Amelia and Ryan entered rehab together and got clean. Just after returning home, they discovered Amelia was pregnant. Just a few months later, she gave birth to Christopher Ryan Kerrigan, a perfectly healthy baby boy. Amelia and Ryan got married the following year. On their honeymoon, they found out they were expecting again, and they welcomed their first daughter, Paige Everly Kerrigan, eight months later. Because Amelia wanted to have her kids all close together, they added another boy, Dane Lyle Kerrigan, and another girl, Kamri Skylar Kerrigan. They were clean and happy and they finally had the family that they always wanted. “Two boys and two girls, that way nobody gets lonely.”

Jackson and April’s story is similar to their story on the show. But with a few changes. When April had a pregnancy scare while she and Jackson were hooking up after the boards, she really was pregnant. Jackson proposed and they eloped in Lake Tahoe. April gave birth to their son Elijah Jared Kepner Avery. A year later they got pregnant again and welcomed another healthy, perfect baby boy, Samuel Norbert Avery. Then two years later their family was completed with the addition of a daughter, Harriet May Avery.

Denny and Izzie got married a few months after his heart transplant. A year later, just as Izzie found out she was pregnant with their first child, they moved to a beautiful lake house in a small town in Michigan. In the coming years they welcomed 4 children-Brielle, Lila, Opal, and Duke

Meredith and Derek <3 When Meredith was pregnant during the shooting, what if she didn’t miscarry? She gave birth to daughter, Mia. The Zola was adopted. Then Danny was born, (I don’t like the name Bailey and I wanted him to look like Derek). And when Derek returned from D.C. Emmie was born into his arms, (Also didn’t like the name Ellis and obviously Derek can’t die).

When the girls were only a few years old, Mark and Addison broke up. They decided to move to Seattle for a fresh start. It was at Seaside Wellness (now located in Seattle) that Addison met Jake Reilly, a widower with a daughter named Ayla. They got married and had Henry.
