Can I be real for a moment?

Can we agender pony fans get a nickname? Guys get brony. Girls get pegasister. So what do we get to use? (Apone, as somepony suggested to me)

I mean we could use brony as a gender neutral term but it doesn’t feel the same.

I want to be able to go somewhere where there are other fans and say “I’m a (agender pony fan name)” and they’ll understand me immediately. Plus they won’t confuse my gender and won’t misgender me even if it’s on accident.

Since I was born a guy if I used brony people would think I’m a guy, which I’m not.

Somepone on Instagram by the name of @happy.singer._.applejack suggested the name “apone” which I’m now going to use.

Right, considering the current state of corporate politics on this site, and that it seems that only those affected seem to be actively speaking on the matter, this needs to be dragged out to a wider audience.
