she is a trans woman

her mother was killed when she was 5 years old by a member of Carmine's inner circle on December 21st. this year was the year she finally solved her mother's murder and accused Carmine of killing her. during their confrontation, Carmine revealed that Luisa was driven away by Carmine's own father and in anger, Selina used her claws to scratch his face.

Selina's claws are retractable. There's a button that she can press on her gloves to unsheathe and sheathe them.

she normally wears her goggles on her head and pulls them down when she needs them

after finding out Batman named the Batmobile the Batmobile, she got a motorcycle and named it the Catmobile (she thinks it's very funny)

her cats are: Isis, Hecate, Lover (a panther), Cleo, and Miss Kitty. with the exception of Lover, all of them are house cats.

selina's perched on a nearby rooftop. she flips down her goggles and the night lights up around her and she presses one of the buttons on the side, zooming in. the jewellery store was likely fortified by a laser grid, a security system, and pressure plates. she'd have to be careful, but it was nothing that she couldn't handle.

she scampers down the fire escape, jumping that last bit and landing lightly on her feet, gently absorbing the impact and she hears something behind her. she presses another button, unleashing those steel claws hidden in her gloves and hisses. ❛ show your face. i don't take kindly to strangers lurking in the dark. ❜

     the human world was a mess. and as the centuries had drawn on, aiyana had dived further and further down into the sea. it became her refuge, her escape from humanity. from the colonizers that were a plague on her land, on her people. bubbles streamed from behind her and down, down, down she dove until the light disappeared. her eyes readjusted to the darkness and in the depths of the sea, she found beauty. she found quietude.

    the fish swam around her, a curious little fellow edging closer to her and with a flick of her wrist, that silvery medicine, magic, which flowed through her veins created a bubble the size of the fish, popping to envelop it in a silvery sheen and she laughs, touching the head of the creature with a spiny nail, careful not to nick the beautiful little creature.

    what she didn’t hear was the one creeping up on her, a curiosity she would later revisit and hone those out of tune skills. but then she hears a sound, and she whirls around, medicine creating a trident of coral.
