All Alone - JVKE
Tumblr media
Warnings: None!
Pairing: JVKE x fem!reader
Summary: This is based off of the lyric ‘I was all alone with the love of my life’ from “golden hour” so please leave a comment with feedback on this, I’d love to know this turned out!
Strictly speaking, neither of you should have been dating, but he was the love of your life. And you were not about to let that go for some stupid rule that your parents made. You were lying on your bed, reading one of your favourite books, the warm golden sun shining through the window, it’s beautiful rays resting in your arms and the crisp white pages of your book. As you softly turned the next page, your phone gently pinged, signalling a notification had been sent. Placing your thumb on the page you were on, you reached over to the set of drawers, pulling it off of its charger, a smile appearing on your face when you saw who it was from.
Jake ❤️ - Meet me at the cliff, 7pm
You couldn’t deny the feeling of excitement as you pulled the notification bar on your phone down to check the item. 5:38pm. Forgetting about the book, you quickly got off of the bed, running over to your wardrobe as you flicked through the items of clothing. First, clothes. Then, excuse to parents. You pulled a beautiful white dress with a matching suit jacket out. Way too formal. Shaking your head, you put it back, pushing it away. That’s when your eyes landed on it. You had bought the dress for a girls night, but had never had the chance to wear it.
It was a simply dress, golden in colour, that reached just above your knees, a matching pair of heels and a silver hourglass necklace finishing off the look. You let your hair fall as it felt like, pushing a small blue butterfly clip into the side of it. In your purse, you packed your phone and a few other supplies you may need. As you walked down the stairs, you practised your excuse to your parents in your head before walking into the living room. “And where are you going, might I ask?” your mum asked, eyeing the length of the dress with a raised eyebrow. “I’m going out with some friends,” you said, a fake smile in your face.
You had always been good at acting. “What time will you be back?” your dad asked, not looking up from what he was doing. “Eleven,” you said simply, trying to get the most time with Jake as you could. “Ten,” your mum said, making you whine. “Ten thirty,” you said, making her roll her eyes at your childish nature. “Okay then,” she said, making you squeal and hug her tightly. You checked the time again, it was six now. All you had to do was wait. Time seemed to drag on forever, almost like it was preventing you from seeing the love of your life. Finally, the clock rung 6:30pm, making you eagerly grab your bag, waving goodbye to your parents and brother as you ran down the drive. Careful not to break your heels, you speed-walked to the pathway that led to the cliff, the beautiful sun shining light onto where you needed to be. You arrived at 6:58pm, seeing Jake standing there. He hadn’t noticed you, too busy staring at the sun that appeared to be right in front of him, the light giving a refreshing glitter-like layer to his face. Silently, you dropped your bag onto the floor, wrapping your arms around his waist as he smiled, not moving his eyes. He placed his hand on yours, his thumb rubbing small circles on the back of your hand. “You came,” he said finally, turning around and hugging you. “Of course,” you smiled, kissing his cheek. “Where did you get this dress?” he asked, running his hand down your stomach as you smiled. “Doesn’t matter,” you grinned, kissing him gently.
“Uh huh,” he nodded, kissing you back as you smiled. “I love you,” you said, placing your arms around his neck. Just as he was about to lean down again, his phone rang, making him groan. “Sorry,” he said, as you laughed. “It’s fine, don’t worry about it,” you shrugged as he picked up, putting it on speaker. “JAKE, WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!” the voice yelled from the other end. “Woahhhh, hey mum, umm, just went out for a bit,” he said nervously as you stopped the laugh in your throat. “TEN MINUTES TO BE BACK!” she screamed back. “We live thirty minutes away- okay, okay, fine,” he said, hanging up. “You need to get an alibi next time,” you grinned as he rolled his eyes.

