I only have mild cramps during my periods and it's not because of luck, it's because I'm rather healthy. My pains diminished significantly after I understood I was allergic to dairies and it was inflammatory to my whole body.

There can be A LOT of reasons why your uterus is sending you those violent messages, like stress, kysts, endometriosis... So you have to see a gynecologist who will get you through a battery of exams and find the source of it. Not one who will dismiss it as normal.

There are treatments and solutions, you don't have to die every month. On the holistic side, I recommend the woman code by Alisa Vitii. Maybe trying various anti inflammatory diets until you find what your body needs. Take care of yourself!"

Note that I'm obviously not a doctor, and also that a journey to health can be a harsh one. Especially when doctors "can't find anything" or straight up dismiss you. But every little step is worth it! And there are actual cool, caring doctors out there! You can do it!

Reminder that on top of medicine and diet, chronic illnesses and pains have a heavy emotional origin too. I say that as someone who saw a big decision and life change make what was left of a chronic digestive issue disappear. The reproductive system is related to everything classically feminine, like shame or guilt, repression, taboos, need of rest, cycles etc. Louise Hay has a wonderful book about the emotional origin of illnesses. Get therapy!

How do the they feel about The One Who Waits? DAD. He doesn’t feel the same, but humors them.

How do they feel about the Lamb? Before the battle? A noble vessel, the best Narinder has ever had… too bad their relationship would have to end. After the battle, FURIOUS. After Narinder explains what HAPPENED though… Dad and Lamb are no longer doomed by the narrative. The wedding is BACK ON!

How do they feel about the Bishops? Anger, for everything they had done to both their master and the lamb. They especially loathe Shamura for obvious reasons.

Have their feelings changed after the Lamb usurped TOWW? If so, how? Actually, their feelings improved. The fact that they did not willingly take Narinders power, and further would ABSOLUTELY give it back raised them even higher in their eyes.

What do they think of the cult? It… needs improvement. It has some eclectic advancements.

Do they stay in the cult or with Forneus? They force Forneus to stay in the cult after they get her back.

How long did they stay in the cult before being returned to Forneus? It takes a few months before she returns.

Do they have any memories of Forneus before being taken? A few. They were toddlers then.

Do they have any memories of being taken? Yep, and especially how painful it was.

How long was their stay with TOWW? Uh. About 700 years. They still act like children though.

What did they do in their spare time in Purgatory? Meditate and spar. A lot of sparring.

Has the world changed since their time in Purgatory? Only in two major ways: the gods are dead, and all but one lamb is dead too.

How did they react to the Bishops, if they did at all? Like aggressive guards, but they let Yolm take over the punishment of Leshy. With Heket, they were… uncertain. She obviously regretted her actions, but… With Kallamar, Baal relentlessly bullies the squid. Aym looks the other way. And with Shamura… they try not to interact with Shamura.

Did you base their designs on any particular cats? No,

Do they look similar to Forneus or TOWW? More similar to Forneus than Nari. Got plenty of fluff

Do they still wear their Purgatory clothes? Nope. They wear black coats for a bit, and then they get new duds: Aym gets a neat set of wizard robes in blue, and Baal earns a set of gleaming green armor (I need tO DRAW THIS AJFDSALFHALF)

How did Baal get his flower? A very flirtatious vessel of the past. She broke too quickly, but… perhaps Baal got a little attached.

How did Aym get his scar? A bad mistake during a dual that Narinder thought was too funny not to leave as-is. His excuse was that it would be a good reminder.

Do they have anything unique about their designs? They will when I draw them.

Do they still have their weapons? Yup, but they can transform now.

Can they still use magic (fireballs, chains, etc.)? Yes! Even though narinder can’t now, because the crown stole his power for the Lamb.

Who is the older sibling? Technically Baal by a minute.

Who is the taller sibling? Neither.

How fluffy are they? Very fluffy. They take after their mama.

Do they take care of their fur? Of course. Narinder may not have been able to clean himself, but he wouldn’t let THEM be scruffy! He’d look bad!

How old are they? Are they still kittens? Physically, they are around 20. Mentally… immature.

What are their personalities like? Aym is very loyal and kind to people, willing to offer friendship first- but if someone were to BREAK that trust, he’d never forgive them. Baal is a bitch in sheep’s clothing. Outwardly polite, inwardly a snarky asshole. It comes out most under stress.

What are their favorite colors, if they have any? Baal favors green after he sees rolling fields for the first time, while Aym fell in love with the blue rolling seas,

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.
