setting apart jackieshauna canon the scene with travis was insane and so great to me in general. the idea that the people they ate are part of them, that their thoughts and feelings from when they were alive live on. it gives jackie a voice in a way. he confirmed that jackie had feelings for shauna too. it’s also very interesting that they chose travis for this, to speak jackie’s thoughts. very interesting dynamic they have.

so I do think travis was just pretending to be possessed by the ghost of jackie to distract shauna. but in a way that's even funnier because that means he just made an educated guess about the slumber party make-outs and possibly still struck gold anyways.

the tragedy of mari's death on all sides. van practicing for so long and going against her own morals to rig the cards to pick hannah only for shauna to notice and insert herself in the line up so that it would get messed up. shauna, whether knowingly or not, sending mari off to her death by intervening, and van and tai having to watch in horror because it was never supposed to be mari but they can't speak up about it because then they'd have to confess to the card rigging. mari running and getting through the hunt and gen trying to give her every chance to survive by leading tai away. mari dying anyways because of the pit nobody even knew was there
