Anyways I'm excited for art fight yayyyy
#god I'll be fine legitimately there is somethings and several people that can be of help#ans i know i should do something about getting help while im on insurance because as much as i mask it i need it#constant neglect of other people the overwhelming pull i feel to help the absolute drowning i have when i cant see the solution but know#that it is communication it is support but it is hard to point that out without grtting involved and I'm already stretched so thin#and the fucking terrible mind worm thst screams that i need to take control. feed my compulsions to butt in and get people talking#because id rather be in a room full of noise than for anyone to ask me how mu day is#how its going or whatnot#but if i am stretched thin then i wont have the ability to enjoy anyones presence#god dammit man#btw anyone reading this that knows me if you try and ask me how I'm doing im imploring you to go and take care of yourself first#and get as comfortable as you can#and just ignore this post because i am afraid of spilling my guts more than anything and being honest with myself has made fhe world scarier#in better news; i calmed down from a panic attack today and feel proud of myself that i still ate half a sandwich#and my friends still texted me today and i feel better about it. still worn thin. but better

I feel like some people need to relearn Genre Expectations... "Man, this tragedy sucks!!! Why didn't they just do XYZ, then everything could have ended happily!!" well, then it wouldn't be a tragedy, would it.
