Holidays are underwhelming. Beautiful and overestimated.

Midas (/ˈmaɪdəs/; Greek: Μίδας) is the name of at least three members of the royal house of Phrygia.
The most famous King Midas is popularly remembered in Greek mythology for his ability to turn everything he touched into gold. This came to be called the golden touch, or the Midas touch.

Misurestood… hm. I must say not. It is indeed very true that I can be cruel, when needed – and it is also true that, whoever is in the wrong, sometimes will not accept it and find the punishment unjust. Or, from what I have seen, tales against me are interlaced with the approval of the role my brother has. Truth is, I do not have an answer. It doesn’t bother me the slightest.
Equality, yes? It is not a bad idea. But it’s difficult to achieve! I do hope that the ‘more fitting individual’ will reach it without harm.
I most definitely am! Please, do tell. I’m very interested.
That is not reassuring, is it? As early as it may be, I do believe the name you have compels their owners to dole out horrible punishments for the smallest of reasons. Alas, I do not know you and despite your claims, I shall grant the benefit of doubt. Rulership demands tough decisions.
I am the manager of one of Hell’s many portions. It is quite the task, I have surrogates operating under my orders both here and up above, on the surface. Between paperwork and direct action. I shall not elaborate.

Very well! ♥ Color me excited! Obviously, since we have just met, absolutely no pressure. But it will be interesting.
I’m very glad to hear it! I, myself, have heard terrible stories… but not all of those are false. Unfortunately, it depends on the point of view – those scorned by me will, most likely, sing curses about me until vindicated. I pay no mind to it, obviously.
Oh? Such a shame… with the way you speak, I imagined yourself to be royalty, Not that I’m disappointed, simply curious.
How do they make you feel? Misunderstood, by chance?
That is not a false assumption. I am royalty, though the crown rests on a more fitting individual. Beyond that, titles matter little, if nothing, in a kingdom that seeks equality.
Now, if you are interested in the role I play, that is a much different discussion.

Oh… ew. Not for your blood color, simply because of the context.
… I don’t know how trustworthy you consider me, but I promise. He’s gone for good. … And nothing needs to be as it was.
For either, I assure you.
I believe you.

Samael used to have a liking to it.

Showoff.
Do you think so? I can see how it would come off as that.

But of course ♥ I wouldn’t mind discussing this in another occasion, if you’d do me the honor.
Isn’t it? I get the impression that I am quite famous, even on this website, or around the internet. Not that I am surprised! It is quite flattering. Do you have a title to hold? It’s simple curiosity.
I do not see why not. Consider it a possibility and we will see whether it becomes true.
Indeed you are, they tell stories under your name. Many tales, it holds power.
No, I do not have a title.

I very much agree! To not indulge in our pleasures would be insulting to someone’s nature. Plus, isn’t it divine to have something to enjoy in common? Material possessions matter very much, gracing our eyes as often as we allow them to.
The pleasure is shared! ♥ You can call me Samael, for I am the ruler of hell.
Perhaps there is truth in that, I would go further myself. That is a conversation for a less fortuitous occasion.
Quite the name, quite the title.