Change of Style
Warnings: Angst 😱
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Not telling 😖😖
That was 2 months ago. And now, in the present, it is one day after Wednesday Addams has joined the school and your best friend had already saved her life. Emphasis on the your. You weren’t jealous, you just preferred to keep him to yourself, sharing never having been a thing you were good at. Well, end of the day, he was still your best friend. As per usual, you had planned another of your painting sessions to hang out with Xavier and you were looking forward to it.
That was until your phone decided to ping during lunch, making you put your fork down. It simply read: Cant come tonight, busy. Really? That was all he had said to you? And he hadn’t even added your usual 🎨 emoji. Or used an apostrophe between the n and t for can’t. Wow, he must truly be busy. It was probably a one off anyways, so you shrugged it off and resumed your chatter with Enid. Later than night, you found yourself in your room, all by yourself. What were you supposed to do, without Xavier? You thought to yourself all of the possibilities where he could be, your finger landing on it immediately.
“With Wednesday,” you cursed quietly, grabbing your bag and running to the Nightshade library where Ajax often was. “Hey Ajax,” you smiled, walking in and seeing the boy. “Hey,” he looked up from the book he was reading, eyebrows narrowed immediately. “Why are you here, you’re supposed to be with Xavier,” he said, placing the book down on the table as you chuckled quietly, looking down. “Cancelled,” you shrugged, biting your lip. Ajax got the message, nodding slowly and inviting you to sit down.
“Well, I’m sure he’ll be free for you tomorrow,” the boy said, after you finished discussing your topics. Both of you stood up, biding each other good night before walking off, opting to go to sleep on your part. You woke up the next day, half relieved to see the text from Xavier and half seething. Again, he had failed to put any emotion or remorse into the text, a simple: See u.
You rolled your eyes, of course he had a crush.
The only thing you could think about was seeing Xavier, he wasn’t in any of your classes that day and it was seriously pissing you off. Finally, when the bell went, making you jump slightly as you ran to your room, grabbing your assortment or brightly coloured paints. Slinging the shoulder bag over your right shoulder, you hurried into the woods, going to your usual cabin in the woods.
The lights were already on, thank goodness Xavier hadn’t cancelled at the last minute. You walked in immediately, seeing Xavier’s canvas already laid out with his array of blues, reds and yellows in his paint pallet. “Hey,” he said, seeing you already there as you laid your stuff down. He had only ditched you once, so you decided to forget it, after all, it must have been a mistake.
“Hi, Xavi,” you smiled, hugging your best friend. “Soooo, anything in mind to paint?” he asked, returning the sign of affection gratefully as you sat down. “I’m just gonna see what my brain can come up with,” you shrugged, the boy nodding and sitting opposite. A small exchange of words were given between each other, the same as usual as your brush glided against the canvas.
You had decided on a simple thing, your favourite plant, a pink dahlia. Your brush easily drew all the streaks and lines, your eyes occasionally flickering unto Xavier. He had his canvas turned away from you as he always did, preferring to keep his work to himself. “Hey, you got any black?” he asked, looking at his bright links and reds. “What?” you yelled, thinking you had misheard him. Never in his life had he used black as a colour for his painting.
“Black,” he repeated, eyebrows furrowed at your confused state. “It’s not a massive deal, Y/N,” he rolled his eyes, leaning over to look at your selection. “What are you painting, that needs black?” you asked, almost shocked as your voice came back to you all of a sudden. “Because I need it for what I’m painting,” he said, like it was obvious. Which was true, in fact, but he knew what you meant by your question.
“Yes, but what are you painting?” you asked, voice getting more annoyed at his completely careless state. “I always tell you at the end, why do you care now?” Xavier asked, crossing his arms as he narrowed his eyes at you suspiciously. “I’m allowed to be curious,” you shrugged, you were not in the mood to give in to him. “Just something I like,” he replied. Oh, he knew he was getting on your nerves.
“Wow, Xavier! Congratulations, you have finally grasped the fundamentals of painting your interests,” you scoffed, standing up. “Where are you going?” he asked, standing up as well as his arm blocked the door. “You can’t stop me from going anywhere,” you huffed, attempting to move his arm but he wasn’t having it. Taking the opportunity, you quickly ducked under him and grabbed his painting, a look of pure anger coming onto your face when you saw it.
“You drew Wednesday?!” you screamed, dropping it as he flinched at the sound. “So?” he asked, trying to act as if he didn’t care. “So? So? You are unbelievable, Thorpe,” you scoffed, looking at the boy before shoving him out of the way. You didn’t look back as you carried on walking away from him, oh you hated his guts. The next day, you made a point of ignoring Xavier, he didn’t deserve your attention. You walked into the Quad with Enid and Yoko, taking your seat at your usual table.
“Hey, Enid,” a voice said as you rolled your eyes to yourself. “I’m gonna head down to Botany,” you smiled as Enid squeezed your hand. You slung your bag over your left shoulder, walking down the hallway by yourself. The bell went a few seconds later as you put your stuff down. Instead of sitting at your usual table at the front of the classroom, you opted to sit at one where you knew there was an empty seat next to Yoko.
Yoko walked in, seeing the nod from you. She understood immediately, rushing to sit next to you as Xavier walked in, his bright green eyes landing on you before they flickered back to the board in front of him. Taking his usual seat at the front, he laid his stuff down as you looked everywhere but at him. Yoko practically sensed the tension between you two as she opened her mouth uneasily. “So, are you okay, Y/N?” she asked slowly as you turned to her.
“Oh, you know, just some friendship issues,” you shrugged, smiling reassuringly at the girl as she returned it. “Oh okay,” the vampire nodded, laying her pencil case out in front of her. Miss Thornhill walked into the classroom, a few seconds later, clapping her hands with a massive grin on her face. “Alright, students,” the red-haired lady smiled, “today we’ll be doing a group project!”. Mostly everyone cheered, finally, enough essays and presentations.
“I’ve already assigned groups for you,” she said as everyone groaned. You didn’t mind, you almost liked the excitement of not knowing who you’d be with. The whole class bundled to the front of the room, squeals and groans being mixed together. “Y/N, you’re with me!” Yoko cried, grabbing your hand and pulling you out of the mass of bodies.
“Who else is with us?” you asked as you both chose a desk at the back, manoeuvring all of your stuff to the other desk. “Uhhhh, let me check,” the vampire said, running back to see the list. When she came back, he face was ghostly pale. And not in the usual vampire way. “What?” you asked, confused. “It’s-“ she began but a voice interrupted. “Hey , I’m in your group?” a voice said, making you freeze.
You stifled the groan that had crept up your throat and opted to turn away, moving your stuff to the very end of the table. “Y/N, seriously, what’s your problem?” the brunette rolled his eyes, sitting next to Yoko as you huffed, picking up your pen. You exchanged a few words with Yoko, she was almost a messenger between you two, telling you the other’s ideas and vice versa. As soon as the lesson ended, you hurried back to your dorm, your roommate, Jaycee, already sitting on the bed.
“Hey babes, you look exhausted,” she said, sitting up and placing the back of her hand on your forehead. “Jayce, I’m fine,” you said, moving your head away from her as she clicked her tongue. “Don’t look fine,” she muttered, grabbing a cup of water from the side and handing it to you. You always knew you could come back to her, she was your cuckoo best friend, after all.
“What about a sleepover?” she suggested, a massive grin appearing on your face. “You know it,” you high fived her as she pulled her phone out, sitting next to you. “Enid, Yoko, Divina, what about Wednesday?” she asked, adding the name to the group chat. Your face hardened at the name as you shook your head silently, letting her understand your feelings. Jaycee muttered a small ‘oh’ before deleting the girl’s name, and replacing it with Bianca.
A few seconds later, after catching up on each other’s gossip, Jaycee’s phone pinged, making her pick it up excitedly. “Y/N?” she said cautiously, handing the phone to her. It was a text from Enid, and it read: OMG, I’d love to come! But what abt Wednesday, can she come 2? 🫶. You didn’t know what to say, so you rolled your eyes and handed the phone back to your best friend. “Should I say no?” she whispered, almost scared to even speak.
“Let her come,” you said, walking to the window and staring out at the cold, grey sky. The sleepover started later that night, Yoko and the two sirens being there just on time as you all waited for Enid and Wednesday. “Can’t believe Wednesday actually agreed,” Jaycee said, eyebrows raised. “Speak of the devil…” you whispered to yourself as Wednesday walked in.
You rolled your eyes, you had no clue what Xavier saw in the girl who completely ignored and disregarded him. “Let’s do manicures,” Divina said, breaking the uncomfortable silence as you nodded, going over to Jaycee’s special nail polish drawer. “Can I have your Silver Moon one, please?!” Enid squealed, making you all laugh. “Of course,” Jaycee smiled, handing the bottle to her as she clapped her hands, dragging Yoko away.
“Aqua Scales?” Bianca asked as you handed it to her. “Black,” a monotone voice said as you rolled your eyes. “Sorry, we don’t own bottle of sadness,” you said sarcastically as Jaycee punched your shoulder. The girl didn’t seem fazed by your comment as your best friend put on a fake smile. “Yeah, um, sure, take this,” she said, handing the never-opened bottle to the goth girl.
You rolled your eyes, settling on ‘Leaf Green’ as you and Jaycee joined Yoko and Enid. Wednesday was sitting alone in a corner by herself, as Bianca and Divina joined your group. “Hey,” Bianca nodded, brushing the long hairs onto her nail. “What the hell is she doing?” Yoko asked, looking at Wednesday staring at the bottle before opening the lid loudly. “She’s weird ASF,” Enid said, shaking her head.
“Don’t know what Xavier sees in her,” you muttered, not realising you were speaking out loud. “Dude,” Divina said, raising an eyebrow as you rolled your eyes, looking away. “Never mind,” you mumbled as everyone laughed. “Okay, so here’s what I’m thinking, Nightsh-“ Yoko began but you slammed your hand on her mouth, shooting her a warning glare. “What?” Enid asked, blinking at the pair of you.
“Never mind, anyways, how about we order some food?” you asked, changing the subject immediately as everyone nodded in agreement. You all settled on pizza, not even bothering to ask Wednesday as she opted to use her loud type writer. As you all chatted, Yoko’s phone rang, making her blush and pick it up. You saw Xavier’s name. The cold look on your face made her put the call on speaker you could hear what your so-called best friend had to say.
“Hey, Yoko, I need to speak to Y/N and she isn’t picking up,” he said, his voice airy and almost worried, you rolled your eyes, he didn’t seem to care about you yesterday. “Please,” he pleaded, the sadness evident in her voice. You nodded and Yoko banged her hands around to make it sound like she was looking for you. “What?” you snapped, taking the phone. “Y/N, it’s just-“ he began before Wednesday interrupted. “Xavier? I was meaning to speak with you,” she said, taking the phone as you scoffed. “Go fuck Wednesday, Xavier!” you yelled, running to the bathroom and slamming the door as the raven-haired girl looked unfazed.
You pointedly refused to open the door the entire time Wednesday was there, you couldn’t stand her face in general. Finally, a small knock on the door made you look up from your phone and respond with a knock. “Wednesday’s gone,” Jaycee whispered as you opened the door, tears streaming down your face. “Oh honey,” she whispered, pulling you into a hug as the rest of the girls looked at you, worried. “You’re a mess,” Enid said, lifting some of your damp hair up and brushing it with her fingers.
You sniffed onto your best friend’s shoulder, ignoring Enid’s words as Jaycee guided you to your bed. “Get her a cup of water, please,” she said to Bianca as you grabbed your pillow, hugging it as the tears came back. “What about we watch a movie?” Yoko suggested, knowing you loved movies when you were feeling down. You nodded and she grabbed her laptop, going onto Netflix and scrolling through the options. “This one?” Bianca asked, showing you one of them. Your eyes were too misty with tears to actually read what it said.
You just nodded and she laid the laptop on the bed, everyone huddling onto your large bed. She was right, the movie easily distracted you as you fell asleep, everyone leaving eventually. You woke up early in the morning, hearing your phone ringing as you groaned, picking it up. “Y/N?” a voice said, making you sigh. “Xavier,” you said slowly, the name feeling unfamiliar on your tongue. “Hey, we need to talk, please come to the shed,” he said as you muttered an okay, pulling your coat on.
“Hi?” you said, now fully awake and standing opposite Xavier. “Y/N, I’m so sorry,” he said, stepping forwards as you frowned. “You forgot me for Wednesday,” you blinked at him, a soft sigh escaping his lips. “I didn’t mean to,” he whispered, blinking tears away as you took a breath. “Was I not good enough? D-did you need someone else to make you feel the way I made you feel?” you sobbed, a gasp coming from Xavier.
“Y/N, don’t say that, you’re all I ever need,” he cooed, hugging you as you wrapped your eyes around his stomach. “Please don’t leave me again,” you cried as he wiped your tears, smiling gently. “Promise?” you whimpered, lower lip quivering slightly. “I prom-“ he began, before the doors banged open. “Xavier Thorpe, you’re under arrest,” Sheriff Galpin said, pointing his gun at Xavier.

