Sunny thought for a moment on what hobbies she liked. "I like dancing, listening to music, and I love to cook! I like to watch Quidditch and Tennis but I'm not good at either." She stopped and smiled since nothing more had to come to her mind. "I'm not that great a cooking either. I just started. We should learn together!"

“Oh thank you,” she courteously thanked the Gryffindor with a slight bow to her head and a gleaming smile that lit up her face. She blinked out of habit and then nodded, before she answered the girl’s question. “I do like to read. I like to dance, ballet and tap. I like to watch people playing Qudditch, but I rather not play. I do like cooking, but I’m awfully bad at it.” She nodded once more before she looked over to Sunny. “What do you like to do?”

Sunny smiled. She was enjoying spending time with Seohyun. "That was awesome!," she said, "I've never seen it done better!" Wanting to know more about her new found friend, Sunny asked "What's your favorite thing to do?" She wanted to know if they had even more in common. She was also sure she was going to spend a long time in the library.

Seohyun’s eyes glistened as she was in awe with the simple charm that her friend performed. “That was great!” she complimented sweetly with a smile as she stood up. “Okay, I’ll try my best,” she nodded her head as she took in a deep breath, holding out her wand. “Avis,” she said loud and clear as she flicked her wand, little birds shooting out of her wand as they began to fluttering Sunny’s birds. “This is actually really fun. I’m really enjoying getting to know you.”

"Um... okay," replied Sunny. She closed her eyes and breathed deeply. "Focus, focus, focus." she said in her head with her eyes closed. As her eyes peered open she said the word "Avis," and a loud noise echoed through the library, while birds shot out of Sunny's wand. She started looking around making sure people weren't staring at her. Then she started giggling. "Your turn!" she said slightly cracking up. Sunny found amusement in the most random of spells.

Seohyun gave the Gryffindor a smile as she slightly nodded her head. She blinked her eyes several times as she took out her wand, wondering if who should go first. “Do you want to try it out first?” she asked, kinking her head to the side as she raised an eyebrow. She didn’t always wanted to be the one that decided what to do. She was beginning to feel a bit guilty about doing so, so far.

Sunny recognized the charm right when she said it. She reminisced the time she had accidentally woken up fellow dorm room classmates with a little late-night studying. Being the sometimes un-organized person she was, Sunny thought that by repeating the charm, a flock of birds would shoot from her wand outside through the window. She however didn't account for the loud gunshot-like noise that follows the citation of the spell. "Yeah I know that spell," Sunny said nervously, "Let's practice that one then!" as she reassured herself that she wouldn't be able to embarrass herself in public.

Seohyun blinked her eyes several times as she skimmed over the Charms book, peering over the other girl’s shoulder. The girl was a year above her, so she would have probably learned a lot more spells than she has. “I’m assuming you learned about the ‘Avis’ Charm, correct?” she inquired, unsure about what she would say. Seohyun had just learned this recently from her summer tutor. He had began teaching her a few spells that were usually taught in the sixth or seventh year of a students career.

"I like Charms more too!" Sunny said smiling. Sunny was blissful after noticing the many things in common with Seohyun and knew a bond was forming between the two students. As she pulled out her charms book, she realized that she didn't know where to start. It was a vast subject with many things to study. Sunny decided to let Seohyun pick a starting point because she didn't really care. She was already having a good time. "Seohyun, where do you want to start?" she said with a smile on her face.

Seohyun’s round eyes lit up as she gave a nod to her friend. “Really? this is so great! I can’t believe we are so alike,” she exclaimed in an extremely happy mood. “I actually like Charms better. The idea of vexing people sometimes makes me quite uneasy,” she frowned a bit at the thought of the many people who she had once dueled with. “do you have a preference, Sunny?”

"I love those classes!" Sunny said with enthusiasm. She loved any classes that involved using her wand. Sunny felt that Seohyun was becoming her friend faster than anyone else had before. Sunny smiled and said, "Which one do you like more?" Sunny personally had no preference, but wanted to know more about her fellow schoolmate who she was hoping she would see a lot more from now on. “I do too!” Seohyun smiled as she felt a sudden feeling of closeness to the Gryffindor. Thinking back to the many accidents that she had concocted while she was taught under private tutors, her body shuddered. She mentally took note that she shouldn’t talk about such things, for she would only embarrass herself in front of the other girl. “I actually enjoy Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts.” she nodded her head. In return, the Ravenclaw gave the girl a smile and asked, “What are your favorite subjects?”

"I always hated potions," replied Sunny thinking about all the embarrassing events she had during previous potion classes. She never chose things to do in a group of two or more people so replied, "What is your favorite subject?" Sunny was generally a smart person, but recently she hadn't had any strong outstanding subjects for her to show off.

Placing the stack of books on the empty table Sunny had nabbed for the pair, she grabbed some and scanned through the front covers, glancing at their titles. “Hmm, well I’m fairly good at most subjects, except Potions. Anything is fine really. After all, you’re the one that wanted to go in the first place,” she smiled, hoping the other girl would choose what they would do. Seohyun didn't want to be rude, so she decided it would be best for Sunny to choose what she wanted to do first. “Why don’t you choose what you want to do first! Then I’ll grab a book that is not being used.”

"I don't really have any particular place I go too, but I usually hang out around the entrance because I have a hard time finding my way around places," replied Sunny. When Sunny entered the library, the distinct smell of books filled the air around her and she sensed a familiarization, but also felt something different. She searched for a empty table with multiple chairs and plunked her huge stack of books right on top. "What do you want to study first?"

