Zeiram (1991, dir. Keita Amemiya) had Katsuya Terada credited as costume designer, presumably the most work was for the 'fantastical' costumes (ie the aliens; Terada's other credits are either as costume designer on other tokusatsu productions, or concept artist on others)

I imagine these extremely 90s getups worn by Kunihiro Ida and Yukijiro Hotaru's bumbling electricians were bought off the rack and only altered to have the logos on the back.
