Lots of people were asking me about how I lost 18lbs in two months and I can give u guys this advice:

Don't starve yourself, you're allowed to eat! (Even if its small portions); if you don't eat, your body will kind of "swell up" for a while until you really start losing weight, which means, you're actually going to gain more.

I have a 500/600 kcal a day diet 5 days a week (and I'm really petite, I'm 5'0ft so I'm ok), and on the weekends, eat whatever you want and be happy!

So I literally have never watched Good Omens but for some reason I had this particular dream that made me question my existence

There was this group of people who were playing with an ouija board, and then they end up starting a conversation with a not-so-pleased-with-the-situation (and now completely aware of meme culture) Crowley, and the conversation goes like

"Oh, spirit that resides amongst us, would you care to announce your name?"

"Candice"

The group starts freaking out like "Is this serious? Are you guys trying to pull out some joke? What type of name is Candice" and it replies

"Hehe, got'em--"

And they keep playing and after the reply, it keeps moving and writing some stuff and all of a sudden they are witnessing a discussion between Crowley and Azi

"Oh dear, I told you to stop prank-spelling the Ouija board players!"

"It's the third time this week and always the same group, I'm not playing these games--"

And the players just reside there trying to figure out what the fuck have they gotten theirselves into
