New Melbourne Christian Church
Glow is a Gold Coast Church and was founded in April 2013 on the Gold Coast (Australia). In October 2013, the church moved into a new facility located in Varsity Lakes. This venue is a very modern complex with a large two-level auditorium, expansive designated kid’s zones, and contemporary office spaces. Glow Church is a member of the Australian Christian Churches (ACC, formally known as AOG) which currently has over 1100 churches in Australia and all our Pastors are ordained through this movement. It is also the first ARC Church Plant in Australia.
After successfully planting a church in the heart of Sydney with lead Pastors Grant and Whitney Hoyle, Glow is poised to plant a new church in Melbourne with lead Pastors Jimmy and Emma L’Almont who have been a part of Glow on the Gold Coast alongside senior Pastors Joel and Ellen Cave since it humble beginnings as a small connect group meeting. Dreaming of what a life-giving church could look like, this small connect group has grown to over 3,000 congregation members in less than 6 years.
Glow Church strives to be real, loving, open, most friendly and accepting church with some great senior pastors who give you the freedom and reassurance to be who you really are. At Glow Church, you can find family, purpose and a home.

NEW Melbourne Christian Church
Glow Church, one of Australia’s fastest growing Australian Christian Churches (ACC), is set to plant their third church location in the heart of the city of Melbourne in July 2019. This incredible news was confirmed when Glow Church’s Senior Pastors, Joel and Ellen Cave announced the brand-new location and new pastors during Glow’s annual Vision Sunday on the 24th of February 2019. Glow Church Melbourne Lead Pastors will be, Jimmy and Emma L’Almont will be taking a team of 15 people with them to plant what will be Glow Church’s third location, Glow Melbourne.
After being founded on the Gold Coast in early 2013 as the first ARC Church in Australia, Glow Church has since seen incredible growth and continued momentum. Glow Church exists to see people find Jesus and find home in a loving community, the core values stem from the statement REAL, BOLD, LOVE which incorporates Glow’s heart for the local community, each city and the world.
A few years in, Glow announced their second location, Sydney Australia. For the past 2 years, Glow Sydney has been led by Lead Pastors Grant and Whitney Hoyle and each week is having a growing impact right in the heart of Sydney. Pastors Jimmy and Emma L’Almont have been alongside Pastors Joel and Ellen Cave since the humble start or Glow Church on the Gold Coast, attending the early connect group launch team who have seen the GC campus move from a community hall to a school hall to Glow’s first building on Scottsdale Drive, Varsity Lakes, through to the massive new facility in Robina on Energy Circuit. Jimmy and Emma bring a wealth of experience after leading multiple areas of the Gold Coast campus to the city of Melbourne.
