I wanted to hold out on opening commissions again until the summer, but my bank account is saying otherwise. I currently commute from the middle of Long Island to Manhattan every weekday, and Manhattan food is expensive. Due to complicated family drama matters, my family basically is not/cannot help me with money right now. I have less than 40 in the bank currently, and I’d really like to maintain my health during the rest of the semester. My system just does not agree with daily dollar pizza and large 99 cent bags of Wise snacks.   Because my family hasn’t been able to help me, I’ve been surviving almost exclusively on leftover loan money to feed myself. I intended on saving a chunk of that for rent, since I need to move out this year for the sake of my mental health/comfort/ability to be productive creatively, but my whole savings went to food.  So any extra that comes out of this would also be really helpful. Job hunting is going to happen once this semester is over, but I can’t do anything for now.  (I’m also stuck quitting school after this semester, but would like to look into continuing education classes and may need money for that.)   Whether or not you’re interested, please pass this info along. I know there are people out there with more dire situations, but I’d really appreciate the help.

I’d rather not spam your dashboard with an essay, I’ll put the info for the commissions themselves behind a cut.
