The government and the media. These are the world's two most powerful institutions. The media and the government have the ability to distort and modify people's perceptions of current events. Both of these institutions were created for us, by us, for the people. At times, the media and the government appear to be at odds with one another or to disagree with each other. People claim that certain news stories are prejudiced, while the government claims that they are not. Many people feel that speaking up will help us grow our country and adhere to social and political change throughout time. It can provide a sense of inner progress in addition to the social environment. The media is experiencing profound and restrained feelings at the time, maybe disheartened by the choice taken by national affairs and the President. There are occasions when discussing the overall concept of free speech. It provides citizens the right to express their views and differing points of view. Particularly for journalists, as it impacts press freedom. In which there is no retribution and the ability to function freely is granted. The reality that it is not an absolute right merely means that it protects free opinion and individual expression, which includes anything from political campaigns to discussions in your own home. Petitions and voices will be silenced as soon as higher-level positions seize all power and authority. It's unfortunate that a simple act that a person may perform would be disregarded for many reasons. In the midst of everything, voices will be heard, and choices will matter if they provide us with the same level of justice. How can one put a halt to human rights violations if no one is aware of them? So, even if our voices aren't being heard, we can still do something. Because freedom of expression supports a vast range of human rights, let us simply hope for the best and that no one is hurt. Because we're not permitted to share our stories, ideas, and thoughts, we must simply take an active role in being aware of what is going on with their system. Never be afraid to advocate for and hold governments accountable to human rights norms, including freedom of the press.

“The Value of Being a Media and Information Literate Individual”

The current scenario is vastly different from previous ones. Everything is technical, even how we connect with others. We may share our thoughts, sentiments, ideas, and emotions on numerous social media platforms, which has become a part of our daily life. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr are all examples of social media platforms. In summary, we want to bring the globe up to date with everything we do. However, we are still very much overwhelmed by the prospect of it. If you look closely, you will notice that there is media violence or a catastrophe. Let's assume you don't know where to look or what sort of information to trust. So, let me start by asking a question. So, let me start by asking you if you regard yourself as a media and information literate. Let's see if we can figure things out.

We are no longer surprised that we are more likely to be focused on the virtual world. Many news stories may be found online, as well as information on what is going on in their respected lives and certain patterns of details.Keep in mind that not all of it is deemed true, reliable, or significant. This is more of a crisis if you are not intelligent and educated enough to determine whether or not particular information is not deceptive. We cannot dispute that there have been instances in which we have permitted ourselves to be victims or suspects of media assault.

Media and Information literacy enhances the capacity of people to enjoy their fundamental human rights. Because being able to access, analyze, and evaluate information, which we recieve through media.We also have to be mindful of what is the consequences about what we are sending or what we post on media.
