even if you “can’t see it,” it doesn’t matter. You just became aware of it. Which means you have it.
Just like it’s impossible to intend to do something without that action producing its outcome—it’s impossible to observe something and not see it. Observation is seeing.
The only reason you believe you’re not in your DR is because you worship your senses as gods, forgetting that your senses themselves exist inside your awareness. Awareness is the canvas; senses are just brushstrokes.
You’re stuck because you think “awareness” means “I can physically see, touch, hear it.” No. Awareness means you know it’s there, because you decided to observe it. You don’t “see” your liver, but you know it’s yours. You don’t “see” your thoughts, but you know they’re there. You don’t “see” the air, but you breathe it.
So let’s take this further: Your DR is exactly like your phone across the room. If I say, “Become aware of your DR,” you can do it, because you know it’s there. The glitch comes when you realize:
If you are aware of your DR, you are aware in your DR.
The only thing stopping you from experiencing your DR fully is the illusion that “proof” needs to come first, when in reality, awareness is the engine that generates experience.
Remember: the proof is not the outcome, it is the intention (action) to have that outcome.
It’s something you can never escape, in my opinion. The law that action produces outcome.
Every action you take produces an outcome. Always. Even if you were in a universe where action didn’t produce outcomes, the outcome of your action would simply be that it had no outcome—
which is still an outcome.
There’s no loophole here. So what does this mean? What you are aware of as awareness produces. What you observe, is. Assumptions, attraction, Law of Assumption, Law of Attraction, every system and model of manifestation—these are all just different methods of observing.
Because when you observe something, you are taking the action of observation— and that action must have an outcome. And that outcome is: What you observe, becomes.
You’ll come across methods, laws, rules, recycled views, repackaged pathways, endless “new techniques” in your shifting journey— all of them wanting the same thing: to live in another reality, to be aware in another reality. But pause. Look deeper.
Even if you believe in infinite universes and timelines, or that everything is consciousness, there’s a constant: awareness. What lets you observe, what lets you experience life in another universe if you’re a multiverse believer? Awareness.
What lets you experience life itself if you believe all is consciousness? Awareness. So why are you trying so hard to “become aware” in another reality when awareness is always constant, always present, always here?
All sensations you crave—sight, touch, taste, sound—exist inside your awareness. They do not exist outside of it. Why are you trying to get it so desperately by repeating “I am aware in my DR,” when the fact you are aware is already enough? The only thing telling you you’re not there, that you haven’t shifted, that it’s not working—is illusion.
But illusion cannot hold you hostage. Illusion is malleable. And the instant you become aware of the illusion, recognize it as illusion, the illusion dissipates. It has no power over awareness. It never did. And it never will.
“Aware of” = “Aware in” because the field you are aware of is the field you are in.
If you’re aware of your CR, your awareness is observing CR. Where is your awareness located if it’s observing CR? Inside CR. To be aware of a system is to operate within that system’s parameters. If you weren’t “in” it, you couldn’t be “of” it. There is no separation between observation and participation in awareness.
Awareness is both the container and the content.
Everything you think of as “external reality” occurs within your awareness. Your body, your room, your surroundings—these are in your awareness, not the other way around. Therefore, “awareness of” = “awareness in.” You can’t be aware of something without being in it experientially.
In sum:
If you can be aware of your DR, that awareness is occurring in your DR, because where else would the observation take place? “But I don’t see my DR environment.” Sight is not the indicator of being in your DR—sight is just one sensory stream within awareness. Your observation of the DR is happening within the DR context because awareness is the substrate of reality.
• You believe “aware of DR” = separation, and “aware in DR” = presence. But there’s no mechanism proving they’re different:
• “Aware of DR” requires you to have a vantage point where the DR is observable.
• “Aware in DR” simply acknowledges that vantage point.
I’m pulling a little bit from non-duality here, but if you believe in reality shifting and instant manifestation like I do, I’m sure you can follow along when I say that: the perceived separation between observer and observed is an illusion.
The perceived separation between the person who wants the desire and the person who has their desire is an illusion.
Once you accept that “aware of” = “aware in,” the illusion collapses.
It all falls back to how you can only want what you already have.
