GrADyS ground station software. It connects to UAV and sensors to control and get experimental data. It relies in standard HTTP over IP networks and can use proprietary radios and protocols through standard serial communication (JSON over UART connections). Both communication types can coexist.
The algorithm DADCA running on our Simulator was made with OMNET++/INET. You can check it out, use it and change it on: https://github.com/brunoolivieri/gradys-simulations
