LITERALLY. like Jay Lycurgo is a great casting for Tim just based on his energy and everything i've seen from him (i still have not . watched season 3 tho so i cant rlly speak to how he acts as Tim but i've almost exclusively heard good things about his performance!!!) but noooooo they had to change his backstory up like that 🙄 from the moment they announced bringing Tim on the show i had bad vibes and when that casting call with the character description first got online before they'd even cast anyone i just ghhghhhhh whyyyyyy

A true to comic YJ show would be so good. I’m just afraid that even if one got made, they’d shove Kon and Cassie together super early on or something

I mean, Kon and Cassie got shoved together pretty early in YJ98 too lol. It wouldn't be that far off from the original. I'd be okay with them doing KonCassie as long as it isn't too much of a focus. That's how it was in YJ98 like, it was there but they didn't go on and on about it. The main focus was still elsewhere.