Competition - Part Two - Preview
Warnings: None!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Y/N and Xavier have finally ended their ‘conflict’ but now what do they do with themselves?
You and Xavier had ended your little war yesterday and hadn’t seen each other since then. Of course, just because you weren’t trying to bite each other’s heads off, it didn’t mean you were desperate to see each other. Enid has pestered you ever since you had told her you and Xavier were on half-speaking terms, something you wished you had never said.
“Oh come on! What harm would it do to anyone?” she whined, poking you as you rolled your eyes. “I don’t need to talk to him, so I won’t,” you shrugged, standing up and taking your stuff, the blonde girl following you. “Where are you going?” she asked, you immediately knew she was hoping you were gonna see Xavier. “Not to see Xavier. Breakfast,” you replied, looking for an empty table.
Your usual table was unoccupied as you sat down, Wednesday sitting next to you along with Enid, Yoko and Ajax. “Hey guys, mind if someone sits with us?” Ajax asked, raising his eyebrows at you but you just shrugged, not even caring. The Gorgon yelled something across the Quad, a boy sitting down next to you immediately. “Hey, Y/L/N,” Xavier smirked. You rolled your eyes at him.
“Woah, now, none of that darling,” he tutted as you scoffed. “Xavier, I’m busy,” you scrolled through instagram. “Who’s Thomas?” he asked, almost retching at the name, seeing the instagram name of who’s account you were looking at. “Some normie kid she met on Outreach day,” Enid said helpfully as Xavier’s eyes widened. “A normie? Y/N Y/L/N likes a normie?” he scoffed, crossing his arms.
“I don’t like him,” you snapped, flipping your hair back as he looked at you incredulously. Grabbing your phone and ignoring your yelps of protest, he scrolled back to the top, clicking unfollow and slamming the device back down. “Then don’t follow him,” he whispered menacingly, standing up and walking away as you gulped. Wow, he did have strong feelings about you, didn’t he? But not in the way you expected.

