Honey and Oatmeal Hydrating Face Pack
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oatmeal (finely ground)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon plain yogurt or milk (optional for extra hydration)
Instructions:
Prepare Oatmeal: If your oatmeal isn’t already ground, you can blend it into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
Mix Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of ground oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of yogurt or milk (optional). Stir until you have a smooth, thick paste.
Apply to Face: Using clean fingertips, apply the mixture evenly over your face, avoiding the eye area.
Leave On: Let the face pack sit for 15-20 minutes, allowing the ingredients to nourish and hydrate your skin.
Rinse Off: Rinse your face with lukewarm water, gently massaging in circular motions to exfoliate and remove the mask.
