Froggy with a Hard-Working Reader

He admires your work ethic and devotion to your craft. If you're his co-worker, he'd see you moving around the workplace, plate always full with another task to complete. Your focus rarely strays and he never hears you complain or anything. He doesn't like being too redundant, but he does remind you from time to time to keep up the good work, or that he appreciates what you do for the team. He'll bring coffee or tea to your desk if you're ever sitting down for once.

If you're a business owner, CEO type he'd be very impressed. Working for a business is one thing, managing one is another. He'd be on his lunch break and see you typing on your laptop while walking all while balancing two phones for two separate conjoined calls, one of them a meeting debrief and the other from your employees giving you another report. And somehow you still manage to appear composed. Never slacking or missing out on work.

He notices a lot of things whenever he ends up zoning off and watching you as you work. Your coworkers/employees would be asking you to join them in the breakroom or go out for lunch, and you always tell them to go on without you. You say you'll be done working in just a minute, and then six hours would pass and you've reached your quota for the day and the next day. You bite the tip of your pen which you have about 60 of stored around the building because you lose your current ones so often. You give people kind but firm reminders to stay on task if they drift off. Froggy included. He may act miffed briefly, but to be honest he can't even pretend he minds it.

Sometimes he's able to coax you into a day off. The best workers have to relax, too. It's imperative. He'll do his best to distract you from working. You can argue with him if you wanna, he will not let it happen. "Just let me check my emails real quick-" "Your emails will be there tomorrow. Sit back down and chill out." Don't make him confiscate your devices, too.

Expanding on the last portion, if you're the type to work until you're literally running on E, be prepared for a mandatory, non escapable week of relaxing until he deems you're well enough. He will call out of work on your behalf. And don't think your coworkers/employees wouldn't be in on it. Everyone knows how you like to operate. He will scold you and pamper you at the same time. "You've got to stop doing this. What are you gonna do if you pass out next time or something?" "Froggy-" "Oi, don't talk. The face mask is gonna fall off." Yeah, face mask. You're getting the full deluxe at home spa treatment. He'll give you a massage and everything if you're cool with being touched. If not, he'll put on a show you like or pick up a copy of a game you're interested in. And he'll ask you about all of your interests outside of work if you infodump to unwind.