Warnings: None!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Y/N just needs some attention :)
Y/N was walking through the woods, looking for her boyfriend who, typically, was in his shed. “Xavier, you promised you’d not come here today!” she exclaimed, storming into the shed. “Hmmmm?” he hummed, not looking away. Anger filling her body, Y/N snatched the paintbrush from his hand, making him mutter a small ‘hey’ before looking at her.
“Pay attention to me!” she cried, crossing her arms and pouting. “That’s all you want, isn’t it?” he teased, thumb drawing small circles on her palm as he sat next to her.
“You’re just a little baby who’s desperate for attention,”. She scoffed, rolling her eyes at him as she pressed the paintbrush into his palm forcefully. “You wish,” she seethed, not really meaning in. He laughed as she started to stand up, his hand wrapping round her wrist and pulling her onto his lap. “I do,” he muttered, kissing her softly.

Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Y/N and Xavier get the same Weathervane assignment
Xavier had been assigned to the Weathervane, Y/N being assigned to Uriah’s Heap, probably the worst place in the whole of Jericho. She practically begged Enid to switch assignments, telling her Ajax would be there. So, here she was, walking into the Weathervane, Xavier’s surprised green eyes landing on her, dressed in the uniform. She looked amazing, even in an apron, he thought. “Hey,” she said, snapping him out of his daydream. “Y/N, hey,” he said, voice breathless.
“I know I’m pretty but did I really take your breath away?” she laughed as he blushed. “So, I’ll serve, you clean?” she asked, as he nodded. Just then, Tyler walked in, the one person Xavier hated. “Y/N, you look stunning, as usual,” he winked at her, spinning her. Her smile grew, something Xavier was jealous of before she went to serve. A few minutes later, she saw Tyler yelling at Xavier for getting the wrong order, too busy thinking about Y/N, Xavier thought to himself.
“Tyler, it was one order?!” Y/N exclaimed, eyes full of anger. Xavier’s frown cleared as he looked at the girl. She was defending him. “If you love him so much, then you should be with him!” Tyler shouted, pushing her into Xavier’s arms. “Rather him than you, it’s really a bargain,” she snorted as Tyler walked off, Xavier smiled.

Cold Hands, Warm Hands
Warnings: None!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Y/N gets a little bit too cold.
Y/N was cold. And she wanted nothing more than a good hug from her boyfriend. So, putting on her blue coat and boots, she hurried across the Quad and to Xavier’s room, knocking on the door. “Jeez, I’m coming- Baby? What are you doing here?” he asked, confused before pulling her into his chest. “I’m cold,” she said, voice muffled. “Yeah, I can tell,” he whispered, kissing her palm as he shut the door and pulled her onto his bed.
“Came all the way from Ophelia hall for this?” he asked, rubbing her hands. “Yes, because Enid has cold hands as well,” Y/N said, rolling her eyes as Xavier smirked. “Text her,” he said, handing her her phone. “Say what?” I asked, opening it. “That you’re staying with me,” he said, waiting for her to send it before pulling her under the covers, back against his chest.

Never Gonna Go
Warnings: None!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Y/N’s mind changes after a little persuasion
The Rave ‘n’. The one thing the whole goddamn school could not shut up about. God, it was annoying. Y/N was never going to the Rave ‘n’. Not when the one person she’ ever felt attracted to was too busy drooling over the new girl, Wednesday Addams. Xavier Thorpe has NO sense of type, at all.
She was sitting in the nightshade library, back against one of the walls as she read about a girl who fell in love with her best friend. That sounded familiar. Suddenly, someone cleared their throat. “Do you make a habit of being an idiot?” she said, hiding the book. “What were you reading?” Xavier asked, sitting down next to her. “None of your business,” she rolled her eyes, moving away, causing him to raise his eyebrows. Quickly, he snatched the book and read the blurb, eyes widening after each sentence.
“A girl who fell in love with her best friend,” he mused, handing her back the book as she looked away, crossing her arms. “Sounds like my life, but opposite genders,” he muttered, making her look at him. “Excuse me, what?” Y/N asked, eyes wide.
“Well now, I’ve been trying to get this one girl really jealous by flirting with Wednesday but,” he clicked his tongue, “she’s just SO oblivious,”. She looked at him, confused. “Describe her,” she said, looking at him. “She’s really pretty, she has Y/E/C, Y/H/C, and she loves-,” he said before Y/N pushed her plump Y/L/C lips against his as he laughed into the kiss.

