Reveal // Conceal 🖤🌿 I’ve been reminded that just because I am able to do something doesn’t mean I have to, or should do it! Just because someone asks me something doesn’t mean I am obligated to answer. Just because I don’t have something scheduled at a certain time doesn’t mean I have that time available. I do not exist to be productive. Figuring out how to fit as many things as I can into a single day doesn’t mean that’s the best way to spend my time. I am not for everything, or everyone. THE first handstand I hopped into this morning floated right up... and I immediately scared myself out of it. 💩🤸🏽‍♀️😂 The fear of feeling weightless was SO real & strong I didn’t “stick” another one all morning. Maybe I’ve been weighing myself down for so long it feels safer to be stuck than to float.
