greg C photography is owned and operated by Greg Cristman, a/k/a greg C, a New York, NY based concert and event photographer. Greg has been taking concert photos since 1971 when he first shot Frank Zappa & The Mothers at Stony Brook University. He's literally photographed thousands of bands. Over the years Greg's photos have been used on album covers, t-shirts, posters, buttons, advertisements, DVD's, books, TV shows and movies as well as in Rolling Stone, Crawdaddy, New York Times, NY Daily News, Village Voice, The Washington Times, Newsday, Time Out, Musik Express, Metal Hammer, Terrorizer, Decibel, Culture Asylum, Brooklyn Vegan, Pitchfork, Stereogum, ProSound News, Invisible Oranges, BV Austin, BV Chicago, Cvlt Nation, Atmostfear Entertainment, Blogcritics, Seattle PI, The Bone Reader, Next Mosh, Horns Up Rocks, NYC Taper, Re-Gen Magazine, HiFi Cartel, Brainwashed, All Things Go and countless other magazines, newspapers, websites and fanzines. Greg is currently the Photo Editor at Invisible Oranges, Assistant Photo Editor at BrooklynVegan, a Staff Photographer for BrooklynVegan, Invisible Oranges, Terrorizer, Next Mosh & Bone Reader. He's photographed and designed several album covers the latest being Little Annie & Paul Wallfisch's Genderful which was released in May 2010 on Southern Records. His photographs have also appeared on many recordings the most recent being Blackburner's Planet Earth Attack released in September 2012 on Cleopatra Records and Blood Ceremony's The Eldritch Dark in July 2013 on Rise Above/Metal Blade Records. Greg has always been involved in some facet of the music industry from running his own fanzine, Task, to being a Stage Manager working with many international level acts including Peter Gabriel, Hot Tuna, Bob Seger, Charlie Daniels, Renaissance, Billy Joel, McGuinn, Clarke & Hillman, Outlaws, Boston, Liv Taylor, Sea Level, Woody Herman, Art Garfunkel, Pure Prairie League, Rick Derringer and The Dictators. greg was also the origi...
