it’s so interesting coming back and looking at this blog when i hold the opinions on the dteam that i do now. almost all of my past hyperfixations i just gradually lost interest in but never really fell out of love with, and i still regard them pretty fondly for the most part. this one was like, contained. it had a definitive life cycle- about 2 years (give or take). it’s also really funny looking at my old posts because some things never changed lmfao i always disliked dream i was just scared to be the real #georgolo that i knew i was

I occasionally peek in to see grg/quackity thrive and to comment on the dumb bullshit Dream pulls, which I’ll probably still do. im very interested in seeing the fallout of this dream situation because I genuinely am not sure if he will or will not make it out of this with a platform (fingers crossed he doesn’t obv), so im gonna stick around for that at least

ngl this is making me rethink my attachment to George considering that grg and Dream are unfortunately a package duo. however again ive been kinda on the fringe of everything for a long time, and if grg does some things I disapprove of in the coming weeks, it won’t be too difficult for me to detach from him

i find it upsetting people are twisting the narrative into “dream is so kind to all of his friends yet they’re so backstabby towards him and undermine his sexuality” minx referenced his “coming out” tweet in austin’s show and explained that she doesn’t see it as a coming out tweet she got called homophobic when it isn’t explicit that dream made a statement about his sexuality

coming out is "the process that people who are LGBTQ go through as they work to accept their sexual orientation or gender identity and share that identity openly with other people" like when did he ever do that. when did he ever say he was part of the LGBT community? he said he was unlabeled! like unlabeled =/= queer since queer is QUITE LITERALLY BY DEFINITION, a label

and to reiterate i literally don't care if dream is a homo or not i'm moreso extremely offput by how his fans and tbh the community at large is hellbent on letting him make jokes at the expense of the gays if he's not going to be clear on if he's one of us or not. i'm also weirded out by how people are acting like he got outed or something as if that whole situation which was completely preventable at every point along the way and purely caused by his own stupidity is even REMOTELY comparable to what typically happens when an LGBT person is outed
