Surat al Tawbah, the final surah to be revealed to Muhammad, the 9th surah by Caliph Uthman's rearrangement (note the esoteric signifance of the number nine), is the most interesting surah in the Qur2ān:

9:5 commands the Medinian conquerors to kill every single idol-worshipper in Mecca, after Muharram the sacred month of peace ends
