Happy birthday Monkey d luffy!
I copied this off a resin figure and painted it for more than a month because I'm lazy and its hard to paint bitch kakatapos ko lang ngayon as in. I have other projects pa but i'll be so busy oh noes. anyways hoping I can paint more thanks to cocaina jk to cobra. ang dami kong nainom na cobra nakadalwang painting ako in two days na natapos. not sleeping is key. okay bye then. i know my watermark is crap but whatevs. I havent gotten around to making my signature yet. saka na if magaling nako. Self awareness
I've been really introspective lately and have been watching a lot of self-awareness videos as well as summaries of self-help books like Poor dad Rich dad, Think and Grow Rich, Atomic Habits and The Daily Stoic. It really does help your mental state, I definitely recommend these books. So far these are some of things I learned about self-awareness:
Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness involves being present in the moment and aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It can help you become more aware of your internal experiences and increase self-awareness.
Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you reflect on your emotions, behaviors, and beliefs. It can also help you identify patterns in your thinking and behavior.
Seek feedback: Asking for feedback from others can provide you with an outside perspective on your strengths and weaknesses, which can help you become more self-aware.
Practice self-reflection: Taking time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and actions can help you understand your motivations and behaviors.
Explore your values and beliefs: Understanding your values and beliefs can help you identify what is important to you and guide your decision-making.
Try new experiences: Trying new things can help you discover new aspects of yourself and learn more about your preferences and interests.
Pay attention to your body: Being aware of physical sensations can help you identify how your body responds to different situations and can give you insights into your emotions.
Practice self-compassion: Being kind and understanding toward yourself can help you develop a more accepting attitude towards your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
