Hi: I am GREYE DIXON and I am a street artist at Justin Herman Plaza in San Francisco. I am there everyday and get involved in everything that is not my business. I mouth off to NBC Bay Area News about illegal peddlers who set up near me. What I don’t know is the CA Senate legalized peddling without a permit years ago. I am the idiot for paying $800 a year for a SFAC permit that is worth nothing. Then, I mouth off about peddlers-like Marc Harrison Mitchell who shouldn’t be there. I see him selling sunglasses at Harry Bridges Plaza every weekend and do nothing. I also lie on court documents. That is because I am easily manipulated by ANNE TRICKEY of the SFAC.