Haircut
Warnings: None!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Someone finds the scissors ✂️
Y/N really loved Xavier, but if there was one thing he loved the most about him, it was his hair. The soft, brunette coloured hair, either in a bun or on his shoulders. Xavier was sprawled on his bed, scrolling through Instagram when Y/N walked in, and god, she almost screamed. “You got a haircut?!” she exclaimed, throwing his phone out of his hand as he raised his eyebrows. “Yeah?” he asked, not thinking she’d get so worked up over it. “You didn’t tell me, Xavi, your beautiful, hair,” Y/N cried, pulling at the shortened ends. “Jeez, Y/N, it was only 2cm,” he laughed, rolling his eyes.
“2cm makes a difference when I braid your hair!” she said, trying to press her point. “At least I won’t have your ugly and painful braids in my hair, they don’t look nice and you’re definitely not talented,” he shrugged, not quite meaning it to be that harsh or realising how much it hit her. “That’s mean,” she said, standing up to walk away. “No, no, baby, I didn’t mean-,” he said, but Y/N has already left. Groaning, he looked around for his wallet and quickly left. He came back around five to find Y/N wasn’t in her room, or Enid’s. Panicking, he thought about The Hyde, but pushed the thought away.
He tightly clutched the bag with the flowers, chocolates and other items as he knocked on Bianca’s door, no Y/N. He hurried to call her, no answer. “Y/N!” he yelled, worried now. The door of Ajax’s room opened and she looked at him, unimpressed. “Stop yelling, Xavier, I’m right here,” she said coldly, starting to shut the door. “Baby, I was looking for you,” he said, running into the room. “You found me, now bye,” she said, rolling her eyes and taking the bottle of water from Enid.
Immediately, he grabbed it, scrunching the bottle and dropping it to the floor and pushing her into a chair. “Woah, who invited him,” Ajax said, eyebrows raised. “Uninvited guest,” Enid said. “Who’s not wanted here,” she added, looking directly at Xavier. He flinched at the words and knelt down next to his pretty girlfriend.
“As pretty as you are when you’re mad, I’d prefer your goofy smile,” he said as she groaned. “I’m not a baby, Xavier,” Y/N snapped. “You’re my baby, making you a baby,” he teased, smirking. “And I got you this,” he said, showing her the bag. “Why?” Y/N asked suspiciously. “As a sorry gift,” he said.
She hugged him tightly, arms around his neck as he gasped. “You haven’t been opened it yet,” he said, confused. “It’s the thought that counts,” Enid said, winking at Y/N as she laughed.

Warnings: None!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Xavier and Y/N pair their skills together for something amazing.
You were known around the school to be a fantastic writer, writing many poems for Outreach day. Opposing to you, was Xavier, an artist and painter. Both of you were summoned to Principal Weems’ office an hour before classes ended, as confused as each other. “What’s happening?” Xavier asked, leaning into your shoulder. You blushed, shaking the thoughts from your head and shrugged. “I need you two to write a book about our school’s history,” the Principal said, walking in. “Me?!” Xavier exclaimed, if there was one thing he knew, he was not a good writer.
“Don’t worry, Mr Thorpe, I’ll spare you the embarrassment of your writing talents and ask you to illustrate,” she said, a small smile on her face. “Imagine,” you whispered as Xavier rolled his eyes playfully. “So, you’ll be spending a lot of time together,” Principal Weems concluded, “get used to each other,”.
So, Y/N,” Xavier said, catching up to you after Botany. “Xavier, hi,” you said, smiling at him. “Principal Weems has emailed out the time table, we need to skip our next class,” he said, guiding you to the side. “Your room?” you asked, head tilted to the side. He walked in front of you so you wouldn’t see his blushed cheeks, he was going to have the girl he’d like for ages in his room. “I feel like we need a prologue to express the way this school was set up,” you began, sitting on the edge of his bed as he sat in a chair. Taking his sketchbook out, he tried to at least draw the quad but all he could hear was your beautiful voice, talking so passionately about something you loved.
“Wait, I’m gonna draw the quad,” he said, stopping her where you were so he could focus. “I’ll write the prologue,” yoi smiled, taking a beautiful leather book out. “So, you talented at art?” you asked, grinning prettily at him. “I don’t like to judge my own work, you can see for yourself,” he said, taking a leather book from his drawer out and handing it to you. Xavier moved to sit next to you on the bed so he could see your expressions. Just then, Wednesday walked in, Enid behind her. “You didn’t come to class,” she said, looking at you. “Oh my gosh, couples skipping together!” Enid squealed as you turned red. “No, Weems wanted us to do something,” you muttered. “Together?” Wednesday asked sarcastically. “Yeah, exactly!” Xavier exclaimed, look between the two girls.
“You’re awfully close, though,” Enid said in amusement. You looked down, realising your hand was on top of Xavier’s, shoulders almost touching. Xavier’ cheeks reddened, he hadn’t even noticed he had moved closer to you. “Sorry,’ he muttered as Enid laughed. “I’m gonna tell Ajax,” she smirked, looking at the brunette boy. “Don’t you dare!” he exclaimed, standing up. “I have a boyfriend!” you yelled equally as loud, making Xavier look at her. He opened his mouth before closing it, shoulders slumping and lips falling. “Got to do Thornhill’s assignment,” he muttered, ushering you out the room. “We didn’t,” you began, before the door closed, “get any,”.
You were in deep crap.