Now in front of the library, a couple of students walked in and out of the entrance, chattering away about their future summer plans. “Oh I understand,” Seohyun nodded, smiling as she did. The girl assumed that since it was summer, not many would come visit a classroom; however Sunny didn’t seem like she would want to risk the chance of getting ‘interrupted.’ “Which part of the library do you want to go to?” she asked, as she stepped inside the large room containing an enormous amount of books. “Do you have a particular place where you often go to?”

Sunny never studied in empty classrooms because she was afraid of being scared. She always had bad reactions to being surprised. "Well I just wouldn't like to be interrupted if someone came inside," she said as she thought back to those times at home where she was studying alone in her room and the simplest sound would frighten her. "I guess it would be okay if you came with me," she said hoping to start a friendship. She liked to study in the library because there was a lot of traffic going through. People were always going in and leaving and she never was surprised by any loud sounds or voices.

“Then the library it is,” she said in her usual light lovely voice. she began to walk in the direction of the library, a place where she knew by heart from any direction in the castle. “Afraid of empty classrooms?” she kinked her head as her eyes began to blink repeatedly. “May i ask why you’re scared of them? Aren’t they more convenient when studying alone?” seohyun would rather study in an empty classroom then the library for she founded it easier to concentrate when no one is around. seohyun then dismissed the thought, telling herself that everyone had their own personal opinions about different topics.

Even though Sunny was a sixth year, she still had trouble finding her way around the never-ending hallways of Hogwarts. "I just go to the library," Sunny replied, "I'm afraid to go into any empty classrooms." The library was a place where Sunny sat down and spent hours alone studying multiple things at the same time whatever the subjects may be. Sunny was afraid of the embarrassment that might have come with being found by herself in a place she shouldn't be.

sunny introduced herself as a sixth year, a year above seohyun. “Oh i see,” seohyun nodded her head as she gave the girl another smile. “well where are you headed to with all these books?” seohyun asked her with round eyes, blinking, and a smile on her face. “The library? or perhaps an empty classroom?” she waited for sunny’s response so she can help her carry her books there. she thought that maybe a classroom would be much more suitable for independent studying, for she was carrying a rather heavy load of books.

"I'm was a sixth year this year," replied Sunny. She never had anyone ever ask her to study together, so once the question was asked, Sunny's eyes started brightened. "Yeah that sounds like fun!" Most people became friends with her because of her sparkling personality, but no one had ever asked to study with her. Probably because of her performance the past year. Sunny was starting to like Seohyun more and more.

The Ravenclaw silently nodded her head as her mouth formed an ‘Ah’ in response to the girl’s comment. “What year are you in?” she smiled as her eyes lit up with excitement. Besides the revolting subject of potions, she is able to enjoy studying the subjects she needs to know for school. “maybe, we can study together?” she shyly said, thinking it would be a great way to make a new friend. seohyun had realized sometime before that she had made a great deal of friends at her previous school through studying. she thought that it could be the same here too at her new school, Hogwarts.

Sunny unloaded a few books from her stack to Seohyun. She was quite the study-freak. "I like to study ahead," she replied silently. That was really all she wanted to say at the moment. After bombing a few of her classes last year, Sunny had a sudden necessity to bump up her grades in order for her to have her parents respect. She was definitely not proud of her performance during the past year and would slowly walk away from any owl that flew her direction fearing a note from her parents.

seohyun, surprised that the girl was not mad about their collision, looked up with wide eyes. she stared at the girl’s arm, extended towards her, and then cracked a thin smile. “Hello, i’m seohyun,” she answered back with her own introduction. she slowly reached out of the girl’s hand, and shook it lightly before retracting it back. “i’m awfully sorry about this … accident. Would you like me to help you carry these?” she offered, hoping that the girl named sunny took it. she felt far too guilty to just leave her alone with her heavy pile of books. “But why so many? Classes haven’t started yet!” she exclaimed, not understanding why she would have so many books with her, especially during the summer.

As she started to come to her senses, Sunny realized that there was a girl standing right in front of her holding a pile a books that looked exactly like hers. Not until a few more seconds did she realize that the books belonged to her. She said "Thank You", and took the books from the student standing in front of her. Sunny had a knack for running into people and being ignorant of her surroundings. "Sorry for running into you", she said as she slapped herself in the face in her mind. The girl, looking down at the ground, obviously must have felt embarrassed so she decided to introduce herself. "Hi, my name is Sunny!' she said as she extended her right arm to the student.

Kadunkk
After this fortune onomatopoeia became a real sound, audible enough to have the whole castle hear, seohyun found herself on the ground, realizing that she is the culprit who had created this particular sound. Looking in front of her, she say another girl on the ground, and books scattered on the ground. “Oh my, i’m so sorry,” she apologized, bowing her head several times. “Let me help you with the books,” she stuttered as she picked up a few books on the ground. standing up, she dusted off her skirt and dress shirt, hoping they didn’t rip when she had that fall. she also hoped that the other girl didn’t get hurt in anyway. “Here you go, your books,” she held out her hands with the piled books on top. “i’m so sorry about this. frankly, i actually don’t remember how it go to be like this.” the Ravenclaw shyly admitted as she looked down at the ground, not knowing what else to say.
