too many people will ship two guys from a story that lives and dies by machismo and exaggerated homosocial conflict (i.e. pretty much any shounen anime) and then insist on putting them in static top/bottom dominant/submissive roles like these super competitive guys who prrrrrobably have some shall we say traditional ideas about penetration wouldn't be doing the human equivalent of flatworm penis fencing trying to hash things out. get real

The funniest part of the “ummmm actually ☝️🤓 birth control can be REALLY bad for you” responses on my ‘hey I think the current health fad demonization of hormonal birth control is right wing propaganda’ post is that I can’t take hormonal birth control. It reacts badly with my body’s chemistry. But I am wise enough to understand that it is a lifesaving medication for many people and encouraging people to get off birth control if it is working for them with no adverse reactions is bad. Birth control is bad for me and it can have terrible side effects but the potential of pregnancy and periods are worse for many people.

The sentences "Asexuals can still have sex" and "Aromantics can still date" need to go up on the high shelf for everyone except aces and aros talking about their own experiences. From now on, everyone else has to use the revolutionary new phrase "Asexuals and aromantics can do whatever the fuck they want forever."

I’ve been crazy busy with work lately, but I finally finished this little comic inspired by the amazing fic Kaleidoscope, which found a warm place in my little heart. (And it has a fully finished sequel now!! Go, read it and send author all the love!)

I haven’t spent this much time on a personal project in a while — it’s been a really nice change of pace Hoping for more me-time soon, but for now, I’ll just chill for a while

Battinson really does make certain Old People things about Batman lore make sense about a Batman Of The 20s. For example, Dick's origin. I fully believe that this particular Batman, instructed to go out and have some fun, like a human person might have, with no instructions more specific than that, would answer the question "what is fun, to a person?" by googling "circus near me"