Try to “watch” a dream without being inside the dream vantage point. You can’t. Try to “observe” your DR without your vantage shifting there. You can’t. Even if your mind says, “I’m not there,” your vantage point is there, or else you couldn’t be aware of it at all.

They lied to you about the Void (and that's why you never get there)
(some words are misspelled as I had to use a translator)
Many of you believe there's a secret formula to reaching the Void. You think you'll experience the same thing as everyone else and that if you don't, you haven't arrived.
That you have to do a million things to achieve it.
But that's not the case.
Our minds, in a sense, are stupid.
They believe everything, absolutely everything, and sometimes misinterpret many things.
I've reviewed, analyzed, and questioned countless old posts right here (Tumblr) on the subject of the Void, and many people (myself included) who share their experience with the Void and give advice on how to reach it are misinformed (again, not out of malice, but out of a lack of process, experience, and knowledge).
Let's start with some beliefs and information shared by many of you in the manifestation and spirituality community for over four years:
"Manifesting is easy."
Of course it is, the difficult part is the process you must first undergo to make manifesting easy.
There's a process.
No, it's not about "deciding" to reach the Void and repeating affirmations to yourself until you become stressed and feel worse (you and I both know that when you affirm yourself, you feel horribly bad, stressed, anxious. Why? Because you know what you're repeating to yourself is a lie).
All the people who say they "decide" to reach the Void but still feel stressed, anxious, frustrated, etc., haven't decided a damn thing. Stop fooling yourselves.
Give up
Truly give up. You will get there until you stop wanting to reach the Void. Let yourself be, surrender. Don't do it with the goal of expecting something in return. If you expect something in return, let it be relaxation and connection with yourself.
People who say they've "given up" but keep trying haven't given up. Look for the meaning of "giving up."
Position
The best position to relax while trying to reach the Void is to sit up straight, cross your legs, and place your hands on your thighs 🧘♀️ (although it sounds uncomfortable, it isn't. Stick your butt out a little, gently arch your back, and push out your chest a little). Based on my experience and research, lying down doesn't help.
The Void
The Void is nirvana (people's experiences), it's the quantum field (Joe Dispenza), the lattice (Jacobo Grinberg). The Void is the womb of the universe.
Sensations
No, you won't see fireworks, an infinite number of colors, you won't see space, stars, etc. The Void State isn't really that big of a deal in the sense that you'll see all of that or feel like you're flying, etc. The only universal sensations that everyone will feel when they reach the Void are happiness, peace, you'll feel complete (you won't even want to manifest your desires anymore), you'll feel great, powerful, one with everything. You won't feel like you're flying. Yes, maybe you'll float, but the most common feeling is light. Don't torment yourself for not experiencing what others said they experienced when they reached the Void.
The Door
The line between you and the Void is meditation (a meditation of at least 30 minutes).
That fast? 😱
No, you can't eliminate negative beliefs in seconds, or days. I hate that people try to force that lie on you. Eliminating negative beliefs takes at least two weeks, because beliefs are lifelong, they are mental habits, and it's proven that a habit is created and changed in at least two weeks.
Stupid Methods 🖕
No, you don't need to do stupid "methods" to get there (the lullaby method, listening to subliminals, binaural beats, rolling your eyes, pretending to be an idiot, etc.)

Of course it does, but do you really want to do all that to get there? Or do you prefer to relax, accept, and meditate to get there? No problem.
I tell you with all my heart: getting to the Void is very easy.
Instructions
No, you shouldn't follow instructions.
You think that if this person did "this" and managed to get there, then it's the right way, it's the key. And you see those posts and don't see them for what they are: advice; you see them as instructions.
Example (an actual post from here on Tumblr, used for educational purposes, not from a malicious perspective)
ALL ABOUT THE VOID STATE:
I just returned from the void and wanted to write this blog right away. In this post, I'll talk about how I felt, what method I used, the things I noticed, and some tips I developed. (Here, just pay attention to the underlined parts.)
It's quite long, but please read it in its entirety, as it contains really valuable information that I haven't seen anywhere else.
I've been trying to enter the void state for about two months because I wanted to discover new ways to shift states, and today I entered the void!