Crushed Dreams
Warnings: Break-up, angst
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x Addams!fem!reader
Summary: Xavier and Y/N break up.
Xavier had been on the edge for a few days and still refused to tell you what was going on, and man, you were most definitely mad about it. “Xavier, for the last time, I’m here to support you!” you cried as Xavier rolled his eyes, sitting on the edge of his bed. “I’m not a baby, Y/N, it’s none of your business,” he said, crossing his arms. “I’ve shown nothing but love for you,” you breathed calmly, “and I just want to know why you’re SO annoyed,”.
Xavier scoffed, flicking a speck of imaginary dust off of his shoulder. “Maybe I’ve found a girl who actually loves me,” he said, looking uninterestedly at the ceiling. “W-what?” you stuttered, tears in your eyes. Here was the man who had told her hundreds of times over that he loved you, telling you that he didn’t anymore.
“If you have any amount of respect,” you said, voice wavering, “you’d give me a name,”. Xavier didn’t seem at all fussed about his girlfriend as you turned around, “Wednesday,” he spoke. Immediately, it felt as if the ground had slipped from below you feet. Wednesday, her own sister? Refusing to show your tears to Xavier, you breathed in before you muttered, “We’re done,”.
And that was the last he’d seen of her for the day. The sun came up around eight, classes starting as you ran into the room, late. The only open seat was next to Bianca, behind Xavier and Wednesday. You didn’t have a problem with Bianca, it was just being so close to her ex who had left you for your sister.
“Admit it, you’re a little impressed,” Xavier was saying, looking at Wednesday. Without any emotion, she crushed the spider to dust and focused on work. “So, what happened?” Bianca muttered. “He doesn’t love me anymore,” you said, voice loud enough for Xavier and Wednesday to hear.
“What? He can’t shut up about you?” Bianca asked, really confused. “Well, looks like he’s found ‘love’ in my sister,” you rolled your eyes. Xavier turned around as well all stood up to work on dissecting a flower. “What’s your problem?” he asked, stupid enough to ask. “What’s my problem, are you stupid?!” you whisper-shouted. Oh, this man has some serious audacity.
“Oh my god, leave her alone,” Bianca snapped, yanking you to the flower. “You don’t love me, it’s your own fault!” Xavier snapped, scoffing at you. “I don’t love you? You were so distant and you said you loved my sister. To my face!” you yelled, tears in my eyes as the whole classroom quietened. “What?” Wednesday said, confused. “He likes you so he dumped me,” you sobbed, hugging Bianca. With a hateful look at Xavier, Wednesday slapped him before walking off to Enid.
“Idiot,” Bianca muttered. “Fine, it was a lie, happy?” Xavier snapped, rolling his eyes. “You’re just saying that,” you said, wiping your eyes. “I’m not, I wanted to feel the same love when you said yes to date me, I just wanted to kinda start again,” he shrugged. “What the hell?!” you yelled. “You broke up with me? To get back with me again?” you asked, looking incredulously at the boy. “Yes?” he said weakly. “You dork,” you laughed, kissing him softly, the whole class, even Miss Thornhill, cheering.
Xavier had asked Y/N to come to his shed at six o’clock at night, one of the stupidest requests he’s ever made, and he was known for them. Shivering, she knocked on the door as he opened it, peeking at me. “Who is it?” he whispered, voice shaking. “You asked me to come here and you’re looking right at me,” she hissed softly, laughing at his nervousness. He chuckled nervously, before putting his hand on Y/N’s eyes. “Hey-,” she said but Xavier hushed her, ushering her into the room.
“Okay, you can look now,” he said, adjusting something before letting his hand fall to his side. Candles were lit in every corner, a pile of pillows and blankets in the centre and a small canvas. “Xavi…it’s beautiful,” Y/N gasped, looking around. “I wanted to paint you, you know, I paint beautiful things,” he shrugged, making her blush. “Aww,” she said, sitting down next to him. “Y/N…I’m gonna be honest,” he said, taking both her hands in his. “I thought you always be honest with me, Thorpe,” she teased. He laughed before opening his mouth.
“Y/N, you are probably the prettiest, smartest and most talented girl I’ve ever met and I’ve been wanting to ask for so long and I just don’t know how to so I’m just gonna say it and try to sound like I know what I’m saying. Y/N Addams, I’ve liked you since I’ve met you and I’d be honoured if you’d let me take you on a date?”
Y/N’s jaw dropped at the sentiment before she threw herself at the brunette, kissing him firmly. “Is that a yes?” he asked, worried still. “Yes, you imbecile,” Y/N laughed.

Pretty, Pretty Eyes
Warnings: None, I don’t think!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Xavier sees someone in the woods and goes to investigate
As usual, Xavier was in the woods again, on his way to go to his shed. Just as he approached his comfort zone, his eyes locked onto a pair of Y/E/C ones, staring back at him through a bush. When the person noticed he had spotted her, they immediately turned around and ran through the woods, Xavier’s curiosity getting the better of him as he ran after her.
He ran into a small clearing, the leaves crunching beneath his boots as he looked around for her. Suddenly, he felt something sharp press against his back as he turned around slowly. A girl, at least a head shorter than her, with Y/E/C eyes, Y/H/C hair and beautiful pink lips looked at him suspiciously. Everything about her was beautiful, even the way she held the arrow against his chest. “Why were you following me?” she asked, her voice heavily accented and exotic.
“I left something here, I’m Xavier, by the way,” he grinned, looking around. She lowered her arrow, smiling at him softly. “I am Y/N. You look different to the other boys I have seen,” she said, looking into his beautiful green eyes as she sat down, Xavier copying. “What do you mean? Uglier?” he teased, flicking his hair back and laughing. “No, more…attractive. The ones I have seen are nightmares. One came with curly hair and stupid uniform from a cafe,” she scoffed. Tyler. Of course.
“Also,” Y/N said, pulling on the end of his hair, “you have nice hair,”. He laughed at this comment, something completely out of the blue. “So, how did you come to be out here?” Xavier asked, running his hand through his hair. “I am part of a forest tribe, but I have been exiled,” she said, her smile fading. “What, why?” he asked, confused. “I set a hut on fire, with my own to hands. I didn’t mean to,” she sighed. “Your hands?!” he exclaimed. Immediately, she crawled forwards, hand covering his mouth. “Sorry,” she said, taking her hand back. “With my own two hands, I did it,” she said, nodding. “Have you ever thought you could be an outcast?” Xavier asked, looking at her.
“An outcast?” Y/N asked.

