In my opinion, sports are all the activities that tires you physically and mentally, is a way to meet people and do friends, to disconnect from technology, and find your hobby. I do no like all the sports I just like mine, the others sports for example basketball softball I prefer to watch it than do it. I try some sports like tennis, dancing, among others but when I tried handball I loved it because I really enjoy it, sometimes I feel a little stressed or nervous but it is normal. I think that all the people have to do sport or at least try it because it is really important, it is not necessary competing, although sports has negative things like over stressing but after all I think it is worth it

Sports are a very good way to stay active and to keep good your health. For me, sports are the main important thing in my life because I escape from my problem's. I have been playing hockey since 2013 and before played I tried swimming, gymnastic and volleyball. Nowadays I choose to stay at hockey because is like my second family and, if something happens for some reason and I need to change my club, It would not be the same.
At the beginnings of the year, I tried gym to complement with hockey. When you want to do your sport and gym at the same time, helps you to stay more active and efficiently, for example, when you are on a match.

Sports are popular between kids and society in this article we are going to talk about them and their benefits.What sports mean and represent for me is a way to escape from stress and from my daily routine,and also is great because with sports im in peace with myself and my thoughts.
In my personal opinion everybody should try sports because they build a personal image and they make you take risks that also form your personallity.
And finally for me the most important point about sports is that they keep you healtier and also help avoiding diseases or mental conditions as depression.

Since I was a little kid the sport was mandatory in my family,eventhough I was never a big fan of running,jumping and everything that the sport needs,it was never a weight for me.Having sisters was a motivation cause I was always along my sisters,together we have been through sports as gymnasts,swimming,basketball,ballet and many more.Now I stick with handball and I do not have any regrets about my sport decision , I have meet people that have change my way of seeing life and I met my actual friends.Eventhough the sports contain good and bad things as frustration and sadness is worth a try because you never know what it may happen

How important is the word ‘sports’ in my life? I really like sports, personally I play hockey and it is my favorite one. However I have done gymnastics, athletics and I play lots of sports at school.
Doing physical activities are a great importance for us. In my opinion doing sports have many advantages. It maintains people active, depending on how you take it, sports reduce or cause stress, also, if you play a team sport, it encourages socialization.

in My opinion and for Me, sports are very important in my life, is a great option for when You are sad or stressed, and its also a nice idea to realif boredom too, sports help depressive people be happy, sports make you healthy and sports sometimes kicks you out from a bad moment in your life, however, not everything is ‘pink’ in sports, sports sometimes cause you anxiety, stress, and sadness, many people obsesses with being the best at their sport , i do not really care about being the ‘best’ one at hockey (my sport) and i belive that hockey is sometimes a escape of problems, and a great way to spend my free time, practicing or playing with my friends, nevertheless, sometimes what seems to be the ‘solution’ is the real problem, which makes your situation even worse, i think everybody should try one sport in their life, if you do not enjoy its ok. but at least you try it. its a great way to make friends and keep your life stable.
I love sports and I wish everybody could see them the way I do.

In my opinion, doing sports has many advantages for us.
Firstly,doing sport frequency would keep you much healthier than don't do.Sports like running and swimming improve your heart and lung functions,these activities can train your muscles making you stronger.
Sports also provide opportunities to make new friendships ,you can chat or communicate to people who like the same interest as you.This can expand your social life making you happier than doing sports alone.

Sport is an activity which involves physical and mentally effort. But it involves lots of emotions too. Sports are not just to be active and in shape, they are also a way to connect with people.
The connection you assemble with the people you share sport with, is totally different to the one you have with other people. I think this is because when you are doing a sport you are so concentrated that you cannot think of the way you should look or act. Doing sports you do not overthink, you release yourself of all your thoughts. For me doing physical activity is the only way that I can forget all my problems and just be me without all my doubts and difficulties.

