there’s something delightfully homophobic about the way all nationalities of grand designs presenter refer to any gay male couple on the show as “the boys” “the lads” “the guys” &etcetc

#i dont know anything about of the hosts personally but theyre all presenting as straight cis men#and none of the three of them are as butch as youd expect the presenter of a building show to be#or not as i'd expect them to be#i just can't imagine jack talking to kevin the cloud w a straight face#it would be real the office hours if there was a grand designs us