Dancing In The Rain
Warnings: Mention of Alcohol
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Xavier being a cheesy boyfriend again 😅
Xavier Thorpe was the cheesiest boyfriend in the entire world. Candlelit dinner, check. Falling asleep on the sofa, check. So, when your second year anniversary came up, he did not hesitate to go above and beyond. “Xavi, for the last time, I want it to be small!” you rolled your eyes after Xavier mentioned flying you to San Francisco for the fourth time. “Oh come on, you wanna go to the Weathervane, that small?” he groaned. “Yes!” you exclaimed, finally thinking he had seen your point. “Seriously?!” he cried, confused.
“Yeah, baby, you’re dating a girl who doesn’t need glamour,” you said, slowly walking forward til Xavier’s back hit the wall. Smiling up at him, you pulled him down by his collar as you kissed him, plump lips against his. So, it was sorted. Xavier took you to the Weathervane, a cute date. He did everything a gentleman would do, pull out your chair, kiss your hand. Just as you were about to leave, a large rain drop fell onto Xavier’s cheek, making him flinch. “Well, that’s fitting,” he groaned, flicking it off of him. “Well, it fits your level of cheesiness,” you grinned, making him shove you gently.
Smiling his toothy smile, he put one hand on your lower back, the other on your hip as you wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing him softly. “Now can we go to San Francisco?” Xavier whispered, pulling back. “Let’s stick to getting drunk in Ajax’s room,” you said quietly, ignoring the loud groan he projected as you dragged him away by the hand, a massive smile on your face. He was an amazing boyfriend.

Glitter
Warnings: None!
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Y/N decides to give her boyfriend a brand new makeover
“C’mon, Xavier, I promise it’ll just be just the hair,” you pleaded with your boyfriend for the 100th time. Yet he simply refused to allow you to dye his hair hot pink. And you had no clue why. “That’ll look so dumb, Y/N!” he cried, rolling his eyes at your begging as you whined. “Pleaseeeeeeeeee, I’ll do your homework,” one of his eyes opened. “For a month,” the other eyes opened. “How long does the dye stay it?” he asked, curiosity getting the better of him.
“One week,” you said, clapping your hands together as he sighed. “Go on then,” he shrugged as you squeaked, grabbing the apron, dye and brush from under the bed. He did not expect that. “I thought you’d go and buy it, not have it basically ready-made,” he raised an eyebrow as you giggled. “Because you’d never be able to no give in to me,” you smiled as he chuckled at you.
“Cold,” he hisses as the brush glided along his long, brunette hair. “It’ll only take a minute,” you shushed as he resumed to his usual position. But man oh man, were you wrong. Oh well, it was only a small little lie that wouldn’t hurt anyone- it took 2 hours. Someone gotta say it. “Are you done?” Xavier whined for about the seven hundredth time. “Yup!” you answered, the word taking him by surprise. Every other time the answer had always been; hush, no, don’t be impatient or shut up or the brush is going down your throat.
After some time of leaving it in, he rinsed it off, walking out of the bathroom with a look of horror. “I look like I ate marshmallows for the nutritional value,” he gulped as you squealed at his new look. “We need glitter!” you cried, making his eyes widen, “y/N, we didn’t agree on this!” he said warningly but too late, you tripped over your own foot and spilled it all over his bran new coat, a gasp coming from both of you.
Get ready to be shouted at out. “Guess my coat got a makeover as well,” he laughed, making you smiled as you straightened your posture and turned to put it down. “Oh no, I’m still mad,” he smirked, pushing you onto the bed. Oh what a long night this was gonna be.

Love Isn’t Beyond Me - Part 2
Warnings: Slight Angst
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x Addams!fem!reader
Summary: After Xavier comes back to Nevermore, what can Y/N do to prove to him that she played no part in his arrest?
Part 1
It had been three days, three hours and twenty six minutes since Xavier had been arrested. You had given the situation some time, deciding not to confront Xavier about the role you played in his arrest. Finally, you picked up your stuff, ignoring Wednesday’s commands for you to stay at the school. Trudging your way to the prison, Thing distracted the guards as you crept in quietly.
“Xavier,” you said, seeing the boy looking out the window. “Y/N,” he said coldly, eyes blank and full of hate. “I have a plan to get you out of-“ you began but the boy wasn’t hearing it. “No, Y/N! You put me in here, stop playing around with me like that!” he yelled, his tone making you jump. He had never spoken to you like that before. “It’s better to be here than with someone who plays with people’s feelings,” he said, and you couldn’t deny the hurt you heard in his voice.
“Xavier, please listen to me,” you said, monotone voice cracking for the first time as a wave of emotion flooded into it. “I didn’t put you in here, why would I do that? To someone I love?” you whispered, tears forming at the back of your eyes as his angry expression faded. “Y/N, please don’t cry,” he muttered, trying to wipe your tears away, with no luck. The shackles stopped him from reaching you as you sobbed, you needed him.
Thing ran in, well, scampered in, feet treading on the ground as he tapped rapidly. “Guards!” he snapped as you turned and ran, looking at Xavier as he nodded firmly at you one last time. You ran faster than you had before, Xavier needed to be out and you were going to help him. Wednesday had managed to get herself fighting with some supernatural pilgrim, Enid was wrestling a Hyde. Oh Xavier.
You turned on your heel, running and seeing an abandoned police care. That would speed up your ride. “Xavier!?” you yelled in surprise, seeing him huddled in the car. He looked up eyes, widening as he saw you, grabbing your hands as you pulled him out, running back to the school. Well, Wednesday won. She always does. You saw Xavier the next day, the boy with a smile on his face as he nodded at you. “Y/N,” he said, looking down at you.
“I got you this,” he handed you a black box as you stared at it. He watched as you opened it, a confused look on your face. “Welcome to the 21st century, Addams,” he chuckled as you rolled your eyes. “Bye Xavier,” you blinked, turning on your heel. “Are you coming back next term?” he asked as you walked to the stairs. You didn’t reply. He could suffer for such a bold move.