It is generally agreed that sports are used as a way to lower your stress. However, commonly teenagers develop stress and frustration by failing in their performances. By the way, it is normal to feel frustrated when you do not have a nice group of friends to support you.
Based on my opinion, sports are an essential part of teenagers maturing. Besides, they teach you how to share teams with unknown people. The way I see it, they are as important as school for teens.
To summarize, I suggest teenagers and their parents to try sports or at least to move their bodies. You know, everyone would tell you this and reccomend tha you train, but i’m talking serious.

People do not usually do a lot of sports because they are very busy and they do not have enough time, but it is demostrated that doing sports makes people more productive in their work and it also improves their health.
In my opinion, sports are very important in our lives because we evoluted doing it and we are not disegnated for staying sitted all time. Doing sports prevents a lot of diseases like diabetes, heart attack risk, obesity, etc.
If you do not like sports, you can try walking to your workspace, doing yoga, or going to the gym.

For me sport is a part of my life, I play handball since 2018,
it is a way to scape from my problems and stress from school. sport have good things like making more friends, caring about your body and learn how to handle emotions such as frustration, sadness and anxiety, also learn how to teamwork
In my house sports are an essential thing so it has never been really an option not doing one but I have never felt it as an obligation.
I think that everyone has to try an sport, because is a way to spend you free time and escape from all that makes you feel bad.

For me sports can be a way of escaping from social life. When I practice gymnastics, my mind clears and forget everything that is happening outside of my gym. Whenever I fell sad i always comfort myself on gymnastics instead of people. Every turn and jump helps me to get my anger out and be stronger.
I like that gymnastic is an individual sport because it always me against myself, and always pressuring me to reach my personal best. Sometimes, I may not feel like going to practice but whenever I get there I am always glad I went, because at the end of the day that is what makes me happy. However, I now lots of people can feel different with their sport, that’s way I am extremely thankful for the healthy relationship I have with gymnastics.

Sports is an entertaining activity , the brain stays concentrated while doing sports , it can train the brain well , forget about the bad moods and can even make you happier.
In my view ,I feel relaxing while doing sports , when I do swimming seeing the deep blue water gets me out of stress and only feel the sport . Doing sports is exhausting but also enjoyable , I love doing different activities of the sport especially having a proud feeling of finishing difficult activities.
The negative part is that is depressing sometimes doing it very frequently and I'm allergic to the chlorine of the water which makes me bad.

I’m my opinion sports are a good time to speed hours to do activities and pass time outside, in my case I do swimming and fútbol, in swimming is an demanding sport but is also interesting and if you are new and you do not do any sports I recommend you swimming. Swimming isn't just about swimming, it's also about meeting new people, talking about your times, laughing and competing against them. Now in football it’s fun but is very competitive sport Because normally if you play in an attacking or defensive position, people can either praise you or hate you. But why hate you? Because If you make any mistakes, your team will hate you and they didn’t talk to you anymore (especially if you are a defender) but in my case I’m goalkeeper and of course I have to defend, sometimes I'm relaxed but other times I get stressed. In conclusion, sports can be competitive or relaxed, but for me what matters most is always having fun.

On my personal point of view, sports are a good and healthy break, i think that mainly because I absolutely hate school, I hate coming here to meet a bunch of monkeys and slave myself to a paper and a pencil. Sports like football make my life and mental health better overtime, every time I take a football class I get happier because I meet friends and play with them after eight long hours of school time and boredom, is always a nice touch to end my day like that, I thank sports for making my monotone everyday life better and funnier.

Doing sports makes us be offline from technology and stop being with electronic devices all day. I don’t do any sport but i would like to go back to the gym. Personally, I think, that sports are a great way to take a break from things like school or electronic devices, it is needed to stay active and be healthy. It is also great to find people who share things in common with you or to have an entertaining hobby, although I do not find things like golf, cricket, etc, interesting. So, in my opinion, sports are perfect to improve in a physical, social and mental level and are important for kids to grow big and healthy.
