hi all! just letting u know that i’ve moved blogs! i’m now @c-goldthorn and i’ll keep this blog as an archive of my summer brainrot :)

a few reasons im doing this, but mainly, this became a whole lot more than i anticipated and i kept wishing i had made a new main instead of a side! when i made this blog i still didn’t know i was going to end up writing again. so, now i have a new main and i’ll be able to interact w my moots and friends sm more :)

ok so listen I just wanted to find one (1) photo of him in a baseball hat and then I got a little carried away umm. anyway! 🥇 boston red sox do appear to be the clear winner. however, 🥈detroit tigers shows some unique devotion as there are two available styles: (1) snapback (2) beanie. 🥉pittsburgh pirates era looks like a very specific period of time, i.e. the Vanessa era. bonus points for looking very cute and soft in this era.

something i think about a lot is gale on the mission to norway. his engines are shot to shit and feathered, and his copilot is ready to bail. gets over comms to tell everyone else the bird is going down and they’re better off giving up, getting themselves killed in the air or german occupied land. but gale won't let him. because he's used to it. he's used to taking it, to enduring without complaint- and he's good at it. gale cleven endures. he’s done it all his life

i love that jack kidd is always in the clegan splash zone. third wheeling at the breakfast table while they flirt over john’s demotion, naturally, but also the look jack gives gale when bucky goes up to sing—long-suffering, kink-shaming, like this is somehow buck’s fault. jack almost invents leash laws right then. even when buck’s presumed dead jack’s still getting his jacket stolen in the name of yaoi. i just think it’s fun that no matter where they are on earth when gale and bucky make out the spit hits jack in the face.