Charge Your Phone
Warnings: Slight Angst
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x fem!reader
Summary: Xavier asks Y/N on a date but things all mess up as usual
Never in your life did you think anyone would ask you out on a date. But it happened; Xavier Thorpe seemed to find your clumsiness relatively attractive and he asked you on a picnic date in the woods. For once in this hellhole you had ended up in, it was sunny, almost as if it was a sign that you were meant to be. You chose to wear a light sage green top and a matching skirt with some white trainers. Casual. Couldn’t turn up with an overdone outfit, that would ruin the whole vibe.
Twelve o’clock. That was the time he had texted you so you headed out around 11:45, opting to wait at the large oaken tree he had directed you to go to. The clock struck twelve, and there was no sign of him. 12:15. 12:30. You knew it was too good to be true. By now, the rain had started to fall down onto your shoulders, blending in with the tears running down your cheeks as you sprinted back to your dorm, running into Enid’s arms.
“Hey, it’s okay,” she cooed, sitting you down as she brushed your hair gently. “I’ll nail gun his heart so he won’t do it again,” Wednesday said, picking up a drill looking item. “No, don’t,” you sniffed, sending her a watery smile as she sighed, dropping it onto the bed. You went to class the next day, dreading the fact that you had Botany and Enid was at the back. She could not help you. You silently took your stuff out, scooting your chair a bit away from Xavier’s so he could get the hint you didn’t want to talk.
“Hey Y/N,” he said casually, as if he hadn’t just left you in the rain yesterday. You ignored him, talking loudly to Yoko as he frowned. “Y/N,” he said again but you raised your voice even louder. “Y/N, you can’t just-“ he began but Miss Thornhill walked in, making him shut up. The lesson went on perfectly, the boy didn’t say anything to you as you simply worked with Yoko, until the end when Xavier grabbed your arm, refusing to let go.
“Talk to me!” he cried, pushing you against a wall as you scoffed. Enid walked past, she couldn’t do anything to help you as you swallowed the lump in your throat. “You left me out in the rain!” you snapped, crossing your arms as he frowned. “You could have texted me!” you cried, tears in your ears as he sighed. “I did text you, Y/N,” he said weakly as you pulled your phone out to prove him wrong.
It was dead. “Oh my god, Y/N, charge your goddamn phone,” he rubbed his temple as you blinked, jaw dropped slightly. “So you didn’t stand me up?” you muttered weakly as he shook his head. “Of course not, I’d never do that,” he said, pulling you into a hug as his hand rubbed your back softly. “I’m sorry,” you mumbled into his chest as he rested his chin on top of your head.

Love Isn’t Beyond Me - Part 1
Warnings: Angst
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x Addams!fem!reader
Summary: Wednesday finds some clues on the monster but finds something else along the way…
Part 2
Wednesday was certainly infatuated with the monster situation. In fact, one could say she was obsessed. Constantly looking for clues and being suspicious of anyone and everyone, it was almost impossible to talk about anything other than this. However, you did not disagree it’s your sister. You found this case mesmerisingly interesting, desperate to know who the monster was and what lies someone was hiding.
“Xavier is out number one suspect,” Wednesday announced, sitting on your bed grandly and turning to face you. “How come?” you asked, hoping inside of you that your tone wouldn’t give away your disbelief. However, Wednesday had other things to think about, other than your voice. “He’s been acting persistently suspicious, being in places people wouldn’t expect nor need him to be in,” she said, writing down every word she said on her small black notebook.
“He has a shed, as well,” you sister added thoughtfully as you nodded silently. You did not know about the shed. “I could go and scout it out?” you offered, maybe it would be good to rule out the boy you had a minor crush on. “Xavier appears to be fond of you, so head off now,” she said as you stood up. It took you no more than ten minutes to reach the shed, seeing it in its pathetic glory. The door was locked. Well thank goodness you were practised in the skill of lock-picking.
You got in easily, walking in and seeing loads of covered canvases. Just as you were about to unveil one of them, your name was called out in confusion. “Y/N?” you turned around, eyes meeting with Xavier’s. “Why are you here?” he asked, stepping forward as you cursed yourself for the blush in your cheeks. “I was looking for you,” you said, thinking of the first excuse you could. “And then I came across this shed,” you added, tilting your head as he smiled.
“You are looking for me? Really?” he asked, voice in surprise. “Yes, I wanted to discuss something with you,” you said formally as he offered you a seat. “It’s a bit messy, I would’ve cleaned up,” he said, still standing as you racked your brain for an excuse. “I wanted to ask…about the homework,” you said, head held high as you blinked at him. “We don’t have any…it’s Saturday, Y/N,” he blinked, a small smile on his face.
“Is this about anything else?” he asked, leaning forwards so you stood up, taking a step forward. “Anything…love-related?” the boy smirked, your back now against one of the canvases. He was close. You leaned forwards slightly, what harm could a little kiss do? “Y/N!” a voice yelled, making you freeze and push Xavier back slightly. Not that it did anything, nor affect him in any way. “Wednesday!” Xavier said, cheeks bright red.
“What the hell are you doing, he’s the monster!” she yelled, pulling you towards her as Sheriff Galpin ran in. “Freeze!” he yelled as Xavier looked at you, eyes wide. “You…you framed me!” he cried as you shook your head, tears pooling in your eyes. “No…Xavier…XAVIER!!’ you sobbed as Wednesday held you back, watching him being pulled away. This was all your fault.