In my experience, it was absolutely fantastic and peaceful. In some cultures, the void state is explained as becoming one with everything around you. I couldn't quite understand what that meant when I was first starting to explore the shift in state. I also couldn't fully grasp it the first time I entered the void (I could only stay there for a few seconds :/). But today I felt what it means. It's not a sensation I can explain in words, but something you must experience for yourself to understand.
So how did I do it? Simple: I reprogrammed my mind. And no, you don't need four days or a month to reprogram your beliefs; it can be done literally in seconds. I simply wrote down my old beliefs about entering the void state and then crossed them out with a red pen until I felt completely free of them. Then, I wrote my new beliefs (affirmations) on another piece of paper and accepted them as my own. (You might think that for it to work, it has to be done with a red pen, but that's a lie. As I already said, there's a process for you to change your beliefs, for you to manifest "quickly," etc. First, there's a process. What's the process? I'll explain that in more detail in another post.)
These are some of the affirmations I wrote down and highly recommend:
- Entering the state of emptiness is an ordinary practice.
- The state of emptiness has always been too easy for me to achieve.
- I can enter the state of emptiness in a matter of seconds.
- I enter emptiness every night, so why couldn't I do it now?
After feeling happy and in tune with my new beliefs, I simply lay down and did a quick, relaxing meditation. Then, I played a subliminal with epsilon waves and focused on my breathing. After a while, I was there. (Bingo, here it is. You don't see the experience this person is sharing as an experience or advice. I'm sure many of you who read this post, which I used as an example, said to yourselves, "Oh, so today I'm going to do the same thing this person did. It worked for them, so it must work for me too. That's the key.")
What I realized after this experience was the importance of understanding what emptiness is before trying to enter it.
It's essential to research emptiness and explore the different approaches people have had on the subject beforehand. (Of course, yes, you should see different experiences, but not because you're going to recreate them, but simply to learn more about the topic.)
I'm not saying you should do it; it's not necessary.
This is your journey, and your beliefs create the results. So, if you think you can enter the state of emptiness after seeing it in a couple of TikTok posts, you can do it! (Lie, if it can work if it's the first time you've heard about it, why? Since you haven't had a single negative experience with the subject yet, how does that work? Well, for people who have failed at reaching the Void, they already have negative beliefs about the subject. They're afraid of failing again, and they limit themselves to the self—very different from what someone who's just starting out and wants to try would feel. This person doesn't have a single past experience that makes them afraid of failing. That's why this simply works for newcomers and for those who've already gone through an internal process. Again, I'll talk about the "process" in another post.
So, what is emptiness? In my understanding, emptiness is a state of mind where you're disconnected from everything that defines you as you. You're in a place where you're completely separate from all the titles and qualities that have been assigned to you throughout your life. Your name, your personality, your appearance, where you live... None of these things define you in the void, because you're free of them. Therefore, to reach the void, you must let go of your identity. This is what makes the void so peaceful and special.
End of example.
Controlling
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you remember you read that you had to ignore your surroundings, you're controlling, and the best part (irony) is that you won't be able to ignore them.
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you make thousands of statements to yourself:
- I've reached the Void
- I am pure consciousness
- I am everything and nothing at the same time
- etc.
You're controlling.
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you ask yourself, "Why do I keep listening to my surroundings? Have I reached it? Why don't I feel the same as this person wrote on Tumblr? Then I haven't arrived because I don't see fireworks, I'm not flying, and I'm not dancing with God." You're controlling.
And I have more examples 😩
Have you heard that saying that you want the forbidden more?
Well, that's how the brain works. If you tell yourself "NO, don't do it," you'll do it more. If you tell yourself:
- ignore the symptoms to reach the Void
It will be harder for you to ignore the "symptoms" (which, I repeat, aren't even as extreme as people say).
That's why some signs say
"AVOID" littering and not "DON'T" litter.
(By the way, this does have a scientific basis.)
Wegner's ironic effect, also known as the white bear effect: when you try to actively suppress a thought, it ends up becoming more persistent.
Classic study example: if you're told "don't think about a white bear," you'll think exactly about that.
